I came to this planet sixty some odd years ago. After exiting my mother's portal, the doctor slapped me around until I started breathing the oxygen. I'll admit, at the time, I had no idea what I was doing or where I was. Being an infant Human, I was completely reliant on the responsible actions of others. It was a time that I have largely forgotten.

I reside in Central Florida with the wife and children. After thirty years in engineering, my time is now spent chronicling the adventures of fictitious heroes. They are off-world, fighting the good fight. For me? I'm stuck here on this planet in this feeble existence that we Humans are all forced to endure.

So, I ask you this... do you wish to escape the bonds of this surly planet we call Earth? Are you looking for a bit more adventure than what the grocery store has to offer? Do you worry about being enslaved by alien androids or six-eyed alien goats with lasers? Pew, pew, pew!

Yeah, that's what I thought. Asking yourself those questions and getting back an answer is the first hurdle to cross in the race to get off this world. Sounds like you are ready to venture out, to put this place behind you.

So crack open one of my books. Take to the heavens and let me shout this out to those who remain: "Watch out universe! Another Human is on the loose!"

Take care and I hope you have a great day!

Stephen

“AMP Armageddon” brings the series to a close after eight books. It's a roller-coaster ride from the start, culminating in the battle to end all battles as the duplicitous Duke and Don slug it out.
As always it is a win/lose scenario, one step forward followed by a step back.
To the Duke it is all part of the game, after an aeon of playing he is more than happy
to commit to a final battle – final for humanity!
Will Don triumph and, perhaps as importantly, will the final Duke be killed? With Stephen Arseneault at the helm of one thing you can be sure … there's always the possibility of a sequel.

A Great Ending

The culmination of 8 books did an amazing job as each turn brings this closer and closer to all out victory or all out annihalition for many a species and foremost the human race. As each obstacle is overcome more exist and it becomes a race that brings everything we have read to a brilliant ending.
Reading the 7 books made this worthwhile

This "Grand Finale" of the series is probably the best. I couldn't put it down and I read it in less than a week. Excellent !!!

This is it, the end of the AMP series. The ending of 'The Core' might have led you to believe that the war was over. Well, if the title of this volume hasn't made it obvious, such is not the case. The stakes are higher, the battles are larger, and there are new allies, enemies, and technologies discovered.

With the previous seven volumes as background, this was a fun read. Some old mysteries are finally resolved, such as the fate of Grid 1. There are also a few salutes to what I can only assume are Mr. Arsenaults favorite science fiction TV shows.

Not everything is wrapped up, which is as it should be. The edition I have have includes a sneak preview of the first book in a follow on series named Omega, set 2,000 years after the events of the AMP series.

Finally finished the series. This last book pulls everything together. The Duke is the original and he has 3 brothers, androids built with copies of his core. After millenia of wars they declare peace ans set up the War of Wars. Each android is given a galaxy and chooses species to move and encourage them to fight until only the best survive. Humanity is one of the survivors chosen by the Duke to represent him/ Don Grange does his best to disrute things and finally succeeds.

Amp 1 - 8 Not Bad!

As good a space opera gets. Sometimes just a little too predictable. Nice character development and nice flow to the action through the entire series.

I personally would like to see the series continued.

A fairly good series

I have to give this book a 5 thinking it was a 4.5 It was interesting enough that read the entire series. That deserved at least a 4.5. I cannot bring myself to mark down an author because Amazon don't have the correct numbers to properly rate a book.

An outstanding ending to the AMP series! I can't put it any better than that. Each book was a winner and overall made for a fantastic series.

I am definitely recommending the AMP books to others.

AMP is my favourite of all Stephen's sets of books. I followed the Gray Ghouls and Don Grange as they saved the human race in any number of battles. Definitely one of my 'go to' stories.
