I've studied the sayings of Jesus for more than twenty years as my daily meditation. Interpretations of these sayings - both historical and spiritual - vary widely. I'm indebted to the Jesus Seminar for drawing scholarly distinctions between sayings that were likely spoken by Jesus, and those likely written by later editors and redactors. Peace flows from this boom

I have always wanted to read bible verses in this fashion. I love having the meaning pulled out in a fresh way with clearly enlightened eyes doing the writing! I love this book!
