I like this book. It's a contemporary menage a trois (MMF) romance. There's plenty of silly fun, a case (or two) of insta-love, a bit of pet play, and a side order of mystery. I enjoyed this for the most part, although there are TYPOS GALORE and some glaring inconsistencies. I think with some editing and some fleshing out, this could be a better book. The beginning, especially, could be improved. I'm glad that I kept reading, though, because the story gets better in the second half.
The main characters are Rory, an American travel video blogger, an English prince named Roland, and his bodyguard, Ben. I thoroughly enjoyed how Rory grabbed life by the horns. I think Roland was kind of dense, though. He pretty much needed to be smacked in the face before he realized what Ben felt for him. Ben is kind of a jerk in some parts, but he might be my favorite character. I like how he figured out what was really going on in the palace.
Some of the things that bothered me: the palace name changed, Sara went from being a felon to an "agent," Rory's brother, Oscar, somehow travelled although the whole point of Rory's blog was because he was too sick to travel.
I'm not sure if I will read the next book. Maybe it's better, maybe it's more of the same.
