I liked this book. The characters are great and relatable.
Great world building.

Switch of Fate two is the second book in this series by Lisa Ladew and Grace Quillen in a new paranormal series.
Lisa has a way of drawing you into her books and her characters. She is not afraid to pull punches as she weaves a magical story that leaves you wanting more. Who doesn't love a story that has hot sexy shifters and women they can't live without.
Throw in vampires and you have a story that keeps you intrigued from the first page until the very last.

The resistance in the forest of North Carolina was growing impressively. He didn't had time to fall in love especially not with a Switch. But fate always has plans for you no matter what.
Goldie Peletier, a spwech therapist who has always been a good girl. She always followed the rules that were set to keep her safe. She had a secret that she never shared with anyone until she met the sexy as sin man named Finn. He called to her in ways no one ever did before.
She knew she should run when things were getting to serious between her and Finn. She just couldn't bring herself to do it. As they continued to grow closer, they realized that together they could make a great team.
The strength that Finn and Goldie could bring to the cause would be unstoppable. But when vampires showed up, Goldie started to lose control. Flint kept her grounded.
Loved the bond between the members of the Breath Coven. Jameson and Cora ( SWITCH OF FATE 1 ) were excited about their upcoming nuptials and honeymoon. Despite their happiness, they never forgot about their cause.
The two Switches meeting was a delightful treat. I liked how Cora and Goldie took to each other. They helped each other out where their powers were concerned.
To have Goldie and her sister, Darby living at the hacienda as well. Things will get really interesting.

Switch of Fate 2 is technically the third book in the series, if you include the prequel.
Flint is a big bear of a man, literally, he's a bear shifter, and he is on a mission. He wants to hunt down the vampire that killed his family and left him almost dead. He has been part of The Cause, but he thinks he will need to go off on his own to accomplish his goals until fate throws Goldie into his path.
Goldie is a switch, the second one to be identified now that they all kinda sorta know what is going on after Jameson found and claimed Cora. Well, they may still be flying pretty blind, but at least they have a home base that seems to know what they need.
Goldie has spent her life protecting her younger sister Darby, and running at any signs of problems, so to trust Flint and the rest of The Cause is a huge deal for her, and even when Flint promises to take care of Darby, she can't believe he actually will and makes the mistake of trying to run with Darby. Goldie has to learn to trust, aside from learning everything that is going to come with being a switch, which is really unbelievable to her.
This second book in the series if even more fun, in that it grows all the characters and we find them learning more and more about what they are doing and becoming a real group that actually works together instead of just a gathering of people that want the same thing, they are starting to actually become The Cause.

Talk about a collision, honestly these two really do collide. Once they do though fate has them together, but its not as easy as Goldie just giving in and letting Flint off the hook, no he still has to work for it. Flint is strong and all in for the fight against Vampires, he longs to find and kill the one who killed his family. Both he and Goldie have a common thread, both have a sibling they have protected. This story is every bit as a good as both book 1 and the prequel to the series, it has all the elements I love in paranormal. The shifters are all interesting and I cant wait to hear their individual stories, the S'witches are all strong in their own rights but they need their own Shifter to be the strongest they can possibly be. Intrigue, yes we have that as well, Riot is hiding something, the Vamps are in hiding, and the coven house has a mystery of its own. This is a fast flow of action and learning from page one to the end as Goldie and Flint find their way while also still protect Darby. All the magical scenes sound awesome and are described so well you imagine you can see it yourself. Fantastic read and I want the next one now, I mean what is really going on with Riot? hmmmm.

Flint is a bear shifter who has known the Keeper, Jamison, all his life. He is also part of the Breath Coven.
Goldie and her sister Darby are on the run from a stalker. The stalker is after Darby. They wreck their car while avoiding hitting a white wolf. Since the car now needs repairs, they have to stay in the small town in North Carolina.
All of the sudden a strange feeling takes over Goldie and she is chasing a limo on foot. She also pulled out a nail file to use as a weapon. She doesn't understand what is happening and she can't stop. Flint see her glowing green and realizes that she is a switch and is chasing after a vampire.
I liked the story continuing right after Cora's story. I literally yelled at Goldie several times for her idiotic choices. But I was definitely into the story.
If you like stories about shifters, vampire and magic, this is a definite read.

Fantastic Characters Throughout
Switch of Fate 2 by Grace Queen and Lisa Ladew is a new and refreshing story with characters that grab hold of you and make you believe in the impossible. The story is so different from any shifter series I've ever read. The spunk and grit of the shifters and switches is fascinating. From one moment to the next you don't know what's coming. I can't wait to read book 3 Riot's story. I have no doubt he is going to be easy deeper than a Flint thinks he is. I'd hazard to guess Riot is going to be one of the most altruistic characters in the series. I can't wait to see if I'm right.
On a side note Grace I pray you have a better year coming up. I'm sorry for all your heartache in 2017. May the stars above shine on you and bring you happiness.

Lovin' book 2 in the Switch of Fate series
Goldie is a newly discovered switch with powers vastly different from Cora's (book 1). Flint is a bear shifter intent on leaving town soon on a mission to avenge his family's death. Neither have plans to plant roots, but boy, the chemistry there... HOT!
I love the way this story evolves. The Cause story arc that continues through the books sees some more mysteries revealed, and more questions formed.
I can't wait to start on book 3. This series has me hooked. Feels, action, a little suspense and a lot of heat, all had me devouring this book and anticipating the next.

Our H is waiting for the chance to kill the vampire that killed his parents. He is ready to leave everything behind and fulfill his dream of avenging his parents. Our h is on the run with her sister and has no clue what she is. While stranded in town she takes off after a limo with only one thing on her mind “kill.” From that moment on it’s a ride like no other.
A fast paced PNR with an intriguing storyline, great characters and a I can’t wait for the next one feeling.

Magical!! This is such a sweet and steamy treat! Finn is a big teddy bear of a fellow, and as devoted to Goldie as a bear shifter can be to his switch. Trouble is, Goldie doesn't know she's a switch. Doesn't know she can do magic. Or that she's compelled to kill vampires, or that she'll go crazed with lust afterward. Good thing she's got Flint to help her out! 'Course, he's gonna have to convince her its real, first... Amazing
I liked SOF1, but this book was awesome. I loved both Flint and Goldie. As usual, the secondary characters were great. I read it in one marathon read; I just couldn't put it down. I can't wait for the next book. Brava Grace for creating something so wondrous through such personal turmoil, and Lisa for being such a supportive, and supremely talented, friend through that creation. We are blessed you both grace us with your creativity.

Flint and his brother, Bryce, are grizzly shifters who own and operate an outdoor adventure company. Goldie and her sister, Darby, are on the run from a stalker, ending up in Five Hills, NC when they wreck their car avoiding a wolf in the road. Fate has intervened again.

This one was my least favorite of the five books. I know in the paranormal world mates met, and it is instant lust/love at first site. But, out of all five couples, the connection between Flint and Godie just felt wrong to me. Overall the book did not feel right to me. We do learn more about the continuous plot that is carried on through each book, but I have to say that was the only thing that kept me reading. With this being said I am enjoying this series tremendously.

Wow what a great exciting story hot sex and heartfelt love winning combination. Loved the brash wording as well as the colorful characters in this book. Smashing Pumpkins!!
This action packed love fest kept me on bated breath! Flint lit the switch on Goldie. It was amazing how you built up to claiming each other to include all the cool vampire back story. I have mixed feelings about Darby, so change my mind. I cannot wait wait wait til the next one. On a softer note please know you are in my prayers Grace.

Hooked!!
Second book in series and it's just as amazing as the first one. Lisa and Grace are a fantastic writing team. Characters are well written and relatable. Storyline is different and engaging. Flint and Goldie are well matched. Strong female leads that have kick ass personas. Can't wait for the next book in the series.

Love on the run
Sister's running from a stalker end up in a small town in North Carolina. Not bad except there are vampires and shifters here. How does our sister find out? She turns out to be a switch who mindlessly chased a limo down the street because it has a vampire in it! Embarrassing!

Gotta love the bear!
Flint is a hero who absolutely ripped the heart right out of me. His straight up sexy growl and give to his Goldie was sure enough "just right"! Shifters and switches are the most fun I've had in a good while. I'm totally hooked...and anticipating the next Switch of Fate.

Just loved reading this book!
Flint and Goldie are such Wonderful characters! The banter among the characters was refreshing and quite funny! I laughed and worried about the trouble they got up into. At first when the Vampires came for Flint I was scared he was doomed. But his woman came and saved him. Such a Great read. Can’t wait for the next book!

I have to be honest. I think this book was better than book 1 but I dont know something is just off how its written. Happens sometimes when its co-written with 2 minds and it didnt mesh for me...this series just didnt. It just didnt keep my attention and I didnt end up finishing it at all maybe 1/3 or halfway but I dont think I got to halfway quite. Wont be continuing.
