Running with a child in tow wasn't easy but Laura had friends to help. One of them let her use a cabin they had rented but wasn't able to use. That was perfect until a man showed up to use the cabin, too. Laura was going to leave but a storm changed her plans. Rico wasn't letting her leave in that horrible weather. He suspected she had more problems than a snowstorm and wanted to help her.
Action and suspense kept me on my toes while the chemistry between the characters ratcheted up the heat of the novel. This story keeps you hanging on right to the end to find out why she is running and who is after Rico, while it also kept me guessing.
really enjoyed this book. reading it gave you the idea that more than one mystery was going on. however after the first couple of chapters it was not as clear. the end turned out to be a turn around it what you thought was the solution. enjoyed this series. waiting for the next one.
I really enjoyed this book and didn’t want to put it down. I did agree with another comment by a reader that I didn’t like the abruptness of the ending.
A very good story, part of a series about Wingman Security and the sexiest agent. I will be looking in my library for more on Wingman Security and the agents who work there.
This was good. Rico and Laura were both likable. The family dynamics were interesting, Hannah adorable. There was a perfect balance of romance and suspense
