Having grown up surrounded by celebrities, Victoria Lee wasn't one to have her head turned by a famous movie star. That changed when she landed her first big break starring alongside Hollywood’s most sought-after leading man, Nathan Reed.
With his sexy good looks, take-charge personality, and hidden charm, Victoria hadn’t stood a chance. And all too soon, their on-screen romance turned into a real-life love story—juicy enough to have social media exploding and land Victoria and Nate on the covers of tabloid magazines.
But the media outlets weren’t the only ones paying attention. And not everyone was happy for them.
Author's note: This is a full-length, steamy, contemporary romance novel without a cliffhanger. It is part of a series, but each book is a stand-alone centering on new main characters. Due to sex, language, and violence it is recommended for persons over 18.*** HEA ***
Sarah Curtis is a writer of all things romance. She loves nothing more than a sexy alpha male who falls hard for their heroine, almost always in spite of themselves!
A life-long resident of Southern California, Sarah shares her writing den with her childhood sweetheart and very own alpha male. When she’s not writing or dreaming up plotlines you can find her wrangling her plethora of very spoiled felines—she currently has five, yes you read that correctly, furry companions. Sarah is a reader before anything else, and her TBR mountain is higher than Everest. She’s also addicted to watching cooking competitions, especially involving baking! Of her own admission, she rarely cooks, but she’s up for the occasional birthday cake for her children as long as it involves the opening of a box.

Full House is book three in The Gamblers series by Sarah Curtis. This can definitely be read as a stand alone. Although I have read several of Sarah’s other books, I have not read any of the previous books in this series!
Victoria Lee has always wanted to be an actress. It’s always been her dream. She’s gotten small parts before but this is the first day on set of her first big feature film, starring alongside the man dubbed the sexiest man alive. The most beautiful man in America. Also, one of the most eligible bachelors in Los Angeles. Even though she knows her lines, and she knows she’s perfect for this part, she’s nervous. But when they meet, when their hands touch for the first time, there is no doubt that there is chemistry. Sparks fly and they can’t take their eyes off each other.
Nathan (Nate) Reed is thirty five years old and is a successful actor. In his early days, he may have enjoyed his star status with the ladies. But the older he got, the less that life appealed to him. When he first laid eyes on Victoria, when they first touched, he knew he had to have this woman. But he also knew it would be more than a one time thing. He wanted to know her. He wanted her in his life. On set romances have a history of dwindling as soon as the movie wraps. But Nate was going to make sure that Victoria knew that this was going to be more than that. That she was important to him.
As Nate and Victoria try to figure out their way, what they actually are to each other, they also have to deal with the paparazzi. It’s a part of Nate’s world but it’s new to Victoria. It also seems as though Nate might have a fan who is unhappy that he has someone important in his life.
Through it all, these two manage to fall in love. Nate is every bit an alpha possessive hero. His main goal is to make sure that Victoria is happy and safe and he’ll do whatever it takes to make sure that happens. As I mentioned earlier, these two have buckets of chemistry. They are HOT! No matter what is happening, they manage to steam up the pages.
I loved this book! I loved these two as a couple. Put together their steam factor added with the suspense element and you’ve got a winner. I also have to mention the epilogue. We get several glimpses of what the future holds for these two and the very last part had my eyes watering. I didn’t expect that at all. I have enjoyed every book of Sarah’s that I’ve read so far and I can happily add this one to that list.
I can always count on Sarah Curtis to give me an alpha possessive hero who knows what he wants and a truly likable heroine. This book was no exception.
Nate Reed is the “it man” in Hollywood. He’s been on the scene for years and it’s lost some of its shine. He’s tired of the same old parties and is looking for something that’s missing in his life. When he’s paired on screen with Victoria Lee, an up and coming actress, he finds what’s been missing and immediately sets out to make her his.
Victoria Lee always wanted to be an actress. It’s her lifelong dream that’s finally coming true as she is about to film alongside Hollywood’s heartthrob Nate Reed. Of course she’s always had a crush on him, what woman hasn’t. But she wants to focus on her career and isn’t really interested in being someone’s on set fling.
Sparks fly when they meet and Nate is relentless in his pursuit. They become friends and Tori realizes that Nate is a good man and he’s hard to resist.
The thing I loved about this book was we not only get to experience their courtship and then falling in love but the story continues with their relationship after. There was a mystery running throughout the story that added some drama but there wasn’t useless drama between the couple. They were solid and mature in how they handled the bumps in the road.
And of course we get an amazing epilogue that I’ve come to expect from Sarah. The story is complete with a full look into their future.
In the past, I've avoided books with actors/musicians because it's hard to keep them on the straight and narrow. Leave it to Sarah Curtis to hit it out of the park with an amazing love story with a dash of mystery. This is my favorite kind of story - the drama came from outside and wasn't relationship related. They worked through the suspense together. Bravo!
HERO~ Nathan "Nate" Reed was a Hollywood heartthrob. He was sexy, sweet and very protective. He was that guy you can't help but love- charming, talented and he loved his momma. One look at Victoria and he knew she was special and he treated her such. I loved the way he loved her.
HEROINE~ Victoria was a highly likable heroine. I liked that she didn't push Nate away all the time. While she was apprehensive about dating a famous actor, she gave Nate a chance to prove he was different.
SEXUAL HISTORY~ Neither were virgins. Nate had been celibate for 8 months. He was not portrayed as a manwhore. He hadn't had a serious relationship. Victoria hadn't been with many and was cheated on by her previous boyfriend
OM/OWDRAMA ~ No drama from ex's. A tabloid picture made a situation look like some thing it wasn't (dropped my rating down because it was unnecessary OW drama- nothing happened though)
STEAM A nice amount of steam
VIOLENCE No violence of a sexual nature
SAFETY Safe - neither with others after meeting
ENDING~ Great epilogue several months later. Then 5 years later.
Oh my gawd!!! I absolutely LOVED this book! Loved it!!!
Victoria is nervous about her first big acting part but more so when she meets Nathan Reed, one of Hollywood’s heartthrobs. She’s not looking for romance or love and certainly not a relationship. Been there done that and has the broken heart to prove it.
It doesn’t take Nathan long to realize that Victoria is the woman he wants for all time. But she’s a bit skittish and he’s trying to slow himself down and not doing a very good job of it. He has every intention of making her his own and he’s not hiding that fact from the paparazzi. The sooner she realizes he’s in this all the way, the sooner they can move forward in their relationship.
I adored Nate and Victoria! Victoria had such a snarky little attitude encased in sweetness and a dry wit that ensnared Nate from the beginning. Nate wasn’t looking for his ever after but once he met her it didn’t take him long to grab hold and not let go. He was fiercely protective, strongly possessive, a bit jealous at times and foremost completely devoted to Tori and her welfare.
This is a fast paced story with a bit of a mystery, a few surprises and plenty of steam. As in my Kindle melted, steam. The angst level is on the low side but with just enough to drive the story. And the epilogue is so very satisfying! So yep, I loved every single thing about this story and can’t wait to see what Ms. Curtis will provide us with next.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
It's so refreshing getting a mature story that has a couple working together and not against each other. To have drama that brings excitement to the story and NOT the drama that keeps a couple away and from each other. You get that in Full House and I loved it!
Nathan is an A list actor who's been around the block a time or two. He loves what he does but doesn't always love everything that comes with being famous. He's never had a serious girlfriend and when he meets Victoria for the first time, he's knocked off his feet.
Victoria is just really starting to make it big in her career and she is just as awestruck by her new acting partner as everyone else. For an actress, she's pretty laid back and far from a diva.
I adored these two as a couple. They were fun, flirty and they each had a jealous/possessive side to them. The suspense caught me. I thought I knew what was going to happen but I was surprised. I like when an author can do that.
If you want a fun, lower angst read, I highly recommend Full House! Arc provided by author.
Wow.....read this whole series in 2 days and have to say, I have another new go-to author:) This series was awesome and can I selfishly say that I wish for one more story and the two I am thinking of are Marco and Gabby, I believe, Nico's sister, lol, from the second book! I know that nothing gave any indication of that storyline BUT I got a "feeling" about the two of them when I read Nico's book...lol anyways just selfishly figured I would mention it!
OK so back to Nate and Victoria's story.....loved it! Nate's character followed suit with the previous ones....a TOTAL ALPHA all the way, loving, protective, totally in love with his woman and I loved it. Victoria was just as great, sweet, sexy and totally loving. The storyline flowed great again, the writing was wonderful, the sex scenes were as usual ever so sensual and erotic and super duper sexy and HOT! This author can write some steamy scenes, that's for darn sure:)
Why not 5 stars....well for me, I felt the drama surrounding our couple was a bit too much for me....it seemed unnecessary and too many "incidents" putting Tori in harm was too much for me but hey that's just me! I would have liked to see the "drama" played out a bit differently but again, just my opinion.
Anywhoo.....LOVED this series, Nico's book (#2) was still my favorite BUT all in all they were all great! Author Sarah Curtis is very talented and I congratulate her and look forward to reading more of her work in the future!!!!!!!
Sarah Curtis is back to her old tricks and, unfortunately, the men of the world will be paying for her misdeeds. See, Ms Curtis has filled us with false hope. She creates these mythical characters and we can’t help but dream that we’ll find our own…Perfect Hero. Well, “our” is probably making a huge generalisation, but there would be a lot of people who would agree that Nate is pretty bloody close to being perfect.
Nate is a movie star who is sick of the glamour and fame. He’s ready for a change and looking for any excuse to walk away. Then, Victoria hits the set as his new leading lady and working doesn’t seem so bad after all. Nate sees the chance to make her his and once he has her, he decides to keep her. For some reason, Victoria is different to all the other women he has previously dated. With a little patience and perseverance, Nate hopes to convince Victoria that he’s worth taking a chance on.
Victoria is seriously attracted to her leading man but hesitant to take any relationship with a co-star too seriously. This industry does bad things to relationships and Victoria wants her heart to stay intact. It’s not long before she realises that Nate’s different. For one thing, he’s really possessive and a touch bossy when it comes to her safety. Sure, it’s kind of sweet, but it can be a little overwhelming too.
I think Nate and Victoria’s relationship was strengthened by both of them being in the industry. They know the highs and lows that are attached to fame and fortune. Stalker fans, demanding managers and long hours on set make it almost impossible to be normal. Someone is always watching you and they may have a camera trained or phone recording anything you do or say. Nothing is private.
Wow, Full House was STEAMY!! I’d even go so far as to say it’s a little kinky too. The connection between Nate and Victoria jumped off the pages. You were never in doubt that they were not only physically attracted to each other, they were also mentally compatible. She was patient with his quick temper and he tolerated and laughed at her sarcastic humour. I also think the timing was right for this couple. Two people in the same industry as acting would never be able to mesh their schedules and lives without one missing out. Both Nate and Victoria were willing to sacrifice and make adjustments to see the other one happy.
Full House was a sweet love story with a little intrigue thrown in for good measure. I’ll be honest and say that the baddie was on my radar from the beginning, but, there were also a handful of other contenders that could have filled the place. We get to visit a movie set and see how the rich and famous live. I think Nate and Victoria were exceptions to the rule though, these two were a wee bit more down to earth than I would imagine movie stars to be.
As I said above, Sarah Curtis has done an injustice to men when she creates heroes like Nate. It gives women false hope of finding a Mr Right of this exceptional calibre. Nate is HOT, bossy, HOT, sweet, HOT, sexy, HOT and possessive. Seriously, if Nate was real, we’d need to clone him.
I think this was Sarah Curtis’s best work up to date…but I’m pretty sure I said that with her last release. Nothing better than finding an author who improves with each story. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Sarah Curtis is one of my favorite authors as she always writes a good story with no OTT drama together with my perfect type of hero. I loved Nate. He is the amazing alpha, bossy, possessive and protective. He also knows what he wants and never waivers in his feelings. Very swoon worthy. I really liked Victoria. She is such a fun and sweet heroine. And the romance between them is HOT. Definitely Sarah Curtis’ hottest romance to date. Highly recommend if you are a fan of Sarah Curtis books or if you a looking for a hot low angst romance.

4.5 stars. I swear, Sarah Curtis just keeps getting better and better. This book....!
I love how Nate and Victoria fall in love, I love the low (and BELIEVEABLE) angst, I love how the real conflict is external, I love the yummy sexy times, and god, did I LOVE NATE!
This is the story of Nathan and Victoria, two Hollywood movie actors. They meet on the set of their movie, her first big starring role. I loved these characters. Ms. Curtis writes such perfect alpha heroes. Victoria was it for Nathan and he made no secret about it. Victoria was a bit hesitant at first because Nathan was a huge movie star and she didn't want paparazzi up in their business. But Nathan wore her down. Lol. There's a bit of mystery to this book, which I enjoyed. Made it more exciting. And the sex scenes? My goodness, so damn hot! The epilogue was so good, too. I love seeing our couple so happy! This book is completely safe. No cheating, very low angst and a HEA. Bravo Ms. Curtis!
4.5 Stars Love, Love, loved it. Sarah Curtis delivers again and this very well may be the best book of the Gamblers series. Hero, Nate Reed is my favorite kind of Neanderthal. He's possessive, protective, loving and at times, jealous. Nate Reed and Victoria Lee meet on the set up a movie that they will be co-starring in. Nate is an established actor and Victoria has just landed her first leading role. The conflict arises from outside of the relationship, when the Victoria's safety is threatened by a stalker. No ridiculous miscommunications /misunderstandings or low IQ behavior from heroine (which I hate). Low angst, very steamy. An all around enjoyable and easy read that hit all my buttons. Brava Ms. Curtis!
If I could give this more stars I would!!! I’ve been a Sarah Curtis fan since I stumbled upon Jack in alluring and he ran away with my heart. I didn’t think anyone could someclose to stealing Jacks spot and then I read Bad beat and Nico came pretty close... but I’m thinking Nate just might take the cake. He was perfect. Not just his words but the way he loved Tori and how he didn’t give up. He was a man who knew exactly what he wanted and didn’t let anything stop him from getting it including Tori... I also loved the mystery involved in this one! I didn’t expect that twist at the end! If you haven’t read anything by Sarah Curtis then I suggest you stop what your doing and get on that! Let Jack, Nico, and Nate steal your heart like they have stolen mine 😘
Although I have read and enjoyed most of Sarah Curtis’s books, I must not have been in the mood for this one. That is not to say it wasn’t a good story and well written. I just was a bit bored with the characters and the plot. I skimmed through several scenes as I knew how it was going to go, and until the last 1/4th of the book, i just couldn’t get into it at all. The last several pages, as the plot finally reveals itself made up for my earlier boredom. Sorry, but this was just not a great read for me.
Sarah Curtis did it again. Meet Nathan, a child star from the age of 15, and the budding starlet Victoria. (You first met Victoria in All In) Their chemistry is undeniable from the first minute they meet. From the set, to the bedroom, to the red carpet. Nathan only cares about protecting his leading lady from a series of mishaps that happen along the way. This story is every girls dream. Being a Star and staring with the perfect Alpha Male, on the set and off. Sarah Curtis stories always makes my heart smile, but this one makes dreams come true.
These characters were too perfectly boring. If a Mary Sue and a Gary Stu got together, you’d have these characters. Nobody has any flaws and their lives are always perfect.
Victoria is never really even in danger because she and Nathan figure out who the stalker is and trick him, because of course they do. In addition to both being gorgeous and very talented and famous, they’re also highly intelligent. (???) There’s also very weird skips of time frequently which makes it confusing. Like, on one page Victoria is getting up to go join her man by the pool...and the next page she’s waking up again. Either she’s the sleepiest heroine ever or we abruptly skipped an entire day.
An enjoyable read that grabs your attention right from the start, Full House is a steamy story full of suspense and a few twists and turns to keep you guessing. Nate is hot, possessive, over protective and a true alpha male. I especially loved the epilogue.
Victoria Lee is an up and coming actress who gets a big break starring in a new film with the very sexy and talented Nathan Reed. The chemistry between them on and off screen is undeniable. Victoria is hesitant to get involved with Nate thinking that any on-set romance will be done once filming is over. That seems to be a fact of life in the movie business. But Nate intends to show her that his affection does not have an expiration date and that they deserve to give their budding relationship a chance.
As a celebrity, you have got to take the bad with the good. The paparazzi, social media, and tabloids broadcast their every move. Of course, not everyone is happy for the couple as strange gifts and little accidents put Victoria and Nate on alert.
This was an enjoyable story with some hot, sexy scenes and cameos from characters who were the focus of earlier books. The heroine is smart and beautiful and the hero has that hot alpha thing going for him with moments of caveman protectiveness. For a good time, read this book.
Full House by Sarah Curtis is EVERYTHING you could want in a book. It has romance, suspense, humor, those "awe! moments," and Tori and Nate—who are perfect for each other.
I have loved everything Ms. Curtis has written, but I can honestly say that THIS BOOK IS MY ALL-TIME FAVORITE of hers. I loved Mason from her book, Pursuing, but Nate has now won my book-heart.
And that epilogue . . . oh, my goodness—(*sigh*)—made my eyes water so hard. When I finished, my chest felt like it was going to explode from all the good feelings. I was happy, inspired, energized. There are some books that leave you feeling on top of the world, and this book was one of those for me.
Sarah Curtis once again proves she knows how to play her cards right and win me over with a perfect for each other main couple. Nathan Reed, the hero, had me at hello, folks. Kind of like Victoria, the heroine, had him at the same words during their first meeting. Yeah, it was insta-love the moment he laid eyes on her, as she became his leading lady on and off the screen. Need more proof why? At 28%, when pondering on how much time he wanted to spend with her he mentally thought “...he’d been wrong. Forever wasn’t long enough.” (le sigh) Though extremely attracted to him, as well, it takes her a little bit longer to get with the program and embrace the notion they could have a forever type relationship, despite living in the glitz and glamour of the movie star world.
Centering on their chemistry and attraction the first 30%, it wasn’t until an unexpected surprise is revealed that for me really started to bond them on an emotional level. Though Nate is one romantic silver tongued, alpha protective, possessive, caveman hero, he backed up how he felt for Victoria with lots of numerous, lengthy, very steamy scenes, complete with lusty language. Yeah, they took center stage more than I expected in what many will consider a “VERY” erotic read. But make no mistake, this guy uses endearing words of love, as well. He genuinely cared for her.
Overall, prepare yourself for some off the chart steaminess, my fellow romance book loving friends. Though there is a dual pronged, mystery/life-threatening underlying sub-plot that gets solved by the conclusion, with one of the culprits being a rather obvious choice, I didn’t find the drama as nail biting or riveting as the previous books. However, this determined, romantic hero made up for it.
The storyline does conclude with a somewhat meandering epilogue that takes you a little further into their future. I’ve got to say my favorite part was how head over heels Nate was for Victoria and his determination for them to be a couple.

4 stars. This was a good book! Nate is a big Hollywood movie star. Victoria is the daughter of a famous actress and and up-and-coming actress herself. On the set of her first big movie and starring role, she meets Nate, the leading man. The two begin to get to know each other and see they have serious chemistry. Nate knows Victoria is the one for him pretty quickly. He starts to woo her, but she is weary because she has seen that Hollywood relationships don't often work out. Still, the two find a connection and fall for each other. There is a suspense story line going on, as well, but it all works out in the end.
I really liked Nate and Victoria. They were a cute couple. Nate was protective and pretty much perfect. Victoria was sweet and down to earth. Neither of them came off as a conceited Hollywood type. They had a fun, flirty, but still sweet relationship. I felt their strong love and connection. I liked the suspense story line too and it definitely kept me guessing. I really enjoyed the Hollywood and movie set setting. My favorite couple from this series is still River and Alec from All-In, but Victoria and Nate come in close second. Overall, this was a sexy, sweet and suspenseful romance. I look forward to more from these series and Ms. Curtis!
I get so excited whenever I read a novel from this author. For me it seems that once I start reading I simply can't put the novel down. This novel was no exception. I started reading late in the evening and literally stayed up reading all night. I love to sleep so this is how much I was loving this novel. I loved Victoria and Nate. So sweet. I loved the dialogue and the banter. For me a great read is when a novel can make you laugh, maybe cry a little, and leaves you with a smile on your face feeling happy you were able to experience the novel. This novel did it for me! Loved it!
Sarah Curtis is a go to author for me when I need an alpha male, a high steam factor, and an HEA.
Nathan is a movie star who is sick of the endless streams of parties and fame that come with it. Enter his co-star Victoria. I adored Nathan and Victoria together, she was quirky and smartassey. He was alpha and sexy. I loved that he knew what he wanted and he was going for it but put a breaks to a certain scene when she had a different take on their relationship. This was a fun, low angst, sexy book and I wanted more.
Sarah Curtis has written an amazing and beautiful romance story that will have you enthralled from start to finish. This story is sure to knock the skirts off you because it is so steamy and full of intrigue, drama, miscommunications, sexy times, scary moments ,some sad times, suspense and ultimately Love. Nate Reed and Victoria Lee meet on the set up a movie that they will be co-starring in. Nate is a well-established actor, known as one of America's biggest heartthrob actor while Victoria is an up and coming actress who gets her big break on this film. Her mother was a very famous actress, who retired after she had Victoria, so she grew up in the public eye. Victoria is old family friends with Alec, the hero from book 1 in this series “The Gamblers”. The chemistry between Nate and Victoria on and off screen is hard to miss and hard to deny. Nate knows Victoria is the one for him pretty much off the bat. He immediately sets out wooing her but Victoria isn’t so sure things will work out- you know, because they are in Hollywood. She is jaded because she has seen that Hollywood relationships don't often work out. Still Nate doesn’t let her deter him and they find their connection is strong and that chemistry is intense. Soon they are dating but someone doesn’t want Victoria even around Nate and things start happening to drive her off. There are many twists and turns in the story that kept me glued. I love Nate- he is an alpha, dominant male –he is so sweet and loving when it comes to Victoria. If you cross him when it pertains to her, woe be to you. Victoria really was one sassy, sweet woman who knew what she wanted and she wanted a career but she also wanted Nate. Their love was strong, fun and sexy. The one liners that Victoria and Nate come up with are fabulous and fit this story and the characters themselves. Oh and just wait for the epilogue. This is what an epilogue looks like!! Ms. Curtis has done a right proper job writing this book and I can’t wait to read what she writes next.
My Rating: 4.8 stars ***** “I received an advanced copy of this book from the author at no cost to me."

I really enjoyed this third book in the series. I love that these stories are only very loosely related, so you can read each as a standalone!
Victoria Lee is an actress with her first major starring role opposite one of America's biggest heartthrob actors. Her mother was a very famous actress, who retired in her prime, when Victoria was born, so she grew up in the public eye. Victoria is old family friends with Alec, the hero from book 1. She is very excited to start her first big movie. When she meets her co-star however, she finds there will be no need to fake their chemistry for the camera.
Nathan Reed is the quintessential Hollywood It guy. He's been a famous actor since his teens, been voted sexiest man alive, most beautiful, etc. Everyone loves him, and seems to want a piece of him. He's in his mid-30s now and is starting to feel too old for the lifestyle he's been living. He's settled down in his past few years, but hasn't found anyone he's been interested in a long term relationship with. Then on the set of his new film, he meets Victoria, and there are instant sparks. He knows that he wants her to be his.
There is quite a bit of instant heat between Nate and Tori, and I loved all their sexy banter and fun dialogue. The burn is a bit slow, since they are fighting their chemistry at first, and I loved watching them explode when they finally got together. Nate was all in from the start, and he wanted to make sure Tori was too before he gave in to their heat. I love a hero who is all about their heroine from the very beginning, and Nate definitely fit that profile.
The side characters of Nate's mom and sister added some levity to the story, and I enjoyed seeing their interactions. The suspense plot was well done and kept me guessing. There was a little jumping around with the timeline, which at first threw me off a bit, but I came to really enjoy it by the end. I really loved the sweetness between these two characters, especially with the Hollywood setting making you think that most relationships around them were probably pretty superficial.
Overall this was a sweet, sexy, exciting story, and I really enjoyed it. It was quite a bit different in many ways from the first 2 books in the series, which were both really different from each other as well. I like how each one is really it's own thing. But, I have loved them all, and I highly recommend the series.
