I had never thought I would pick this book. While it would be more relevant for higher secondary school students who are in a position to identify issues and seek help from books like these, it definitely would also help teachers just joined the teaching profession. Quick read on tips and tricks.

Love the book and I wish everyone in the age group from 13 to 17 must read this book and ofcourse the book is relevant for every age group.
