After being woken one night by her deceased grandfather, Tali finds her life forever changed. She has always had an interest in the Law of Attraction and universal energies but nothing could have prepared her for this. From ancient rituals to shape shifting, Tali finds herself on a quest of self awareness that eventually takes her within her dream state where she has to learn to walk in two worlds.
This book resonates deeply with me as it touches on a subject many of us are interested in, that of transformation, in story form. It has clear, concise and believable characters and holds you enthralled. The striving for self awareness is something we all seek and this book has all the elements to help people transition through their own. Filled with colorful statements, shape shifting and imagination, it will open your eyes to the possibilities of other realms of life beyond ours. A very easy read so if you want to be transported for a few hours, this book is for you!
Excellent book! Awesome work of the author. Serena Whynd managed to combine the genres of fiction, metaphysical and philosophical reflections that are close to everyone. All this is complemented by a complex interesting plot, interesting characters. I read this book in a few evenings, but I'm still impressed. The Paths That Be (The Phoenix Series, #1) by Serena Whynd is a real treasure for me. I look forward to the continuation of this story!
