If you’re talking ice cream I’ve got Breakfast in Bed which is maple ice cream with donut pieces and glazed bacon. Lickin’ Lizard, which is vanilla ice cream and gummy worms, and Unicorn Poop which is basically rocky road with the addition of Pop Rocks.
“You saved me. Doc can deal with that case of hemorrhoids by himself. No one should see that before lunch.” Sage opened her purse and took out candy bar after candy bar. She picked up the peanut butter cups and handed them to Samantha. “These are particularly helpful in a time of crisis.”
I can understand your need to lie. I mean, she’s a hundred pounds soaking wet. Not sure my ego could take that beating either. I get why you have to invent a story. Tall tales compensate for your little wiener.

My Review:
The latest installment of this engaging and entertaining series provided generous portions of steam, humor, and endearing characters who continue to hold my attention and interest. Samantha White needed a vacation and felt she had to escape by fleeing from her agent and controlling manager to get one. She had planned to lay low and hide out at a cabin in a tiny town she remembered fondly from her childhood. One of the first people she ran into was the sexy Dalton Black, her first childhood crush at the age of twelve who was now her new neighbor. Swoon, I’d like to find a handsome man living next door while I was on vacation… a man who could cook in every room and spark all manner of fire. Dalton was the perfect BBF and a big romantic teddy bear who said all the right things. I am already looking forward to the next installment and trying to guess which character will be the main feature.
This is the third book in the series and while it can be read as a standalone it is best read in order. I really enjoyed this series and this book did not disappoint it was really well written and I was pulled right in. This is Dalton and Samantha's story she is a pop star and has gone to Aspen Grove for a break and to relax that's when she meets Dalton he is an ex-felon who spent six years inside for killing a man. I just loved these two they were fantastic together this was a super read I just could not get enough and ended up finishing it in one sitting
What a beautiful story with beautiful characters. This series is perfect. For me, all the feels are there, the characters are perfect but flawed at the same time. In addition, I loved how, even though the H/h fell in love quickly, the author made their story seem slower. Both Dalton and Samantha had their own dark pasts which bonded them even more tightly together.
Aspen Cove in a small town that needs a lot of work. There are few stores and the pace of life is slow. All of the town's citizens are content with the slower pace of their town. This group of residents are thoughtful, loyal, caring and generous despite having very little themselves, their hearts are big. As each book in the series is written, Aspen Cove grows in different aspects.
Samantha White is on the run from her pop star life. She has reached the point of mental and physical exhaustion. Samantha, with the help of her assistant, devise a plan of escape. The one place Samantha wants to escape to is the small town in Colorado that welcomed her and her mother many years ago. They only stayed a few months but the short time showed Samantha that Aspen Cove was the right place for her to go. Of course, when she arrives, there have been many changes to the town over the 12 years she was away. But one thing that remained, she realized, was her crush on town resident Dalton Black.
I won't give their story away. I can tell you there are some angst and suspense. Also, there are some pretty tense moments in addition to a bit of danger. The chemistry between Samantha and Dalton is scorching. I met Dalton Black in the first book of the series. Then, I thought he was portrayed as a tough guy. I wouldn't go so far as to say Dalton was a bad boy, but he is a man you definitely don't want to mess with. I felt the relationship between Sam and Dalton to be believable and I was beyond satisfied to see them find their happily-ever-after.
All the books in the series can be read as a standalone however, I recommend you start with the first book, One Hundred Reasons. At last check, book 14 was just released so you can surmise what I'm currently binge reading right now, lol.
This is my honest and unbiased review and I thank you for taking the time to read it. :)
More Aspen Cove Greatness! Love this Book & Series!
One Hundred Wishes An Aspen Cove Romance, Book 3 By: Kelly Collins Narrated by: Logan McAllister
I am so happy to visit Aspen Cove again. I am loving this series, each book is well written and has it’s own unique storylines and features a different character. They are enjoyable, entertaining and heartfelt. Aspen Cove is a small town with a tight knit community. It has suffered some economic hardships but the late Bea, a long time resident masterminded a plan to bring Aspen Cove back to it’s glory. She brought in a couple of newcomers to start up her defunct businesses, those characters, Sage and Katie, are books 1 & 2 stories. This book is Dalton’s story, he appears in those books and I was thrilled to see that he gets his own book. I really like Dalton, he is a good person who found himself in a bad situation that forever changed his life. He is the chef at the town’s diner, while this is not his dream job he is settled with it and just wants to life a quiet life. All things change when a new neighbor moves in to the cottage next door. Samantha White is unhappy and needs a break from her pop star life, her plans to get away were two years in the making. She bought a cottage in the small town she spent some time in years ago with her Mom. She hoped to hide out there, not attract paparazzi or fans. I loved how Dalton and Samantha first met and the chemistry between them from the start. Dalton does not recognize her or knows of her fame. Because her stay is temporary they decide to not share their past. These two are great for each other. I liked how she became friends with Katie and the others in their circle took to Samantha right away. Also liked how the town came to help too, loved those bees. Kelly Collins created another wonderful story here, there is drama, some laughs, angst, twists and great romance. Thank you for another great story and the emotional rollercoaster ride. I am looking forward to more greatness happening in Aspen Cove.
I listened to the Audible edition, Logan Mcallister is a talented narrator, he continues to bring these characters and their stories to life. He performs the voices of all the characters, gives each their own distinct sound making it easy to follow them throughout. He is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen🎧
I have read all of the Aspen Cove books and this was another good one. Each book stands alone but there are inter-connected characters so I recommend reading the other books first so you have a real connection to the characters and the town. Samantha White is a burned out pop singer named Indigo. She has been living in the public light for the past decade and she is beat. She has a plan to take a break from the limelight and hide out in the small town of Aspen Cove from her management team. She hasn't been back her since she was a young teen and she had fond memories of the town. Dalton Black has lived in Aspen Cove his whole life. There a good memories here for him but a lot of bad ones too. He mistakes Samantha for an intruder in the previously unoccupied cabin next door. They have an instant connection albeit a rocky one. One Hundred Wishes is a story about having hopes and dreams but burying them because it hurts too much to think about something that you don't think that you're ever going to have. I really wanted Samantha and Dalton to get the HEA that they both deserve no matter how many obstacles came to block their path. One Hundred Wishes is told from dual POV and loaded with humor, angst, fun, heat and ultimately love. I highly recommend One Hundred Wishes to anyone that loves a good HEA and small town romance. I received a review copy and this is my freely given, honest opinion.
This is the third book in Aspen Cove series. Even tho each book is a stand alone to get the best read read the other two book before this one Samantha is suffering from burnout after 10 years in the music industry. She decided to go back to a town she lived in for awhile when she was young it took her a few years for her to put her plan into action. When she got to Aspen Cove it was dark so she went Straight to the Cabin she bought. This is where Dalton comes into the story he sees smoke coming out from under the door of the cabin next to his so he goes to see if it's on fire this is where he comes across Samantha and calls the cops. That is the start of their relationship. Come and follow there journey of there relationship with all there ups and downs. I definitely recommend this book. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.
This is the third time I had the pleasure to visit Aspen Cove through a wonderfully crafted story by Kelly Collins. Just like the previous two this book too is woven through with romance, love but first and foremost with the feeling of belonging to a community where nobody is ever left abandoned. I have to say that is one of the things I like best about this series. I love the idea of a town where the residents show at every turn they care about others. It doesn't matter how much money they have in the bank, whether they grew up there or just arrived seeking a new purpose or direction. All that matters is they care and they take actions to show it whatever small those actions might be. Reading about how Samantha has been used (and could say abused) by her own manager and record label made me think about the other side of the coin the fans and bystanders may never know. This is certainly an aspect of stardom which easily could become an unbearable burden that eats an artist's soul. Add the constant and not too kind presence of paparazzi and the mostly malicious twists and half truths on any story they got wind of and anyone can understand why Samantha needed a break. Dalton is also the target and victim of the public opinion though for a completely different reason. He is a convicted murderer - and that statement is the judgement in itself. At least for those who couldn't bother with getting all the facts. I understand why it was easier for Dalton to settle in a quiet existence instead of always explaining things to people who doesn't matter in the end and will only misjudge you anyways. I liked both characters. What started as a no-strings-fling quickly changed to more for both of them. But with feeling more came more questions they had to work out. A few impasse and glitch in the road caused by deciding for the other not with them. But at the end they navigated those just fine. Samantha found who she wanted to be and she became more determined about what her own future will look like both professionally and in private. Dalton had a long way to go from thinking he doesn't have any chance to find love and have family to accepting Samantha's love and that he deserves to have a happy life with the woman he loves with everything he is. Lovely heartwarming romance I can only recommend.
I received an Advanced Reader Copy of the book and here is my honest review.
This is the third book in this great series. Samantha wants a normal life, she is a successful singer and "runs" away after her concert. She heads to Aspen Cove where she owns a small house. Not wanting to get involved with anyone as she isn't staying around. She meets her neighbour when he thinks she is breaking into the house, she doesn't want anyone to know who she is, and Dalton who has served time in prison doesn't want her to know his secrets. They try and fight their attraction but find it hard. When her manager tracks her down she feels she needs to leave Dalton and and the quiet town of Aspen Cove.
What happens next is unexpected, so without giving anything away I can thoroughly recommend this book for you to find out what happens.
This book was so touching. Samantha is a pop star looking for escape from her controlling manger. She goes to Aspen Cove where she spent time as a child. She buys a cabin next to Dalton who she had a crush on as a youth. I loved how they first meet. Both of them are keeping secrets from their pasts from each other. I felt for Dalton when his came out. I cried when Dalton went to Indigo's concert to propose. Ms. Collins always writes such moving stories. The characters are wonderful. I loved the Wishes board.
I couldn’t wait to start this next book in the “Aspen Cove” series after reading the fist two. I was not disappointed; each book gets better and better! Pop star Samantha White (aka Indigo) has been on the top of the music scene for the past ten years and she needs a break. She sneaks out through the crowd at her concert and heads to the town that she lived in as a child…Aspen Cove. She owns a cabin in town and the first night she is mistaken for an arsonist by Dalton Black. She remembers Dalton from her childhood, but he wasn’t this large, this intimidating and this rugged. WOW! Samantha and Dalton realize that there are feelings between them, but they don’t share their past history as Samantha makes it clear that she is visiting and will be moving on. Samantha doesn’t tell him that she is famous and rich and he doesn’t tell her was in prison for killing a man. This book was everything I was hoping for as the third book in the series: love, humor, suspense and a great update on past characters. I know when I read a Kelly Collins book that I am going through all of the emotions possible with a unique and well written story and amazing characters. You could read this book as a standalone, but I highly recommend you read the first two books - just because they are so good! I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to give an honest review. (by paytonpuppy)
**3.5** One Hundred Wishes was a very good read, but I felt it was missing something. Now I don't blame the author. I've read some of her other books and am a fan. My preference in books are dark or mystery/suspense, and sometimes more erotic. OHW is more of an inspirational, small town romance. A sweet tale of love and second chances. No heavily detailed bedroom scenes. This was a big change of pace for me and took some adjusting. I'm sure I'd appreciate the story more with another read and do recommend One Hundred Wishes. Samantha escaped an abusive childhood, just find herself in that position again. She America's sweetheart, pop star Indigo. For the past 10 years, she's been trapped by controlling management. Sam escapes to Aspen Cove to find clarity. A very sexy neighbor may hold all the answers. Dalton is an ex-felon who one had dreams of being a big time chef. Now the only cooking he does is at home and at the family dinner because no one wants to hire a convicted killer. Dalton learned the hard way that no good deed goes unpunished. He's paid his debt to society, but the world won't let him move on. Will Samantha be in the 1% that sees pass his conviction?

I thoroughly enjoyed 'One Hundred Wishes' brought to life by Logan McAllister. Dalton & Samantha's story was one I never saw coming. At the same time they are perfect together. There is a strong emphasis on abuse in this story. Something both Samantha & Dalton have in common. I appreciate this as it is a problem too often hidden, ignored or thought deserved. Kudos to Ms. Collins for including it here.
I was given a free Audible copy of this story, at my request, in exchange for a honest review.
OMG, I loved this book so much. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. I’d go as far as saying it’s the best book I’ve read recently, and I’ve read some really great books. The storyline addresses many issues, but the underlying issue is that of domestic violence and its long lasting effects of those involved. It’s a story of friendship, family, love, hope and inspiration with amazing characters who are not prepared to settle less than their well deserved happy ever after. Do yourself a favour and read this book. I’m going to be reading more from this author including the first two books in this series; one Hundred Teasons and One Hundred Heartbeats. Congratulations and many thanks to Kelly Collins for writing this wonderful book.

Another wonderful story in the Aspen Cove Romance series. I absolutely loved Samantha and Dalton story, Dalton character was one I want to learn more about after meeting him in the other two books. I just love Dalton with his kind heart and the way every one constantly misjudges him because of his past. I received an ARC copy of this book and this is my honest and voluntary review.
Samantha White is a famous pop star called Indigo who is needing some time away from her real life so she returns to a place from her childhood. She did not expect to meet a man that she once knew as a boy. Samantha wishes for her life to change and to be out of the spotlight for just a few days or weeks.
Dalton Black has many secrets from his past and finds himself fascinated with his new neighbor. Dalton has come to terms with his life as it is known and is happy working for his mother in the dinner.
What great chemistry these two have between them is so strong and they are just so perfect for each other. This is the third book in the series and this one is just as wonderful as the other two books.
. . . and wanting and accepting the one who is truly your other half. The life of a famous pop star wasn't all that it seemed. Indigo/Samantha had lost herself amidst concerts, contracts, albums, awards, tours, and being told what to do, eat and be and when. So, Indigo leaves the stage, travels to the small town of Aspen Cove to find Samantha again. Only she immediately finds Dalton Black, convicted murderer, and learned that love was awaiting who she truly was as well. Such a sweet but steamy story of a couple with scars and little joy who found true joy in one another.
I love Aspen Cove! There’s not much I demand from a book: entertain me and make me feel. This very successfully did both. Dalton is one of the residents I’ve been wanting to see get his story since the very first book. I didn’t know what I wanted that story to look like, I just knew I needed to read it. This was perfect. There were sweet and silly moments with the other residents of Aspen Cove, blazing passionate times with Dalton and Samantha together, and scenes of heartrending agony that left me in tears. It was a bit of an emotional roller-coaster, but it made me laugh and it made me feel. Job well done. I received a complimentary copy of this book.
I loved the chemistry and connection between Dalton and Samantha and how even though they come from different worlds they are perfect for each other. Even though this was my first book from this series I wasn't lost, but I will be getting book 1 and 2 because One Hundred Wishes made me want to find out more about Aspen Cove. Kelly Collins writes unique stories with well developed characters that bring out all the emotions and I look forward to reading anything she writes! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
she is a famous singer but she has had enough so she leaves the stage and disappears. she goes to where she feels will get the peace she needs as she decides what to do. he has just left jail after a prison sentence for killing a man. he meets her and there is a spark. can they make it even though they are from different parts of society? see if they ca make t

Samantha and Salton have a past as children but life took them on very different paths. As adults when they meet again the chemistry is explosive but will secrets tear them apart or will love and truth be enough.
Third book n this wonderful series and we finally get Dalton's story
Dalton served time for a miscarriage of justice and he will do anything to keep it secret. Samantha has her own problems 10 years of non stop work have drained her soul. When these two meet the sparks fly from the beginning Can a man who is always judged and found wanting help a woman who is basically abused and will these two damage souls find a new life together. kelly Collins has again wrote a book that draws you into the lives of the folk of Aspen Cove
I was given a copy of this book but this is a true and honest review
Super cute! I liked this one a lot. The romance between Samantha and Dalton was great, and they were a fun example of opposites attracting. Dalton was so sweet and not at all what I would picture for an ex-con. The storyline was interesting and kept me engaged. Looking forward to book 4!
Kelly Collins doesn't disappoint with another great story. Samantha returns to Aspen Cove to take a break from her famous pop star life, to figure out how to get on with her life. When Dalton storm into her life, neither is prepared for the feelings that surface between them. They both keep their secrets about their past, and when the secrets come to the fore, will they be able to move on? Dalton is one of the most fascinating characters in this series, as he is constantly judged by his past, even saving a person's life. And Samantha, having lived an abusive life for most of her life, is running after her own happiness and finding out who she really is. This story is full of twists and I got tense at times, but I loved this book. I loved to see again the characters from the other books, the residents of Aspen Cove are very interesting. I'm already looking forward to the next book in the series. I highly recommend the reading.
This is book three in the series and just as great as the first two books. This book follows Dalton and Samantha. I am so glad as I really found him so interesting in the first two books. Sam comes to town look for some down time of 10 years of none stop business. They fall for each other but they are hiding things form each other. What will happen when it all comes out?
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Story line is great and I loved the characters. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Unexpected twists and turns had me reading this book in one sitting. Great storyline and character development made this book a hot and enjoyable read!

Dalton never thought he could have what his Bishop brothers did, found the love of their lives, a family, forever happiness. Samantha just wanted to get away from the hustle of her life, and get to wind down, and re-group. Then she meets Dalton, and both just have an attraction. Enjoy their story, their journey, discovery, of what can be? Beautiful story❤️, loved it.
I loved this book. I fell in love with the story and the characters. It was well written and interesting. The connection between Samantha and Dalton is great and the banter back and forth had me smiling. I recommend it to all. Great job Kelly!! I received it as an arc and voluntarily reviewed it.
