All I had to do was:

1) Stay away from my family
2) Stop losing control of my powers
3) Not fall in love with the band

Looks like I’m striking out on all three. My werewolves, my rock stars, my guys… I’ve left them and run, back to my family which is probably the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life.

If my parents find out that I was with werewolves, that I fell in love with a whole pack of wolves, then the boys are dead. No more music, no more campfire nights curled up outside our tour van. No more snuggling in with Finn, or Ace’s laughter ringing out.

But I’ve got to know that the guys love me for me, and not for my powers, especially since I keep sparking up and frying everything in sight.

So maybe second time’s the charm. New list!

1) Run away from my family
2) Gain control over my powers
3) Find out if the pack loves me as much as I love them

This steamy Reverse Harem Romance is over 72,000 words in length, and is the second in a series about Darcy Llewellyn and her pack of werewolf lovers.

OMFG. I am so keyed up, I probably shouldn't be writing this review right now. This book was seriously a rollercoaster ride - and not in the good way for a book to be. A rollercoaster as in inconsistent crazy ups and downs.

The first third of the book (like book 1) was awful. I HATED the MC. She was the most passive, wimpy, whiny, stoooopid (which is a step below TSTL!), passive, impulsive knee-jerk, stooooopid character I have read in I don't know how long. Ever? GAH! I nearly DNF'd the book more times than I can count, and almost sacrificed my kindle to the wall in my frustration.

My read was saved just in time though. Because "a glory of unicorns"! Yep, there is a fucking group of unicorn shifters in this book! Hot damn :) Unicorn shifters in a band. Two bands.

And then the MC finally added the second member of her harem officially, also good ;) (Though it was a little weird for me, because though I like Ace, and he is a sweetie, he is only 20 and is several years younger than the MC. Not really my cup-o-tea.) But overall, the harem is starting to gel.

And things start to get exciting with the band...and the hunters... (and the fucking unicorns! *giggle*). But then...more TSTL heroine crap :(

Followed by another FUCKING AWFUL CLIFFHANGER! Argh!

Honestly, I am so all over the map with this series.

It is well written from a technical standpoint. Plus
It has a cool concept and fairly unique shifter take. Plus
It is a kick-ass look at the band tour scene. Plus

BUT. THE. FUCKING. MC. IS. SO. FUCKING. ANNOYING.

And the author wastes at least half of each book on either utterly boring detail or driving you insane with TSTL decisions. Then JUST as the story gets good and you are finally getting into it...

BAM! Cliffhanger. *groan*

I dunno. I just dunno. Maybe I'll wait for book 3 in a month. But if I have anything better to do, maybe not. Will depend if I am less pissed off by then and just really want to see where this is all going (and if everyone survives the goddamn cliffhanger).

UPDATE NOTES:
95.0% "Uh...continuity issue I think. Pretty sure Max dumped Craig because her father told her she had to after Craig broke into his house. Not that Craig dumped her in a nasty way as is implied here in book 2."

74.0% "LMAO...you fucking think?
"We want you to be ours, sweetheart, and yeah, we do need to talk. We do need to work on this whole communication thing," Finn said after a few minutes as I drifted comfortably. My stomach rumbled, loud enough that Charlie snorted."
58.0% "OMFG...did I mention that Darcy is a fucking IDIOT? She knows they are being hunted...and it doesn't even ONCE occur to her that she just ran into hunters?"

46.0% "Gah! It was starting to get better now that she realized she had made yet another fucked up decision and returned to the guys...and now here she is, right back to being TSTL. More goddamn secrets. What a twit."

28.0% "Why the FUCK did you run back into the one room (yours) that you KNOW is set up to prevent you exiting the building? Why not go to another room you twit?"

20.0% "Best fucking line ever (in the midst of this book that has made me nearly throw my kindle against the wall multiple times...and I think may be forcing my neighbors to consider calling the cops because of all my cursing)...
"We're a glory of unicorns!"
OMFG. Didn't see that one coming."

17.0% "Darcy Evangeline Llewellyn is the most clueless, passive, fumbling, irritating, TSTL main character I have ever read. Can't even call her a heroine, she is that annoying."

16.0% "I can't recall the last time I was this pissed off at a book and its characters...yelling at the screen every other paragraph. Highlighting and writing note after note..."TSTL" "You fucking MORON" "You think, idiot?!" GAH!!!!"

15.0% "Darcy is fucking TSTL."

14.0% "Sigh...she is a fucking idiot. She won't betray them? And yet, she doesn't hide that she has been with them. Doesn't think to shower before returning home. Doesn't think that her GODDAMN PHONE might have details about who they are that would let the witches get to them??? OMFG"

7.0% "Holy hell...I can already tell I am going to be crazy annoyed with the MC in this book. She is now doubling down on the stupidity of the decisions she made at the end of book 1."

OMFG!!!! That was freaking fantastic!!! I’m so happy we got to tour more with the boys! Honestly I love the romance and supernatural part of this series but the touring part still is my fave since it brings me back to my days touring with bands. And shit that ending!!!! Book 3 can’t come soon enough!!!

These books just keep getting better and better???

In this one Darcy's relationship with her werewolf rockstar harem grows to encompass Ace as well, though the other boys are still left out in the cold (for now). Just as an aside, I LOVE the relationship dynamics between the men. There's no M/M or anything like that, but they're basically like brothers, complete with silly fights, insults, and hilarious banter. Normally I hate male POV but they were all so funny and cute I didn't even mind when K.T. introduced it in this book. Plus, she kept their chapters sweet and short, and we only got look-ins from Ace and Finn, so the other three still got to be men of mystery!

We officially meet Darcy's witch family, who are just as awful as they were before she ran away, before she continues touring with the band and evading human hunters. Her lightning-witch powers grow a little bit but act in unpredictable ways - she's just as likely to fry her eyebrows off as she is to call down a thunderstorm.

I can't bring myself to give this one 5 stars, because I feel like there's a lot of stuff that gets brushed under the carpet - for instance, I reckon Darcy forgave Cash for his crappy words in Book 1 way too easily. Plus she's only with 2/5 of the men so far. We don't get to read a proper threesome scene either, but there are teasing hints, so my hopes are high for future books...

I picked this book up and started reading it about 4 hours ago and didn’t put it down until I was finished. Damn I need a time machine so I can jump to May 11 and read Phoenixburn RIGHT NOW!! Yea I know I don’t have any patience but seriously this series has been so good that I want it all now....

So in the The Rogue Witch #2 we get a whole lot more awesomeness and oh yeah the AMAZING guys of Phoenixcry. Damn, damn, damn I so want my own Ace, Cash, Charlie, Eli, and Finn uhm hum uhm they are yummy. Not only are wolf shifters, Hot Rock Stars, but they also treat Darcy like a freakin Queen.

With Darcy this book left me with a lot of questions about what is going on with her, but I love ❤️
💕 💗 cause really all that does is make me want to read more about hem. I was really proud of Darcy that even tho she got spooked a couple of times in this book she was able to push back her panick and not run.

In conclusion yea this is a definite MUST READ for any Reverse Harem reader. This series has become on of my all-favorites of this year and of the RH genre. The writing was spectacular, the main and background characters are downright awesome, the story flowed perfectly together, and yea it’s a Rockstar Reverse Harem series that has totally rocked my world!!

To continue, or not to continue?? [There are 9 of them 😱]

Definite improvement over B1 - we’ve moved into a mostly solid 3⭐️ 😂

What didn’t work:
*Still too many spelling and grammatical errors, though way less repetition [very greatful].

*I approved of her suspicions of the guys attraction and motivations, but not her response to them.
-At least 2 guys made blatant comments in B1 that were easily interpreted as ‘we want you because of the type of witch you are’, while one briefly and flatly lost interest in her when she revealed how weak her magic was.
-But running back to those she spent the last 4 years running AWAY from? I’m guessing the author needed a way to reintroduce her family after they’ve been so absent for 4 years… Wrong way to do it.

*Her exploration of her burgeoning magics at the beginning was interesting, with the great potential for humour, then…just stopped. WTF? She’s all scared over the supposed hunter threat, but doesn’t practice the one way she can help and not be a walking victim to be used against them??

*

*Arrrgh! The FMC has: the back of her head bashed into a wall, gets her face bitch slapped, jumps-falls from a second story window into some bushes, has a large glass splinter in her hand [that causes drippy bleeding], gets singed by Daddy’s lightning, runs and trips through dark and scratchy woods, and lastly, gets thrown on her ass into the ground by her own lightning. All within approx 4 days, but has NO cuts, lumps, or bruises when she strips naked in front of MMC1… 😳😤

* 😮‍💨 Gets her neck chewed on, to the point of needing first aid, but then we hear nothing more about it, except as a reference to angst over…

*Yeah, like another reviewer commented, several continuity errors.

*Same issue as B1. We get flashes of action and story at the beginning, more at the end, and a whole heap of nothing filler in the middle [except for 1 ridiculous hunter confrontation, over way too briefly].

*Damn, I keep thinking of more things to add…

Sooooo, what did work:
*The FMC does improve maturity wise, at least in comparison to B1 😅

*WAYYYY less cringe dialogue [thank you 🙏].

*We did get to see SOME hunter action..

*I’m surprisingly still interested in the story-plot [🤷‍♀️].

*Despite the errors, it was easier to read through..

*No Virgin Trope, YaY [though it was referenced in some cringe jokes several times 😫].

Yeah, I’m reaching. I’m trying to remember why or what I thought was good about this? 😂 The thing is, I finished it, and easily enough as well. I’ve had other books that pissed me off less, but was unable to finish them. HuH.
For all that was wrong with this, it wasn’t boring [even with all that filler]. While it WAS aggravating at times, again, I didn’t hate to the point of needing to skim or stop.

So. It was by no means brilliant, or even good realistically 😂, it also wasn’t bad [damned with faint praise 🥱😅].

Ohh, also, Werewolves who are not Wolfy 😫😭 SO over that!!

Darcy ran. That's what she does. She ran from her family, she ran from the band, she ran from her feelings. But this time she ran back to her family. Mistake. With her life no longer her own she must run again. Meanwhile, Phoenixcry is finding more success with each day but they are desperately missing their manager on a professional and personal level. Once they are reunited, apologies are made, feelings are shared, and it's clear that this witch is meant to be with these werewolves. It's not all perfect, however, Darcy's powers are dangerously erratic and uncontrollable and hunters are too close. #tourdanger

Again, RH, one witch, four sexy werewolves, the rock world. Add in crazy powers, a horrid family, a despicable ex, and deadly hunters. It's got all the right notes. I am still mixed about this series but I will admit that I find it very entertaining. Let's start with my complaints. If Darcy runs again, I am finished! Her decisionmaking makes me question everything about her. Darcy running home just doesn't make sense. The explanation doesn't work for me with her family history. I also can't stand her lack of communication; with the guys and now with Max (Craig). Tell those closest to you what's really going on, what you are feeling, what you are thinking. Without trust an communication, there is no relationship. I would also like more transparency with Charlie, Eli, and Cash. Sexual innuendos don't work, expressing feelings does. And why did the guys keep the other band's secret a secret from Darcy? I would love more character and relationship development. Cut out on some of the sexy times and spend time together getting closer in other ways. I still need to feel a deeper, more authentic connection. Now for the positive. I love the tweets and Instagram posts and the fan interactions. This all rings true. I like the development with Finn and Ace. I loved the close escape from her family and hope that there is more conflict with them in the future. I feel that that the tension is building nicely with the hunters and with Jake. Both are potentially explosive dangers. While I want more character development, there was growth in this book. It's moving in the right direction. The flow of the book is good and it's just plain entertaining despite my complaints!

The ending was a cliffhanger. I know some readers hate them, I do not. It just makes me eager for more. In this case, there is mystery involved as well, so I can't wait to see what happens next and what is revealed.

To say this book was amazing is an understatement. This book is witty, sarcastic, fun, suspenseful, a tad quirky, quite brilliant. Oh, the banter - so so good. Every now and again an author comes along that just gets it. The story doesn't feel like work. The only annoying thing about these heroes is how many many times you actually swoon and/or have to change your panties. The guys are HOT! The sex is HOT! Eli(as), Finn, Cash, Charlie, and Ace could all be heroes in any love story on their own but together they are even more magically delicious. Darcy is such a great heroine. She hasn’t always made the best decisions but she owns it. She is likable, cool, a lot sarcastic, a tad awkward, and someone you want as your friend. She and her pack of wolves can only be described as perfection. The love, care, and bond between them makes the pack family bond very apparent. You can feel the love - even and especially in their quirky barbs. The world KT Strange started in Phoenixcry and makes even more real in this book is engaging and authentic. I know it’s about a witch and her werewolves but it not only somehow feels real it’s where you want to be. You feel the experiences, suspense, heartbreak, redemption, love, and desires of these characters. All I can say is read this book and experience the journey that is Phoenixfall - you absolutely will not regret it. The writing is fabulous and feels effortless. KT Strange has built a world I don’t want to just vacation in - I want to move there and stay a good long while. Warning this book ends on a cliffy. A hair-pulling frustrating beautifully evilly brilliant one but still. Thank goodness Phoenixburn is not that far away!!
I requested and received an arc copy of this book. I also preordered. This is my voluntary, true, and honest opinion.

**give me a minute to get over that ending**

Holy Shiznickles! K.T. Strange has done it again! I honestly loved Phoenixcry, and I hate going in with high expectations for a sequel, but DAMN GIRL! You rock on!

K.T. has managed to immerse us into a world of witches and werewolves. Picking up right where we left off, we dive right back in to the madness and mayhem that is not only mythological in nature but also the crazy lifestyle of a musician on the road. While we follow along with Darcy's story, we also get to have moment in the brain of the men of Phoenixcry with various POVs, a writing technique I love when done right. The story continues to flow, with nothing really feeling like it's out of the realm of possibility. It's also great that we get to see the personality nuances that make each character unique (including the fantastic bra scene with Ash that was inspired on a facebook post!).

With the introduction of new obstacles (will Darcy's family follow her back to her Mundane life? what is Craig up to?) it's hard to not want to keep turning the page to see what comes next. Once again, we've been left with a cliffhanger that makes us want to know what happens next, I just hope that we can all wait until May 11 for book #3 - Phoenixburn.

I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author for review consideration.

Better and Better

I love Phoenixcry for it’s interesting and unique world building, it’s realistic characters and relationships, and the dynamics between the characters.

Phoenixfall surpasses Phoenixcry because of its characters that have so much growth and the world building that continues to be outstanding.

FMC - She’s so realistic with her struggles with herself, her relationship with the guys, and her family issues. Darcy outshines the flat, uninspired FMC if other books because she is realistic.

The guys- I love the guys. Finn and Ace are favorites. Sexy and sweet. They are perfect. Charlie is a quiet, sensual guy that I need to see more of! Cash is the bad boy, the guy you want to save. Eli is the hold out, the one that fights the attraction, but he’s also the alpha. The guys present themselves so differently! In this book, we get more glimpses of all the guys and it’s refreshing.

I’m impressed by the author’s writing as it got better in this book. I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next!!!

Setting - Going back home and on the road with the band

Plot - Dealing with family drama, finding one’s self-identity, and figuring out a complicated relationship.

RH factor - medium paced much like the last book - but I have cake and icing!

I highly recommend this book!!!

Read on KU with plans to buy.

4 You’re Our Heart Stars

Pheonixfall is the second book in The Rogue Witch RH series by K. T. Strange.

Please someone go back and edit this book. I know there were only minor spelling issues, but that really cuts into my enjoyment of a book.

Darce went home. Took a plane to meet her dear and long-missed friend Daria. But Daria’s a Hailward. It’s not long before she’s back in her families clutches. Suffering behind the facade the live in. All the while the boys yearn for her, hurt in her absence. Finn all the more, having known and loved her more openly and deeply than the rest.

The entire time Darce was back at Llewelyn ‘manor’ I was counting the seconds, the words until it was over. No one there was redeemable. The were cringe-worthy, practically horrifying to witness.

The moment of their reuniting, I swear I could’ve cried for an hour. Lots of happy tears. I feel terrible that I didn’t connect with h in the last book. However these pages made me fall for her. Experiencing her melding into this family with the pack. Finally starting to understand herself, or rather where she belongs.

So many shocking revelations in terms of the Hunters. A fairly huge one I can’t bring myself to spill. As well, Max manages to join them on tour for a bestie reunion. Surprises, surprise. Oh, my!

I loved Phoenixfall!!! Seeing how missing Darcy affected each of the guys, and how they felt through their point of view, just had me melting. Finn, just broke my heart, with how much he missed her. How defensive he was of her, I just love him!! Darcy and her interactions with her family, I was rooting for her to escape the second she made it back home. After seeing what she went through and who her parents wanted her to still marry. Just left me helping her to plan her escape route. When she finally did return to the guys, I was grinning like a fool. Darcy was back home with her guys, all is right in the world. Some relationships are better than ever, some progress and some are a step in the next direction. A lot of the book is her reconnecting with the guys. There is also the small problem, or not so small, of her powers. Oh and a little thing of Hunters showing up. Not to mention a surprise showing of an old friend. There is a cliffhanger at the end, and you will be screaming nooooooo! But good news is we don't have to wait so long for Phoenixburn. I believe everything is amped up in book two, relationships, action, suspense and with twists and turns. Overall, don't miss this series, you wont regret it.

Wow! Wow! Wow! All the goods!!!

Oh man, this book took me on a trip! I felt everything, every high, every low, and all the goodness in between! This book far surpassed my expectations, and the words literally just felt like they poured from the page and sank into my brain! So many twists and turns in this book! It starts out so nerve wracking, and the tension, and fear I felt for Darcy! Oh god! Then, the feels, the reunion, the love, the growth of the pack shone through! Darcy and the guys grow by leaps and bounds, and the build up and tension from the baddies out there stalking them, to the creepers close to home continues up until an unexpected and thrilling cliffhanger. I was left biting my nails throughout the book, like anticipating a scare around the next corner of a haunted house. There are definite sexy times, so sexy!!! And a sweet and loving moment so poignant, it brought tears to my eyes! Please do yourself a favor and read, read, read this book like the wind, then go back and take your sweet time, I promise you, it's so worth it, and, don't be sad for long, because just around the corner is the next one!!! Bravo lady! You knocked this one out of the park!!! : )

First of all, I did not understand why Darcy thought coming back to her family would be a good idea. Yes, there was an excuse about Chelsea amplifying her feelings but with her family being that bad, I think it should not have been her first thought. Why not to Max? I think the reasoning was quite weak.

Now in terms of relationship building, I like how she continued working on separate relationships with the guys once she was back. As I have said before, that is a huge thing for me. She was walking a fine line with some relationships being much more advanced than others, in my opinion, she was even cruel sometimes in her affections to Finn and Ace but not the others. On the other hand, it sort of made sense.

However, I still do not get why she did not tell them more about herself and, more importantly, about her powers and in general why they do not have a "history lesson" about weres and witches. Also she could have done some research while at her parents, I am sure they would have had books about other creatures or even hunters at their library where she did spend time.

While this book goes the right direction, I would have liked it more if Darcy grew a backbone and stopped being the simpering girl who is afraid of her shadow.

What is wrong with this girl. Darcy is awful, I’m not sure what the heck she was trying to accomplish with her horrid decision making skills since she never gave her reasons or explained why she even went home, nor is she even a little bit curious about some mysterious prophecy about her changing the council, nor is she even the slightest bit aware all of a sudden she has trouble controlling her powers. I have no clue what is happening and these characters...lord have mercy all seem so Clueless. All they care about is getting through another show... I mean come on people it’s getting real it’s time to become proactive instead of reactive. I’m not sure Darcy is going to be able to redeem herself in my eyes. She turns tail and runs at any indication of anything. She’s a complete pushover, and barely even has any personality and these guys treat her like she’s the second coming even though they barely even know her and that’s her fault because she seems to just loose all personality and even forgets what she just went through with her family and never even tells the guys. I just can’t tell where this is going. Then it’s back to the music industry grind and jargon like nothing even happened. Ugh the inconsistencies of this story is really getting to me.

Great Paranormal RH

It feels like this is one of those genre ticking books we so often get in romance fiction
- Rock Band
- Werewolves
- Witches
- Reverse Harem
- Running from evil family
- Running from evil hunters
But it is actually a great deal more than the sum of it’s parts. This book, the second in the series has lots of heart and the characters, though paranormal, are believable. They all have the faults and strengths and they all work well together.

I really love the little snippets of Tweets supposedly from the band phoenixcry and Darcy. The photos in particular are great fun. It wouldn’t surprise me if they come from KT Strange’s life on tour as she has worked in the music industry for the last 10 years. It’s probably that experience that makes the backstage life of the band and Darcy that much more believable, in particular all of the business/politics stuff.

A word of warning. There is a cliff-hanger but there is only a month to wait for the next one, so you won’t have long to bite your fingernails!

Ugh

I tried. The first book just really annoyed me in the way the FMC was so flight and immature. For crying out loud, the girl had the fortitude to run from her family and create a while new life for herself. She 21 for crikes-sake, but as soon as she is presented with a difficult situation, she runs and buries her head in the ground. She is consistently going back and forth with her emotions like a teenager. Why did her run home if it didn't accomplish anything? She didn't get help with her powers; she didn't find anything out about the headstone. So what was the point?!? She knew her parents were bad but she went back why?? She does these things and they have bigger consequences for others than her and then she gets upset when the guys are forgiving enough?? What, the!! She never talks about her feelings or wants to ask for help with her powers. She says she "loves" them, but does she when she doesn't let them in. I call false. I don't think I can read another, what 6 books, of this non-sense.

This is a really good second book in this series by K.T Strange and it really captivates the readers imagination from start to finish. Like book one Darcy does get on my nerves at times throughout the book but she is growing on me a bit more! I like that we get the relationships develop further, however, I would love to start focusing on Eli, Charlie and Cash more. Finn gets a lot of air time and even though him and Ace a great I want to see who the others are and learn more about them and who they will be to Darcy. I like that we see more of Max in this book as the supporting characters really help to develop this story more! Once again we are left on a real cliffhanger that made me want to through my device and yell for more! But that is the beauty to these books - it draws the reader in and keeps you going back for more! This book is full of emotion and can’t wait to see what happens next!

KT has done it again and created an amazing story that is easy to emerge yourself into. Phoenixfall is the continuation of the story of Darcy and her 5 sexy werewolves. This story has everything you could want or need in it. It has drama, suspense, tension, humor, and sex. OMG the sex is HAWT! It is a story that makes you forget that you are even reading a book as you feel the emotions with each of the characters as if you were there. You feel the heartbreak and the love they have for each other, you feel the anger and outrage, you feel the fear and need for escape, you feel the happiness of the much anticipated reunion. I couldn't put the book down as each chapter just left me wanting more and the cliffhanger ending left me begging for the next book.

If you like to read a story with characters that are easy to fall in love with and a world you can fall into, don't hesitate because then this is the story for you.

Second half is solid

I enjoyed book 1 right up until she ran home, an epicly bad idea that just didn't make any sense. She literally ran away from home because witch life and her family were in every way the worst and her instinct was to run home to them instead of running back to Max?! Completely illogical. It made the first half of so of the second book painful. It's obviously to set up a later run in with her family, but it's not like she is in hiding. Everything that is being set up with her powers and family conflict could have been put into place without her actually running home.

However, once everything predictably goes bad at home and she is back with the guys it's a great story and I'm sad I put off reading book 2. Jumping right into book 3.

I really liked the lead female is the first book but in the one she is just one idiocy after another and when she realized her harem's lives are in danger because her phone is in an antagonist's hands and she doesn't even bother to warn them because she is hoping they won't find out or is still processing her visit home or doesn't like to talk or some other stupid nonsense excuse, I gave up.

Love the touring band concept, love the careful relationship/romance-building, love Finn, Ace, Eli all the positive secondary/tertiary female characters but all of that was overshadowed and ruined by how ridiculous, weak and pitiful the female lead was now being written.

Still find the plot really interesting, especially as it feels like something is slowly building up.
But the characters and their lack of communication is just annoying. She disappears and they just accept her returning and saying she doesn't want to talk about it?? And what her father attempted, and she has just brushed it off and jumped straight back in to her life. It just doesn't seem like a realistic reaction to anything. If someone disappeared and then returned in that state...you would question it and expect some sort of reason. I think the FMC just comes across as quite a self centered person but I am hoping that she starts becoming a better person as the series progresses.

oh my. so much emotion. I thought the first one had a fluid series of emotions that played well together, but KT took it even farther. romance, lust(yes, they're different), anger, sadness, happiness. she delivered it all in this second installment. Darcy and her guys get to know each other much better and you find out more about the other guys feeling and some hints of who they are. Max, the loyal to a fault BFF, also makes quite a statement of her own and adheres me to her even more than the first book. I cant wait to see what KT comes up with in the 3rd book.

OMG THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD. The second installment in the Rogue Witch series and I was not disappointed at all. This book had everything I could have wanted and more. And a cliffhanger ending that will leave you desperate for the next book!! If you weren’t already in love with Finn and Ace, this book will seal the deal. As for the rest of the guys, you can’t help but love them as well and be on your toes waiting for when they get their shining moments with Darcy. Drama, sex, music, friends, magic, and romance... all something to look forward to in this book. KT Strange is a FABULOUS writer and her work is both intriguing and enticing. I guarantee you will love this book and not be able to put it down until you finish!

I'm giving this one a 3.5 , I didn't feel as much while reading this one compared to the first. While saying that I still loved the book . The heroine is coming into her powers but can she control them. She also is falling in love with the band . I love how it isn't just bam they all bond with her , I like how the author has her relationship grow with each guy. The story line is what pulls you in, you want to learn everything you can about these characters, all the while the author is slowly giving them to you . Also be ready for a good cliffhanger.

Uncertain what has happened to Darcy the Phoenixcry guys need to move on and continue with the tour. Even though it’s the most difficult thing they’ve ever had to do, with tensions and emotions high between the guys, will they even survive each other? Will Darcy return or are they on their own?

Darcy’s going through her own emotional torture and regret, whilst she’s back with her family and the Witching community, she’s not remaining there by choice.

Phoenixfall is the second book in the series and it’s just as all consuming as the first book.

Omg I can't say enough good things about this series!

Darcy is trying not to use her messed up witch powers and also help support her group of guys band as their manager. She is fighting her feels for them and trying to do her job. She left her messed up life in the witch community to live like a normal human. Now she can't deal with things and runs home. How does a witch who grew up thinking werewolfs were evil start to fall in love with a pack of them? This book and series was fun to read.

This book absolutely blew my mind and was such an amazing continuation of book 1! I’m sooo obsessed with these characters! I was in such devastation with the boys and Darcy with them being separated at the beginning but it really allowed you to get to know some of the characters more one on one and also plug in some of the info that made book 1 make even more sense. The ending killed me and I can’t wAit to read book three! It’s getting hot in here!

If I thought the first book was amazing the second is beyond belief

Wow after running away Darcy fights her way back and that's where things get really interesting!
Hunters find them again surprising Darcy with who is a hunter. Darcy magic is surfacing not always in the best way. Ace finally gets some lovin. Max joins the fun. There is plenty of action of all form . Such a fantastic read. LOVE IT 💘

Such a great story!

Alrighty so book 2, This book was just a great addition to the series. It's just as good, if not better than book one. We learn a lot about what Darcy's home life was like before she ran away and see what kind of monsters are there. This story showed how much power, how strong she can be when needed. The boys were awesome and you can see how much Darcy means to them. I can't wait for book 3, I need more Phoenixcry and their lady in my life!

I Loved both the first and second book of this series. All the characters are well developed, including Darcy and the sex was steaming! Can't wait to read the third book in the series to see Darcy be with more of her wolf Harem. I like all of the men. They are likable and kind to her. The plot thickens and the conflict is see to ramp up. How will they handle all this going on and get closer to one another as well. I would read these books again for sure!!
