Project Exodus - a review by Rosemary Kenny

Marick and Alicia (as she's now known once more) are 'blissfully' reunited, though now on a joint mission.
Leaving the starship Dynastic they deploy once more to the prison colony ship Ramiel to plan the destruction
of Marick's (then Stealth) former employers the corrupt and despotic New Origins. Recruiting Antwon and others
isn't easy but they must unite if all is to end well.

How do Alicia and Stealth operate separately to bring about their plan?
What does Marick have to get before they can complete the mission? How will this help the rebellion?
Who is Kukamura and where do Marick and Alicia meet him? Who else are they going to meet there?
Will this person help them - and how? What is their relationship to Alicia?

As the action races across time and space and from continent to continent, our heroes and heroines must seek allies where they can
and use every one of their enhanced and natural abilities to ensure the right result - the Earth depends on it!

After the events of Book 1 the story continues as Marek and Alisha try to make it back to Earth to spread the word about the New Origins plans. Along the way it seems no one can be trusted as everyone seems to have their own ideas about what the new tech and it's potential can do. It seems Marek and his wife will have to go solo but unexpected alliances will be formed with surprising events.
A little slow in some areas but the Taipan threat helps keep the action in place and political background keep up some of the story flow.
Narration from Adam is as solid as ever and although he hasn't the best range ive seen it suits this story very well with so many stolic soldier characters.
Either way im eagerly awaiting the sequel 4.5 out of 5.

Great storyline

I just finished book two so I can keep on track. I actually had started book one of the next series first so I had to backtrack to keep up with the storyline. Great characters, interesting tech, and a sadly believable plot. What is not to love. Onward to book three!

Great sci-fi

Fast moving lots of action and interesting story lines. Kept me on the edge of my seat waiting for the next twist in the story. Can't wait to see the next in the series!

Excellent sequel

Really enjoyed this installment! Lots of escapades, double-dealing and changes of hearts. Marick, Alicia and comrades hit their stride, reaching Earth with evidence in hand. I won’t do a spoiler here with what happens when they do, just read it.

Like the first one, this is a fun story. I had some trouble with it, though: it's a lot choppier than the first book. The language is awkward in places, and the whole thing seems rushed. Maybe it just needs a better editor. I'm still going to read the next one, though, so here's hoping :)

Just as fast paced as the first one

I cannot get enough of this series. It leaves you wanting to know what happens next. Go for all of them!

I was unable to get through this story as I am not a big enough fan of military gung ho salvos.

Not bad

The story was pretty good and I enjoyed seeing some of the characters. Of course I am reading this backwards. I read Shrina's books first.
