This book thoroughly explains Pavement Management System, from conception to implementation, which is a system process that is essentially timeless. It is interesting how “current” the content of this book still is, although idealized in the 70’s.
To better understanding of the modeling section, a little background on materials behavior is required, or at least, recommended.
Lastly, the closure chapter will surprise the reader on how science gaps from the 70’s are still out there, more than half a century later.
