None of us is without Sin...

After serving untold millennia as the leader of a demon special ops team with a brutal reputation for efficiency, Warrick of the Syx has seen it all, done it all, killed it all. Penance for his own damnation? Sure. But with the world running black with blood and magic, his skills are definitely in high demand.

This time, though...there's a catch. And her name is Maria Santos. Beautiful, badass, and out for blood, Maria's wrestling with her own dark secrets. The kind of secrets that call to Warrick's twisted soul. A call he knows better than to answer.

Unfortunately, the dangerously tempting undercover cop is Warrick's only ticket into the lockdown hellhole where a particularly vicious demon faction is boiling over, ready to unleash a new Armageddon on earth. If he wants to get at them, he's going to have to take Maria with him.

But the second she gets caught in the crossfire between Warrick and the scum of eternity, well...

Hell hath no fury like a Demon Unbound.

I read "demon special ops team" in the description, and I was sold. This unique concept hooked me from the start and kept me engaged throughout.

Jenn Stark is a gifted writer. She doesn't tell us a story; she immerses us in the story. Setting, plot, character development, and dialogue were not individual aspects I noticed as techniques, but simply a part of that wonderfully synergistic fictional world a great author is able to create.

I'm not a big romance reader. For me, the romance has to be a secondary storyline, a part of something bigger. Here, we definitely have the romance factor, but it's anything but typical and it is part of a larger, complex plot.

The plot has an undercurrent of religion. It's not heavy-handed, and I think it works fine regardless of your particular belief (or disbelief). The story does feature demons, so it stands to reason that somewhere there would also be angels and, perhaps, a biblical God. You might find bits that conflict with your personal views, but it is fiction, after all, and in that respect it's no different than suddenly believing dragons inhabit the earth in a fantasy novel.

While this book is the first in a series, it does have a solid ending. No major cliffhangers, which I appreciate. We can see where book two might take us, but we aren't left dangling with unanswered questions.

Smoking-hot demons, kick-ass heroines burn up the pages in the first book of Jenn Stark’s DEMON ENFORCERS series and I couldn’t read fast enough. Who knew demons could be both sexy and romantic? I loved this book and can’t wait to meet the next member of the Syx!

The cover to this book drew me in, I liked how the only color was the eyes and the author's name. Sadly that was the only thing that worked for me with the book. It was really hard for me to put my finger on why I didn't like the book, just it didn't work. I read it over my lunch hour, then tried to pick it up 4 more times, never getting more than a half page. In the end this one just wasn't for me.

Love love love!

Love love love! As much as I enjoyed the Sara Wilde books and briefly been introduced to the Syx, I could not have imagined the wild ride the Demon books would be! Thoroughly enjoyable! Going back for more!

3.5 stars! I had a hard time getting into this story because it's nothing like Immortal Vegas! Halfway thru, the story line and characters finally drew me into this story about God's forgiveness!

This book was really uneven for me. On one hand, the story was interesting and I liked the characters, and the book as a whole was an easy, fun read that's clearly built for readers of action-oriented paranormal romance. On the other hand, the problems the book had were big ones. Insta-love drives me crazy, and this book didn't make any attempt to portray anything but; the stereotypes that came along with it were also pretty rough. Think of the characters you'd most expect if told you were going to read about a demon who's really good and a bad-ass heroine, and there's your story. You get insta-love, nothing surprising in the characters themselves, and a lot of inconsistencies--when the heroine is suddenly a damsel in distress and the hero is suddenly oh-so-vulnerable. Can you tell that the book had me rolling my eyes more than once? Yeah...

I really did like the story, but the stereotypes were hard to get past for me, and when you add in a ton of clichés that slipped into the writing over and over again, especially when it came to romance and dialogue, I feel this was just written too fast-and-loose to be anything I could recommend, even to readers it's just right for in terms of genre. And, honestly, after just taking another glance at a few passages to remind myself of why just looking at the book leaves both a good and a bad taste in my mouth, I don't see myself coming back to this author to give her another chance. The insta-love, stereotypes, and clichés are just too much to be ignored if you're a reader who's going to be bothered by those things, and I definitely am.

I received a copy from the publisher through Librarything to read and give my honest opinion.

The overall look of the book was what caught my eye and the blurb cinched it. Demon enforcers novel about an demon special ops team that ride to the rescue and control out renegade demons.

What did I like? This is a novel idea that sounded so good according to the blurb but I really don't think the author managed to flesh it out well. I started the book absolutely confused and since this is the first book in the series I was a bit perturbed. Where is the history? The book immediately starts at a scene of murder and then keeps talking about the Fuerza Negra.... Then jumps to a woman.. Maria Santos who is an undercover cop for LAPD, who is in a bit of a sticky situation for having to kill someone.

Would I buy this book? No, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Great books have detailed descriptions and a glossed kind of history so that we can understand where we are but I was mostly confused Gods child throughout this book.

Thoughts for the author? Maybe do a prequel and tell us what we are up against. This is my first by this author and I received this book last year in the mail but I had no idea where it came from. It was sent to me from Amazon. No idea that I had won it on Librarything.

I was very confused at first. We're dumped in the middle of things, and we never really get all that history behind the characters. Only Surface level stuff. This is some sort of spinoff from another series, that I haven't read, but the characters and the world are not relevant for the plot, except Michael, and he's just in the perifery. There was absolutely no need to info-dump on the council and their politics, since they hardly appear here. It took space that could have been better used to give more background on the Syx (who are barely named, hardly appear, and, other than Warrick and Finn, don't seem to have any sort of personality to speak of), but it is justified saying that only the one who is summoned gets to go. Yet, all of them are awake. Who summoned them? Because they are summoned and inmediately after they finish the task they're sent back to their bolthole (as is said by the author). But they're there. Why? Instead of telling me stupid stuff about characters I don't know or care about, and that have no weight in the story whatsoever, tell me more about the MAIN CHARACTERS OF THE FREAKING SERIES! Instead of explaining how the Council does nothing against demons, tell me about the ones who are actually doing something!
The plot is predictable as hell, with a bunch of what felt like retcons along the way, since information is revealed as the plot goes, but it felt like the author was just adding stuff without hinting to it first, like she hadn't thought about it but considered it would make it more angsty or dramatic and just added it. Retcons. Like Serena. She came out of nowhere in the last 20%, there was no hint about her but suddenly Warrick loved her and then she was the reason he fell, but before we were told the betrayal had been Holkeri's...
The logistics of banishing seemed to change through the story, because that first Demon, the one María summons him for, gets "banished" (?) with a bullet, but with Serena he has to Say a whole prayer/incantation to banish her into the "Nothing" (doesn't sound like nothing, but OK), and yet with Holkeri he says something different... What did that accomplish? Each of them dissapear in different ways, but there's no explanation as to why. Is it a matter of power? Why are some demons weaker than others, if they all were Fallen at some point? Were they different as fallen too? Did the Fallen have ranks, like the angels? I don't know! And what little I know is because I'm Christian, and I'm making assumptions based on my general knowledge, which the author seems to rely on. So, not great worlbuilding.
The whole summoning shit is not explained; who decides who gets summoned to where? Why? Why, if there was a path to redemption, were the Syx never told? Michael seemed to be mad Warrick didn't seek for redemption, but he thought he was being punished, nobody told him otherwise, si how would he know?
The general lore is cool, just didn't feel completely fleshed out. Maybe in the next books there is some more info, but as it is none of the other demons are remotely interesting enough for me to want to read about them.

This new series from Jenn Stark could be considered a spin-off, but I think Demon Unbound has enough of its own lore and interest to stand on its own! I consider Demon Unbound to be a low risk purchase for readers who've never read Stark's Immortal Vegas series. Although there are some mentions and appearances by members of the Arcana Council, Stark does a good job of briefly (and clearly) giving the background that newbie readers would need to avoid getting lost.

Demon Unbound explores the question of "what if all demons weren't monsters?" Warrick and the rest of the Syx are strong, fast, and imbued with power; however, they're demons with a moral code. They eliminate demons who pose a threat to humans, ones who seek to use and abuse humanity for their own personal interests. What I like most about Warrick (and the potential I see in the other five) is that he has a story. He's not just a monster, not just a hunter. He has desires, regrets, faith, and values that humanize him. Personally, I found him easy to like.

Maria, our leading lady, can be quite a bad*ss herself. Her sense of justice is inspired from the age-old premise of payback. In a way, she and Warrick are kindred spirits, hunters who have a very specific prey in mind. Maria is also likable, and it was not difficult to empathize with her skepticism and acceptance of the craziness that's suddenly going on around her.

The plot flowed at a steady pace, enough action to keep Demon Unbound from having any slow streaks. I think it definitely helped that Maria was new to the paranormal world because it meant that there was enough explanation/detail given for her to understand. Most readers will be learning in unison with her: when she's confused, you'll probably be a bit confused; when her understanding clicks into place, you'll have figured it out too. Stark knows has impeccable timing. There's also some steam for those who like a little action of the romantic kind. Those moments are done tastefully enough that it'll satisfy readers who enjoy that sort of thing, but won't scandalize those who don't.

Overall, I enjoyed Demon Unbound. I've read Stark's Immortal Vegas series, and I was excited that she was trying out something new. I'll definitely check out book 2 :)

The Syx are a group of warrior demons tasked with laying down the law while trying to earn penance for their own sins a millennia ago. After the veil between worlds tore, unleashing a horde of demons upon the world, the Syx have been dispatched to deal with the fallout, inching ever closer to their own possible redemption and probably none more so than their leader Warrick.

Maria Santos has been working for fifteen years towards avenging her cousin’s murder at the hands of members of a gang known as La Noche. First, by becoming a police officer, and now, by going undercover to bring down the gang’s leader known as Takio. When Maria gets caught in a sticky situation, she calls for help (a la divine intervention). What she gets is Warrick.

When Warrick answers Maria’s call he unintentionally binds himself to her cause and needs to follow it through to its conclusion. It turns out, however, that Warrick and Maria’s goals kind of intersect as it becomes apparent that Warrick also has a score to settle with Takio.

I loved that Jenn Stark decided to do a spin-off series from her Sara Wilde series, and focus on the Syx who we were first introduced to in Born to be Wilde. I especially liked the way this spin-off is unavoidably linked with its predecessor yet it stands strongly on its own.

As Jenn Stark did for her depictions of Hell in Wicked and Wilde, she now brings an interesting spin to angelology and demonology. Demon Unbound offers some thoughtful perspectives on faith and religion—as it’s Maria’s subconscious convictions in her beliefs that bring Warrick into her orbit—without being too preachy. Ultimately I love the distinction this book offers as opposed to the highly magical stylings of the Sara Wilde books, yet also acknowledging that sometimes that faith and magic might go hand-in-hand.

For those who wished for more sexytimes in Sara Wilde’s series, you’ll be happy to hear that Demon Unbound is a straight up paranormal romance. I liked the twist that Maria is given most of the reins when it comes to deciding whether or not to start things up with Warrick. This is due to the fact that since he’s duty-bound to aid her in her cause, he’s pretty much at her mercy. It brings a little spice to their connection, yet also speaks a lot about women being able to voice what they want, or maybe don’t want, in their relationships.

While the other members of the Syx are all briefly mentioned or appear in the background, Warrick is the main star of this story, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t very interested to learn more about the rest of these mysterious demons and see their own roads to redemption.

"Demon Unbound" is the first installment in the Demon Enforcers series dedicated to the Syx, a sextet of demons that first appeared in "Born to Be Wild", the third full-length novel of the "Immortal Vegas" Series.

The Syx are a demon special ops team, tasked with police escaped demons and send them right back, as they alone have the power to open and close the portals to Hell. The team consist of Finn, Stefan Gregori, Ram, Hugh and their leader Warrick, the main character in this story. Each of the books will eventually focus on one of the Syx, and his own very special path to redemption. Crossing Warrick’s path is Maria Santos, undercover cop invested on bringing down the La Noche gang, responsible for the death of her cousin fifteen years ago. Trapped in an almost deadly situation she calls on help, and gets Warrick. Now Warrick is bound to solve the case, save Maria, avenge her cousin and (unknowingly) redeem himself in the process.

The plot is rich, fast-paced and enticing, the world of the Syx is, despite its fantastic setting, fully credible, the characters relatable, and interesting. The chemistry between Warrick and Maria is undeniable, their banter witty to the point of open laughter, and a neverending source of enjoyment for the first to the very last page. Warrick might be a demon enforcer, even the ‘scariest’ of them all, but the guy is really out of his pit with Maria, who is by no means a ‘damsel in distress; fortunately for him, there is enough bad demon minions to work off his frustration.

As always Jenn Stark takes us for a ride in a perfectly crafted world with a spotless prose and the exact needed garnish of wit with generous servings of innuendo. The Demon Enforcer Series is a more mature reading than the original “Immortal Vegas” , but nevertheless nicely packed and elegantly carried out.

Jenn Stark Urban Fantasy Verse encompasses three Series: the original "Immortal Vegas", the Spin-On/Sequel "Wilde Justice" and the Spin-Off "Demon Enforcers". Every one of the three is a clear recommendation to every lover of intelligent and good crafted urban fantasy.

Demon bound is an epic new series by Jenn Stark. If you’ve read her previous books with Sara Wilde, you’re going to love this new series.
It’s completely different from the Connected world but focuses on a character who we’ve met in previous book, Warrick. Fallen angel and Demon, he and his band of other demons, the Syx have come through the magical plain and are called to help humans that call for them. They are also manipulated by the ultimate Puppet Master The Hierophant who seems to hold the key to their salvation.
To help Warrick along the way he meets Maria, an undercover officer who is trying to find the truth about how her young cousin was killed many years ago as well as finding it about the new drugs which seem to be population America. Maria is feisty but also has an air of vulnerability about her which makes her such a likable character. She, as well as Warrick seem to have been through so much in their lives and although they sometimes question the good, they fight for everything they have and make no apologies for it!
This story is action packed, it has some biblical background knowledge but it definitely makes the story and you understand what makes Warrick and the rest of the Syx who they are. There are also some very steamy moments between Warrick and Maria and a pop up from one of my favourite characters Nikki as well as being introduced to more of the Syx. ( I’m very interested in hearing their story)
The story just pulls you along with such amazing description, you feel like you’re standing right in the middle of the action.
If this is the start to Ms. Stark’s new series, I can’t wait to see what the rest of the series is going to bring. If you haven’t read previous book yet, that what you need to go and do...right now!

I struggled with the fact that the Immortal Vegas series was coming to a close. I have loved that series from start, and was scared about the finish. I shouldn't have been - not only did it come to a satisfying completion, but it offered a glimmer of hope: this new series.

Yes, it's always tough starting a new series - you can't finish reading the first book, or it's such a winner that you're glued to the internet until you can one-click the next book... Trust me, you're going to want to one-click that next book with this series!

This series is grittier, darker, and more raunchy than the Immortal Vegas series that we all love (see, still can't let it go). It's a series of redemption. It's about overcoming the almost impossible task set before them by the eternal asshat, Michael. It's about learning more about Warrick and his demon team, the Syx. It's about meeting new, strong heroines and seeing how they interact with the Syx, and the world beyond this one.

I always thought that Warrick was a good guy, despite being a demon. I loved getting to know more about him - and his true form. I loved finding out how he came to fall, and learn that there is a way for him to redeem himself, and ultimately his team. I loved meeting Maria and came to realise that she really is a fabulous match for him. (Hands up all of you who, like me, were hoping that maybe he'd hook up with our girl, Nikki - trust me, Maria is just as great in her own way).

I could gush further, but don't want to ruin it all for you. Suffice to say, there are new friends to meet, and even a few surprise old friends to greet. Buy it, try it - and you'll love it!

I was sent this book for an honest review.

This is the start of what is shaping up to be an exciting new series from Jenn Stark. It’s a paranormal romance set mostly in LA. In this story we follow Warrick, a hunky demon tasked with taking down others of his kind. He teams up with Maria Santos who he has to quickly learn to work beside. This story is about repentance and forgiveness, perhaps not just by the powers that be, but by the main characters themselves.

What I liked most about this book is the ability of the author to build sexual tension between the two main characters (especially the shower scene). This book is fast paced and the author keeps you invested from start to end with questions raised at the beginning that compel you to read to the end. The characters are well formed, with depth and a history that’s interesting. If you start this book as I did in the evening, you’ll end up tired the next day.

This has a good plot-line and sets the scene for an entertaining new series with glimpses of the rest of the Syx, I especially enjoyed catching up with one of my favourite characters from another series.

If you’re looking for a good romantic, sexy read then this is the book for you!

This is my first Jenn Stark novel. I don't usually read paranormal books, but the premise for this one sounded intriguing enough that I requested an ARC, and I'm so glad I did!

Warrick is a demon, one step down from a fallen angel. As a member of the Syx, his duty is to banish demons that are worse than he is and to answer any human calls for help. Maria Santos is an undercover cop with a deep-rooted need to avenge the 15-year-old murder of her cousin. When Maria -- whose faith has always been in question or even non-existent -- calls upon God for help in a difficult situation, Warrick responds. Maria soon discovers that she and Warrick are after the same person, only Warrick knows that their target is much worse than just a bad human; he's a bad demon. How much does Warrick let Maria know?

The plot was fast-moving and interesting -- getting to understand Maria's past as well as Warrick's. Warrick in his human form is convincingly human, and his chemistry with Maria is believable. As a paranormal romance, the book strikes a good balance between the paranormal and the romance. I was drawn into both aspects of the book. I also liked the peripheral characters -- human and demon. They had interesting personalities, and my curiosity was piqued throughout the entire book.

I liked this book very much and am looking forward to reading the sequel, "Demon Forsaken," which focuses on one of Warrick's Syx brethren, Finn.

I really have a thing for angels. I have collected figurines and ornaments throughout the years so it's no surprise that I am loving this series. A Fallen, cast down and turned to demon because of his anger now the leader of the Enforcers Special Force. Demon hordes are appearing and his special team is needed. Warrick is a force to be reckoned with and after all this time has lessons to learn. His assignment comes in the form of Maria, the prayer for help that he answers. This time we get some back story, the how, what, when and whys prior to the story. I love how these worlds all inter-mingle with the Arcadian Council and such it makes it easier to get into the flow of the story. I actually read the series out of order and can attest to this being a series of standalone reads. We get each member of the teams background and their test. This test is major and of course along with it comes action, chaos, black oozzing something or other and for Warrick, love. The kind of love that will sacrifice themselves. The kind that sees you for your heart. The kind that heals. Awesome story that will keep you turning the pages unable to stop until the last page is read. I have more to read in this series from an author that has captured my attention and kept it prisoner.

Unbeknownst to most of us, the world really is full of interesting things. Angels, demons, vampires, faeries and others are all around us. Some trying to help, others? Not so much.

Warrick is leader of the Syx, a sort of demon enforcer unit established to hunt down demons who aren’t behaving nicely (most of ‘em). They are bound to assist anyone who calls on them for protection – like Maria Santos.

Maria is an undercover cop with a mission. Find and take out the scuzzbag who murdered her cousin ten years earlier. She wears the cousin’s cross in memory. Apparently the cross has ties to a Higher Being who, when Maria is in trouble, pages the Syx for help.

An interesting concept of demon vs. demon, innocent with demon, God, Fallen Angels and others. The writing is good, kept me reading until I couldn’t any more. Stark’s characters are disciplined, funny (Finn) and true to form. I enjoyed the plot and the side issues.

I love Jenn Stark’s writing. She can paint the most amazing pictures with words. I have read nearly all of the Immortal Vegas series, but this is the start of a whole new series and it’s a bit different than Immortal Vegas. There are mentions of the Arcana Council and cameos from said council, but the story is based around a specific demon who has to earn forgiveness and be worthy of his place.
I am happy to give this story 5 stars because of the fluidness of the writing. Sure, it’s a paranormal romance but it’s much more than that too. It’s got a moral to it. It’s about forgiveness. About beliefs and how strong a person can be when they are determined. It’s really about a lot of things that send a message about the fact that being good and kind isn’t always easy. What is easy is to take the dark road that rage, entitlement and all things evil can lead. Sometimes we don’t even know we are on that road until it’s far too late.

An very interesting story! We know Warrick , Nicki Dawes, Syx and Michael from the Immortal Vegas series which I highly recommend! What we have here is a new series about demons who police other demons and protect the children of God. Warrick is called to protect Maria Santos who doesn’t realize in full what she has done by calling for help. Maria is looking for revenge for the killing of her cousin Cara. She is undercover cop when she calls for help from Warrick. The action/mystery begins in depth with the call. There are plot twists but there is also Finn who is very interesting and humorous. Romance will show it place in the story and redemption plays a good part.
I love the story but there is only one part which I really did not care for and that is Michael ‘s torturing / testing of Warrick. Redemption is great but testing his way was not for me.

Took me a long time to get around to reading this, I'm ashamed to say. I'm glad I finally did. It's written in the typically excellent Jenn Stark style with a crossover of characters from Immortal Vegas that both blends nicely and allows for Demon Enforcers to be its own series.

The first one starts with Warrick, the basic leader of the Syx, which is as it should be. The only thing I don't like about him is how self conscious he is about his true form. Seems a bit wimpy for a Demon Enforcer. But it plays out ok so I can let that go.

Michael is being his usual nasty self, which is expected, and Warrick's fellow enforcer Finn is going to prove to be a trip, that I can see coming!

I really enjoyed this book and am now moving on to book 2. It may not be Immortal Vegas, but it's a close second!

As always, Very Well Done, Jenn!

I was sent an ARC in exchange for an honest review. First, I am definitely a Jenn Stark fan, I’ve had the pleasure of reviewing several of her books and it’s always a joy, this book was no exception! From the moment we met Warrick and the Syx in the Immortal Vegas series I loved them so to find out there was a whole book about Warrick was awesome!! I enjoyed getting to know more about him and to see the world we’ve become familiar with in a different light. Maria was very likable and you were rooting for her and Warrick from the beginning. It was really fun to get a glimpse of some familiar faces, like Nikki!! I wished Sarah had been there but we can hope they’ll merge at some point. Fast paced and fun, I highly recommend it! I can’t wait for the rest of the Syx’s stories!!

This book goes in a very different direction than the earlier series it branches off. It is much darker and grittier.

Warrick of the Syx is an intriguing character and I really enjoyed learning more about him after reading about him in the other series.

Maria is a police officer on a dangerous mission and wants retribution. She and Warrick have such an amazing connection and it really changes their lives. There is a lot of action and violence and the story really grips your attention.

I enjoyed the ending and am looking forward to the next book.

I am voluntarily reviewing a copy I received.

We met The Syx in the Immortal Vegas series. I wanted to know more about them than the little bits in both the Immoral Vegas, and Wilde Justice series. I was so very excited when it was announced they were getting their own books. I have to say once again Jenn Stark didn't disappoint! Warrick and Maria's story is intense, brave, beautiful, and honest. The need to see, and be seen as we are is truly hard to find. But when it happens it changes everything. Will definitely read again! On to the next book...

Sad about the end of Immortal Vegas and looking for another window to peer into that world? Then this book is your ticket. The writing is high quality as you’d expect from Jenn Stark. She takes you through another invigorating journey with demons and supernaturals in this tale and it definitely keeps you wondering what’s next. I didn’t love the heroine as much as I loved Sara from the prior series but I did enjoy the book!

Oh first I was cheering for the devil- Tom Ellis. Now Jenn Stark had me cheering for a demon. Warrick is strong confident and determined. Maria strong and determined but only one of them is a demon. They compliment each other so well. You will so cheer for them also. It was awesome to see Nicki again. Death also not so much the Hierophant.
Do I recommend? Absolutely. Will I re-read? Most definitely. Enjoy folks.

Jenn Stark does it again

I was fully prepared not to like this book. I like reading about magic, but who wants to read about demons? I have never met a demon that I liked. That was yesterday. Yesterday I started reading Demon Unbound. Last night and all day today I have done nothing but read, and fall in love with demons. Not really. I love the Syx, the demons, not so much.

A joyous read. Now to start book 2 in the series. I think I will nap first.

Gripped me from beginning to end

I loved this book from beginning to end. The story flowed well, and i looked how the two main characters relationship grew as the story progressed. I didn't want the story to end.
I enjoy how it was once full story in one full book and not a load of other books i had to buy to progress on the story.
It wasn't smutty not did it feel rushed, i highly recommend this book.

Fated mates but not in your face - they acknowledge the draw between these two completely different but definitely connected individuals. In essence, this book is all about redemption that isn't wrapped up in a pretty little bow. It is messy, painful, and filled with guilt.

I really appreciate a strong female hero and this book definitely delivers, she does not wilt in the face of a strong man - they compliment each other well. Can't wait to read more!

Outstanding story. Full of excitement, action, danger, belief, and romance. This is Jenn Stark at her finest. The way she expanded on Warrick and incorporated characters from her Sara Wilde books is extraordinary. You will not go wrong by reading this book. It is truly exciting and a must read for all!!! The main character is in a class of her own.
