Basically a popcorn action flick in comic book form. The artwork is dark and chaotic, which gives the story a unique vibe that is different from similar action-heavy fare of the era, most of which had artwork influenced by the style of '90s Image comics.

The mutant Maverick is in the final stages of the terminal Legacy Virus, but he must escape the super soldier Omega Red once more...

The story is largely one big chase scene, with some brutal flashbacks during the lulls in the action. It's also a story with a very touching ending.
