I received this book through a Goodreads Giveaway. I loved this book so much. As a future teacher, this book will be a great addition to my classroom library. The illustrations tell a wonderful story that all children will benefit from. This book helps students see the importance of determination, perseverance and bravery. This is a story of hope and following your instincts on a search for a better life.

"A fine message of hope with a charming cast of rodents." -KIRKUS REVIEW

"A beautifully illustrated tale of bravery and perseverance."
-PETE DOCTER / Director "Monsters Inc, Up, Inside Out"

"Through Ovi Nedelcu's charming illustrations and characters, "One Gray Mouse" takes us on a wonderful journey of encouragement to look beyond our present struggles and seek a better life even if it means facing our greatest fears." -GLEN KEANE / Director, Animator

"Ovi Nedelcu's ONE GRAY MOUSE is not only gorgeous and endearing but it shines with the quiet power of courage and hope. In these complicated times, may this charming book enlighten us all."
- JORGE R. GUTIERREZ / Director "The Book of Life"

Woah! Ovi Nedelcu takes readers from a place where all feels lost into a hope that all can be restored if you can only find the strength within yourself to persevere. ONE GRAY MOUSE combines the mystery of the unknown in Ed Young's Seven Blind Mice with the expectant hope of Leo Lionni's Matthew's Dream, while at the same time providing space for characters to doubt, to face fears, and to persevere. And the art is awesome! -MATTHEW WINNER / School Librarian and host of "The Children's Book Podcast"

"ONE GRAY MOUSE is a beautifully illustrated book with a simple concept, but with a subtle, well- told lesson that you don't see often in children's books: Hope. Probably the least taught concept we parents pass along to our kids but without a doubt THE most important." -TOM BANCROFT / Former Disney Animator, Author, Character Designer

"One Gray Mouse is an inspiring tale which appeals to our better natures--to believe and work for a better world. Ovi's lush illustrations are inviting and expressive." -ANTHONY HOLDEN / Creator of "Precious Rascals"
