When Saint empire in jeopardy he must make a choice that can change the dynamics of him and Ambrosia’s relationship forever. When truths are revealed, lies are exposed and heart break is inevitable can they pick each other up and let their love carry them through?
This book was great from beginning to end, except when the kids were abused. I cannot stomach innocent kids getting abused. I know this was only to make the roles of the character seem portrayed, but it is truly disgusting. The characters were well represented in the story, especially the men. I love dominant men. I love Saint's and Demarcus's rough neck demeanor though they had great hearts. Demarcus had major issues. Married...with kid and kicking it with Rosa. Didn't like that one bit but all in all he got it right at the end. Saint was a saint but crazy as hell, respectful, loveable and caring. I loved his dominance.... period. I didn't approve of the guys occupatIon but gave them a pass for elevating their status. I'm glad that love was had and made. Life was still living and hearts were mended. Souls were tied and love manifested. Great Read! 👍
This was a very good story....It touched on a lot of things that kept the story riveting !!! Alexia wasn't just a dope head she seriously have mental issues especially for her to take it out on an innocent child....I understand that it was done to her but in hindsight on her good days she could have sought out help!!! I didn't blame Demarcus for keeping her child from her!!!! She over dosed before she went into labor.... I'm glad in the end everyone got what they deserved!!! Good job!!!
Saint was exactly that's hood bully but, I wouldn't change him at all. Ambrosia worked my nerves a little but, I understood her plight. I was happy she learn to love and trust. Alexia that heifer she's just Ugh!!! Rosa my girl! Demarcus he did too much and although he tried to redeem his self he wasn't my favorite. Everything came together and I enjoyed it!!! It's a must read!!!
This such a really good story, just right out the gate. The chemistry between the two main characters is so spot on that groundwork yourself I know these people.I loved that instead of getting a look at the street side of this story we get to look into the lives of these characters. The writer weaves a story that draws you in and doesn't let go.This was and is a wonderful way to spend a day.
This is my first read from his author, but it will not be my last. Book flowed effortlessly. Love the growth in Ambrosia. That Alexia was a definite hot mess. Demarcus better be greatful that Rosa was so forgiving because he was messing up left and right. Honesty is always the best policy. Love the bond between the friends in this read, although they had their disagreements, they where there for each when it counted.
Saint was everything. He broke down all of Ambrosia’s walls and gave her the love her and her son deserved. He is the definition of a real man. Even though Demarcus messed up, he really did love Rosa and I’m glad they got their happy ending. Alexia was crazy and I hope she gets the help she needs.
This is my first read by this author and I can say it was a good book. Santana came at the perfect time for Ambrosia and swept her off her feet. I kind of felt sorry for Alexis. What she went through was horrible but she took it out on the wrong ppl. Demarcus was caught up but made the right choice. I was happy that it was a standalone
Alexa was just so darn evil, but I guess it’s because if her health.Saint he loved Ambrosia from the start, at times she can be a little harsh but it was always from a loving place. Rosa was a good friend and I’m glad she didn’t allow Demarcus to push her around....
Saint and Demarcus are bae. I love them. Alexus is crazy and when I got to the end of the book. I realized I was right. I felt bad for the sisters, they did have a ruff upbringing. They deal with it differently. I really enjoyed this, just the right amount of drama. The story pulled you in and kept in interested.
This was a really sweet story about love. I'm glad both couples had a happy ending. Alexia really had some issues that needed to be taken care of. This is my first time reading a book by this author. There were a few times where characters were mixed up, other than that she did a good job!👍
I enjoyed this book I loved this this was a standalone book. The only problem I had with this book was the grammar other then that the plot was great. The plot kept you turning the pages and not wanting to put it down. I am glad all the couple's had a happy ending and that Saint or Demarcus had to kill Alexis and that she got the medical help she needed.
This book was a good read. There were quite a few errors, but the story had me hooked from the start. The author gave us a story filled with drama just the way we like it. This was a well developed standalone and I would recommend this read to those who are looking for a good read.
I really enjoyed A Hood Bully Stole Her Heart. This was my first read by Candi B, and I look forward to reading more of her work. Saint crazy tail was everything, Iol. I loved the twists and turns, and I laughed so much.. but I can't lie I indeed cried my eyes out. I do recommend it for other readers!
I loved this book!! I'm so happy saint married her. I love a happy ending. It's sad that lex couldn't let go of her pad but at least she's safe in the mental house getting the help she needs. Rosa and D now they tripped me out but I'm happy they worked it out as well. Great read!!
First book by this Author and I liked it a lot. The characters were all likeable besides that crazy sister smh. Saint was bae though. I liked Ambrosia a lot, and I'm glad so let saint in to be everything she needed and then some. I hope there is a spin off with Rosa and DeMarcus.
This was really a good book... I am so suprised they didn't kill Alexia because she deserved to die and even in the mental hospital she is still plotting against her sister but she will never get out of there so I guess it's ok... I loved this standalone I will definitely read more books by this author
As always this author always delivers....Its amazing how she keeps everything going and have you glued to this books. Keep up the good work and keep applying pressure..
First time reading a book by this author and it was good. I love the storyline and the characters. Saint was bay and Demarcus grew on me.. Alexis was crazy as she could be
I loved the friendships between couples. Ambrosia definitely needed some happiness in her life and Saint was it. Demarcus made a huge mistake that he was working on fixing. It was hard for Rosa but I think she what was best for her.
This was a nice story. The storyline was very realistic. This story will have you laughing as well as crying. Glad the entire story only took one book would recommend this book to others. Until next time! Gave it 4 stars because of the grammatical errors.
I loved this book ambrosia deserved her happy ending, Alexia really needed help but she's so far gone there was no help for her. I like demarcus and Rosa together and he was right by not telling Alexia about their daughter
Not only was the editing atrocious but the storyline was ridiculous! Don’t waste your money or time. This book is horrible and I wouldn’t dream of reading anymore of her books . Anytime you can’t even keep your characters names straight it starts right there!
this was a Great story from beginning to end! I laughed and cried and laughed and cried. Please tell there is a part 2! I would love to hear what happens after Ambrosia finishes school, and will Be Gloria find love?!
Alexa was just evil that was your nephew. Ambroisa was too kindhearted. Rosa was doin the most. Broisa a should have told Rosa. Saint loved her. Damascus is a trip. I hope that it's a spin off with Rosa and Demarcus
I took a chance to read this story and I really enjoyed. It was sad how Ambrosia sister bullied her. Then to find out she was mentally ill was a lot. I liked Demarcus and
It was a good read, some twists and turns and some unexpected reactions. Saint lived up to his name, he was Ambrosia's saint. Rosa went through it but she came out the other side a winner.
Thick girls winning! Ambroisa deserved Saint! Her sister Alexia was pure evil and was blessed to still be among the living! Rosa and Demarcus proved love can conquer all! I loved it Candi B!!
Loved Saint...he was rugged and a gentleman. Ambrosia was such a sweetheart but could easily turn savage for the ones she loved. This story was definitely a hood fairy tale. Saint and Ambrosia forever. ❤
This book had my emotions all over the place!! Alexia and Ambrosia went through alot and I felt sorry for the the both of them but Alexia's part had me in my feelings.... Smh I'm glad Ambrosia finally let Saint into her life... That young love!! Awesome Read
I absolutely enjoyed reading this story. I love Saint crazy butt hm and Ambrosia made the perfect couple. I also think Demarcus and Rosa were do made for one another. I'm glad Alexia crazy azz got some help...will it help idk!
