This book gives a good run-down on everything you need and why. By the end, I realized that I couldn't wing it on my own. I did end up downloading Nolo Quicken WillMaker Plus 2018 & Living Trust for $70.00. They have every form and then some and they walk you through each step. I will go through what I need and then try and take it to a lawyer at some point. The cautionary tales are disastrous and sometimes funny (as long as it's someone else).
