**A #1 Amazon Bestselling Series in Christian Fantasy & Spiritual Warfare**
An epic thriller with a consuming love story
Lilah Luckett was promised a protector. As a coven slave, Lilah is desperate for freedom. The only way that can happen is if a practitioner more powerful than her master takes her under his wing. Enter, the enchanting Locke Lincoln. His surfer dude good looks are enough to make any girl crave shelter in his arms, but he’s more than just a pretty face; he also has the power to be Lilah’s protector. But how does Lilah get his attention?
Locke Lincoln is looking for distraction. Locke’s younger brother was the closest friend he ever had. Now that he’s dead, Locke’s life is in turmoil. When Lilah shows up, offering fun in Vegas and an escape from reality, Locke is game.
Neither of them has any idea what is about to happen. Locke seems perfect, but he’s far from it. He is fighting dark forces that want him to continue his father’s evil agenda. It seems becoming a Christian means nothing when blood covenants have been made and oaths taken.
Then Lilah’s past catches up with her and all her careful plans begin to crumble.
Will Locke escape the clutches of his father’s legacy? And once he works out that Lilah is just using him, will he fight for her or let her die?
The Lincolns are 12 billionaire bad boys raised in the occult. Follow the Lincoln brothers as they navigate life after the death of their grandmaster occultist father, find faith and fall in love. | Although part of a series, this is a standalone book with a satisfying, heartwarming conclusion.
Dayo Benson is passionate about using fiction to convey powerful messages about redemption and God's love. When she is not writing she enjoys music, reading and going for long walks. She lives in North West England with her husband and their two beautiful daughters.
WOW, I am so excited! I just finished this book and it was another wonderful spin off of the Crystal series carried on through her marriage into the Lincoln family. Hmmm, 12 brothers and I am at the end of #7. This book was thrilling all the way through it, especially after Delilah becomes a Christian! Locke Lincoln was in for the ride of his life as Delilah is taken back into the oven by force. The power of our Lord, Jesus Christ, protects her to the very end. The pain and suffering they both went through reminded me of what Locke said about Jesus's suffering on the cross to die for all of us. A must read!
"You do. Every child has to obey their parents until they become an adult. Otherwise, they would wind up dead. Parents give us warnings. They steer us in the right direction. They protect us. We're all children before God. I pray that God will enable you to understand this. Most practitioners have authority issues because of the way things work in the occult. God isn't like Lucifer. And I feel God telling me to tell you that He isn't like Luke Lincoln." This part blows 😮💨 my mind. God knows out though what we think is the problem or what we think we don't want to be like, and God makes a better father and a better daddy.
Locke was starved of love, got married to the next available person who showed him love, what seems like a disaster was changed to a masterpiece by God. I love the part where Lilah prayed saying, Daddy Jesus.
Whosoever will call upon the Lord shall be saved. God is close to those who call upon, those call to him in sincerity.
It was an awesome read
I received an ARC of this book. This review is voluntary and is my honest opinion.'
I absolutely loved this book! It brought out so many emotions. I cried, laughed, got mad, was shocked and awed. The part where Jesus showed up as Locke was crying out to Him made me laugh and cry. I was awed by His power, love, mercy and forgiveness. I read that part over and over with tears running down my cheeks. Dayo, you’ve done it again! It is a pure blessing to read your books!
It was a good read. Not one of my favorites. It was a little unrealistic even though I know it was fiction. But seems like something was missing. I may have to read it again.
I am 60 and not real interested in reading just romance novels. The spiritual aspect of the books are what really keep my interest and the redemption and power of Jesus. I hope Dayo Benson continues to write spiritual warfare books!!
I can't believe it but each book keeps getting better and better. The suspense and romance in this novel are top notch. And the spiritual warfare is truly inspiring. I love this series and don't want it to ever end.
Wow. Really life changing writing. Keep up the good work. I pray that GOD continues to bless you to keep bringing people into the awesome light of GOD. GOD bless us all.
This book was really good, I really like Locke and Lilah as they went through roughly the same journey. Please please Dayo please do the rest of the brothers
Dayo Benson has done it again. This is a great read. I just don't know how she is able to tie everything together from one book to another. I would recommend this series to anyone! It just shows me that no matter how messed up you are, the blood of Jesus is sufficient to cleanse you of all your sins. Keep serving the Lord through your work Dayo! I cant wait to read the rest of this series.
I was given a free copy of this book in return for a honest review.
