I think this book might have been good and also had some helpful parts if it were not for the author's penchant for adding to scripture. Again and again, he would imagine what might have happened and add such a scene in for impact. I strongly disliked this. One, it was an assumption based on what might have taken place and two because he sometimes treated his opinions about the goings-on behind the scenes as facts since they were logical conclusions (from his point of view). I couldn't stand this. I have a deep dislike for the adding or taking away from scripture, even if the additions are rational, fictional accounts of what may have been said/thought in between this or that event. We simply cannot know what the scripture does not state. To say what cannot be known, in my opinion, is wrong.
