YOU should read this book.

I watched Marty pour himself into this book and after reading it, I learned even more about Marty and his passion for IT and mentoring technologists to a successful career. Listening to Marty talk about the book as it was being arranged, I expected a technology reference book and instead, I got a surprisingly welcomed book about professional development and leadership. He took the technology out of IT which is needed for all technicians, engineers, programmers, technology administrators and teachers who teach technology concepts.
