A good introduction to the concept of pilates followed by exercises that can be done throughout pregnancy and after birth and the ones for relieving oedema and building pelvic floor strength are highlighted. Instructions are clear with helpful illustrations and modification suggestions to reduce discomfort for each are also provided.
