I found this book super cute, corny. But, I did find the excerises very useful and I could definitely seeing myself putting them into place to help with processing. Working on the things I'm struggling with—allowing a momemt to stop and really think, assess from another person's stand point of view.

Definitely recommend this to people that love and adore sloths—but also open-minded about looking into the activities and exceries to help. Remember every excerise and activity is completely to each person.

You are unique. You are the sloth. Be the sloth.

Good book, easy to read. I love sloth personally that's why I love this book too. It is not about the details of sloth or how they live but it uses sloth as a metaphor to recommend how we can live our lives happily.

Cute, pretty cheesy. I do love sloths though and I do love living life in the slow lane so... also found out it’s British so sloth would be pronounced “sl-OH-Th” which is kinda awesome
