Book is a great read for any individual who coaches athletics. It's not an X's and O's book. It's one that gets into the mental aspect of sport played by humans. Heart, mind and spirit and how each interacts to bring out the best in athletes. Lynch talks about the use of meditiation, visualization and affirmation and how this helps both individuals and teams. Are some of his ideas something you want to start in the middle of a season probably not but aspect of his thoughts may be incorpated at any point of a training period or competition.
