I really appreciated the depiction of the disciples in this book; the constant bickering seemed much more realistic than how we usually picture them. There were several Biblical inaccuracies, however, and I don't like how the entire plot was based around Joanna leaving her husband. Also, her relationship with Andrew was a bit... uncomfortable at a few points. But I did very much enjoy it.
