Good introductory book on Empathy

This is a good introduction to empathy and the definition of an empathic person versus a highly sensitive person. I was hoping for more advice on how to handle everyday life experiences as an empath. While the author gives a few examples of techniques, I would have like to see more real-life examples provided. I will practice the boundary setting and self care advice given.

Really helpful

While I don't believe that I am an empath I knew and work with many. This book helps me to understand their experiences while also becoming more clear about my own.
