This is a GREAT book of daily favorites that are natural and healthy, but don't require a lot of prep or fancy ingredients. Recommended by my sister-in-law, who still uses it as a regular cookbook.

I LOVE the molasses bread (provides iron!), banana bread (using yogurt!), twice-baked potatoes and homemade pudding.

Some decent recipes but also out-dated or controversial ingredients-sandwiches with deli meats were listed without advice to heat to steaming (to kill listeria).
