simply amazing! this is by far my favorit out of the 3! when two step sibling fall in love but are afraid of the fall out if they act upon it, will they ever have their happily ever after? is love worth risking it all?
this story shows the depths of true love and passion between two people. from the time they first meet to the here and now. this is definitely a quick but must read and i cant wait for the next instalment!

This was a steamy novella and a pretty good read this is the first book I have read in the series and I cannot wait to check out the two previous stories. This was a really good taboo stepsibling romance I just loved the chemistry between Robert and Kristal but they have been ignoring it for years worried about what will happen if they give in. You can't help but root for these two a super read I would recommend it.

I had issues with this one. It bothered me that they were step-siblings. It might not have had they been older when their parents married, but they were 5 and 10, not adults, so they lived as siblings for many years. I also found it odd that their parents realized their attraction to each other before they did and encouraged it, the only snag might come from their 10 year old little brother. It seemed like if it bothered him then they would call things off. This family was just odd to me.

Robert Peyton could remember his first glimpse of Kristal Devin like it was yesterday. She was a brat with pigtails, plain and simple! Add to this she was 5 yrs his junior, and there ya go!
Fast forward a few years. Now they are together trying to plan their younger brother Harry’s, 11th Birthday party. Only Robert is having to deal with some not so sisterly thoughts and feelings about Kristal. It’s like she’s off-limits! Forbidden even!
Kristal Devin, nurse extraordinaire! But dag nabit! Why did Robbie have to interfere in her thoughts! Down girl, cool it! Especially at work! Being hot and bothered here, that was a big NO! Robbie had better stop with those texts of his! Bad enough Izzy Newman was giving her an eye roll of all eye rolls!
In short, one step-bro had feelings for one totally unrelated step-sis! And yeah the feelings were mutual. But neither knew what the other felt. Sooooo how to go about getting them to SEE the attraction! Well Suzanne Halliday has hit this one out of the park! You can just see the story taking place as you read. And better read this in a place where you can chuckle and snort! It’s that good! 5 stars! And I usually don’t like short reads!

This is a very witty, whirl wind, sexy novella. I tore right through it! Two step siblings take the chance on their live for each other. I love Suzanne Halliday’s writing style. Her words come to life. The characters are very lovable, and you get an instant happily ever after.

My favorite quote to describe this book is "best friends whose parents married each other". That comes it up best. Kristol and Robert may be related by marriage but they are truly best friends who fall in love. Written in great Halliday style with lots of snark and sexy times.

Forbidden is outstanding! The third installment in the Sinful Shares series by Suzanne Halliday is one of the best short story/novellas I've read. I loved both of the previous Sinful Shares, but this one quickly became my favorite.
Robbie fell for Kristal the first time they met as children. There's only one problem...she is about to become his new step-sister. Years later they are both grown up and find it hard to resist the taboo feelings they've held for one another all this time.
I loved, loved, loved the relationship between Robbie and Kristal. In true Halliday fashion, they are sexy, snarky and sweet all rolled into one delightful couple. Robbie is also one hot alpha disguised as a teacher who wears what I imagine are some panty melting Clark Kent glasses. Jeremy and Mara are just as fun. Their little brother Harry is the cherry on top of this amazing, non-traditional family sundae.
If you want a quick, steamy read that will make you laugh out loud, this is the book for you.

I thoroughly enjoyed this delicious little nugget from the Sinful Shares Series. Book three gave me all the emotions that I have come to enjoy whenever I read one of Suzanne's books. With a well practised hand Suzanne creates her characters so vividly and realistic that you find yourself wanting more of that very story. After a fateful day at Mickey D's playground - Robert and Kristal have given fate a love story. This story takes you on a funny ride with their shared family and the best little brother anyone can ask for. The sexual chemistry between Robert and Kristal is sexy, sweet and naughty!! I had to break out my fake cigarette and take a few drags. This book has some very hilarious one liners and I just love love loved it! Definitely my favorite in this series. Thankful to have received an ARC for this delicious little nugget from Suzanne Halliday.

This Forbidden/Taboo step Romance was one of most entertaining I’ve read in a while.
Far from feeling wrong, everything felt so right in this sweetly romantic and steamy read.
Robbie and Kristal have been best friends and confidants for twenty years. Always loving each other, but not willing to disclose their feelings because of their situation.
The author somehow eliminated any ick factor and Harry quoting his dad’s views “ you guys are best friends whose mom and dad got married”
Their relationship blossoms once they realize their feelings are returned.
I loved their humorous and witty banter throughout the story!

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Kristal and Robert. Both of them have been friends as well as step-siblings for years now. However without the other knowing they both want more. However both of them worry if they go for more how will it affect their parents or even their little brother. Will they find a way to get their HEA or will they both live with the longing they can't forget?
This is an amazing story. It does have its ups and downs that I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin it for any other reader. I will say that this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Robert and Kristal. Robert is a teacher who is hiding a secret, he's in love with his step sister. Kristal is a nurse who also carries the same secret. The two share a best friend relationship that also borderlines insane, with their crude jokes. On a chance they give into temptation and reveal their forbidden secret, only to find out that it's a returned feeling. Follow the to of them as they discover what true happiness means and how it affects the entire family. Great read with fun characters. The chemistry is great between Robert and Kristal.

I love quick sexy novellas and I really love when the characters just come to life. This novella is one of them. Kristal has been lusting over her step brother for years and knows this can’t happen; he is her step-brother. Robert has been thinking steamy thoughts about his step-sister for years; she is the forbidden fruit, but is she?
The forbidden love is pushed when the right people give them the nudge. These two fight the feelings until they just can’t and now they see it is meant to be. LOVE LOVE them and just want more of them in the future.

Wow this book is such a heartwarming story about a father and son being rescued from infamy by a loyal woman with a little girl. Kristal grew up not liking her step brother but fast forward through the years and the step siblings get along and adore their little half brother. Robbie has always harboured taboo lust for his step sister but that kind of thing is Forbidden. Only things may happen to question that and sometimes taboos can be so damn hot. Will Robbie and Kristal be together?

I'm absolutely in love with these novellas, even though they are shorter than a full novel, in no way are they lacking in any way. This short read is filled with taboo deliciousness and sizzling heat. Robert and Kristal's attraction has been simmering for years and has now reached meltdown! The chemistry and passion scorching. As these two struggle with the burning desire for each other and their fears about the fallout if they give in, you will be on the edge of your seat, rooting for them all the way. A wonderful treat size read. I am voluntarily posting a totally honest review.

This was the first time I’ve read a book by this author and it definitely won’t be the last! I really enjoyed the characters and their connection. And forbidden aspect definitely didn’t hurt! Kristal and Robert’s story was short, fun and oh so steamy, wrapped up with a sweet HEA. I’m looking forward to reading more from this author!

This is the third installment in the Sinfil Shares series and it was absolutely brilliant. I loved reading them all and I must say Suzanne is a brilliant writer. He fell for her when they were kids but she was to become his step sister and now as grown ups they seem to stop the attraction. How I’ll this taboo romance be taken by the family.

To me this was a little different than I expected from Suzanne. I still loved it but it was much tamer than other stories I read from her. I don't think I will ever not like or not enjoy a book from Suzanne. Of course the Justice crew will always be my favorite. Looking forward to the next Sinful Shares.
