Durante 4 volumes acompanhamos o jogo de "amor" entre Sayo e Kiriyama, com a regra de "quem se apaixonar primeiro perde o jogo". Vimos ambos se entregarem a seus desejos, a compatibilidade sexual entre os dois, assim como o lento despertar de sentimentos mais profundos, por mais que eles lutem contra isso.

Mesmo que os dois tenham entrado nesse tipo de relacionamento com plena consciência do que era esperado, é impossível que o contato constante e o envolvimento de um na vida do outro não os afete emocionalmente, o que acabou levando a um limite definitivo para um dos personagens (não falarei o nome, só lendo pra saber quem cedeu primeiro).

Tanto Sayo quanto Kiriyama mostraram novas facetas e se abriram de maneiras que não esperavam, no entanto Kiriyama ainda segue muito misterioso, mesmo que tenhamos conhecimento de um pedaço de sua personalidade (pequeno demais pra julgar o todo que constitui).

O volume termina de tal maneira, que é impossível não ficarmos curiosos sobre os caminhos que a mangaká vai tomar a partir daqui e quais serão as próximas atitudes dos protagonistas. Todavia, como estamos igualados com a edição japonesa, e somente agora que a Mai Nishikata voltou a trabalhar nesse título, vai levar um bom tempo até que o volume 5 chegue para gente.

L’histoire suis son cours et Kiriyama, Sayo et quelques uns de leurs collègues et amis partent en vacances ensemble à la plage. L’occasion pour un nouveau rapprochement…

Le personnage de Takahata est excellent et très drôle puisqu’il ne pense qu’à se trouver une copine à tout prix !

Les dernières pages nous laissent sur un suspense et dans l’attente de la suite. On sent que l’histoire arrive à un tournant et c’est tant mieux car cela évite qu’elle tourne en rond inutilement.

J’attends avec impatiente la sortie du tome 5 et j’espère que la date de parution sera bientôt annoncée ! ♥

Few things of note:

*Song that runs through my mind every time I read a vol. of this series: "Somebody Else" by The 1975. If you know, you know.
*I cannot fathom the intricacies that grow from catching feelings from a... I hesitate to call these two FWB, not much friendship to be had... so situation-ship that was meant to prevent said feelings!
*Ryoichi's hot and cold with Sayo is annoying and I get why she's unwilling to give into her newfound love. He's either a sleaze for her body, or MIA.
*What happened to their first solo outing?! Did I blink and miss it?
*That ending... when she says "I forfeit the game". And Ryoichi's all "So you did find someone to love?" Sayo says "Yes, and it's you". He lets her leave in tears at finally realizing where her heart lies and there's not even a panel of his reaction?! The next volume needs to be in English or maybe I'll take up whatever language it is published in. If all else fails, I have Google Translate. BUT REGARDLESS, I MUST KNOW WHAT HAPPENS!!!!

This series is the definition of adult angst. And I'm sure many readers get annoyed at the all work sex makes Sayo a dull girl bit, but that's kind of the point, at least to me. Showing how Sayo is really not much outside this situation and her work. She even feels like interacting with her co-workers about anything that's not strictly business is a slough, giving half-hearted answers and going on vacations seemingly to satiate any wanting on their part. Very lonely and hollow existence for Sayo. I like that we finally see her have a breakthrough.

A ver, ¿Que pasó aquí? Por un momento creí que la historia iba a tomar otro rumbo....pero no, al final sigue siendo predecible tal y como me lo imaginé.
Debo confesar, que me sigue gustando la personalidad de Sayo. A pesar de descubrir sus sentimientos, sigue sin dejarse mandar, y su decisión de confesarse enamorada y terminar con esa relación que no la llevará a ningún lado me gustó bastante. Aprendan de ella, protagonistas del shoujo.
Ahora, el prota......cada vez lo odio más. Okey, ha sido "sincero" desde un principio, pero me molesta que siga viendo en Sayo a un juguete. No, no me gusta y esperaría que no se quedara con Sayo al final.....pero se que no pasará.
Sigue siendo una buena historia para pasar el rato.
Ahora....a esperar el 5

Les dessins et les expressions sont très vivants! On l’image sans aucun mal en animé!

On parle à nouveau de l’addiction au sexe de Kiriyama.

Les amoureux se bécotent au détour d’une ruelle, ça me rappelle un peu une belle histoire que j’ai eu…

Je n’ai pas pu lire la fin comme ça a bugué sur mon PC… Tout était hyper lag…

Je crois qu’il y a un tome 5 mais il faudra que je le commande à Canal BD car je le trouve pas…

El tiempo de capacitación de Kiriyama ha terminado así que Sayo lo felicita, Kiriyama le agradece pero le dice que lo entristece pues ahora su tiempo juntos disminuirá.
Kiriyama se da cuenta que tiene afinidad por Sayo y esto le molesta un poco pues no se reconoce pero decide dejar estos pensamientos atrás .

Gracias a un viaje a la playa con los compañeros del trabajo y a ciertas citaciones que ocurren, Sayo se da cuenta de algo que la sorprende y que le hace tomar una decisión que cambiara la relación de ambos.

Dopo aver letto questo volume, son andata a controllare su Animeclick se fosse vero che il quinto volume fosse l'ultimo e... no, mi son sbagliata. L'ho cominciata perché ero convinta che finalmente fosse uscito l'ultimo volume e invece son rimasta con un palmo di naso.

Però questo volume mi è piaciuto da matti. Anche se non vorrei avere a che fare con Kiriyama nella vita reale.

Siccome finisce con un cliffhanger tremendo, adesso vado a leggermi anche il quinto e ultimo (per ora) volume pubblicato.

Sayo se da cuenta que tiene gran afinidad con Kiriyama, pero parece ser algo mas, aunque no este segura del todo.

En cuanto a Kiriyama, también ya se dio cuenta que las cosas están cambiando, pero se niega a que esto suceda, le gusta la vida que ha llevado y esto lo desestabiliza, así que se resiste.

En la historia, Sayo me sigue agradando, porque siento que toma decisiones muy acertadas, y va creciendo con las experiencias vividas, Kiriyama como mencione en el anterior sigue igual para mi, no lo odio, pero tampoco me agrada del todo.

And the game changes....

Volume 4 basically is the same thing, Ryoichi continues to pursue Sayo and Sayo continues to put boundaries between them.

They go to the beach with a bunch of co-workers and it was nice to see them out with other people. Ryoichi indirectly flirts with another girl and it kind of does something to Sayo.

The cliffy was the best part of the volume. It truly wants you to binge read to the next volume. Now that everything has changed....

*3.5. Probably my favorite volume so far. Definitely felt like I enjoyed this more because of the emotional conflicts that happened in the volume. The whole do I like him/her thing was getting tiring for me so I think the few acknowledgments of feelings that happened here really made me enjoy it. Overall that ending has me curious since there are a few more volumes left so I’m curious to see how their arrangement continues with the game technically ending now because of her catching feelings

I don't think that much has progressed in terms of their relationship, but I can see it getting there with Kiriyama's feelings of possessiveness and Sayo's "shocking" realization. Despite that, I still think that Kiriyama still views Sayo as an object rather than someone he actually has feelings for beyond lust, so perhaps the decision Sayo made at the end will get him to realize his feelings (although I don't think doing that is necessary, nor do I think that Sayo did that for that purpose). I respect Sayo, and I still don't really care for Kiriyama, to the point that I would rather Sayo end up with someone else, but I doubt that that will happen. Regardless, I will continue reading this manga. I actually have read some scans of later chapters, and I am looking forward to see the outcome of this manga. I also want to see him suffer lol .

Love seeing these two grappling with their feelings. Possessive/jealous Kiriyama is my gd catnip. Really liked seeing Sayo be still a boss bitch yet have a more playful (for her) side in their interactions. And that ending. Beautifully angsty.

Liked seeing more interaction with the coworker gang. Sayo's work buddy is adorable.
