"I've always wondered what green eggs and ham would really taste like...was it spinach? Green food coloring? Surely not basil or pureed broccoli."Like many young children, I read the Dr. Seuss books and marveled at the weird and wacky foods he'd include - and now with this official Dr. Seuss cookbook, that little part of me that never grew up is wholly satisfied...and convinced that I probably won't be eating or making many of these recipes.
