Elise Marie Collin’s new book, "Super Ager" is a beautiful example of inspiration. What I especially love about the author's (Elise) style is the way she not only offers what to do, but inspires through stories. The author brings you in, in a powerful, easy to understand, and captivating way that allows the reader to "understand" and "feel" the importance of why to do the "exercise".
It is such a perfect way to Super Age and connect with a "healthier me".

This is a book I will read again and again. On a scale of one to five, I give this a solid 5/5!
Thank you so much Elise for sharing this wonderful book!

Disappointing in two ways. Firstly the copy (Kindle) needed a severe edit and a grammar/ typo check - too many errors and too long winded. Secondly, there was nothing new folks. My advice? Move along.

This book is just a series of clips from a wide variety of sources. It has multiple fonts and very little substance to support the title. It’s not written very well and is a poor read.

Super Ager was an interesting read with lots of useful information. My only complaint is that the editing leaves a lot to be desired. I almost broke out my red pen and started marking up the book myself, but I'll definitely be keeping it on hand for a reference guide in the future.
