This book clearly conveys a LOVE of Northern Spain. It is infectious and certainly succeeded in getting me excited about visiting this region. It would be really great if someone had a lot of time there.
However, it was a bit tricky to discern which places were worth your while if time was more limited.
Everything is amazing according to the book. Hmm, I appreciated the enthusiasm, but I had to augment my travel planning reading with other volumes in order to help me make some hard choices since my time wasn't unlimited.
Also, I wanted more info on restaurants and hotels...so another book was necessary.
Well, I did adore my visit to northern Spain....so maybe I just need to go back and explore more of the spots that this book details in the future.
