Olivia Dawson is in a personal and creative rut when her interior design team nets a contract that could change everything. Olivia grabs the chance to reignite her passion, to step outside her comfort zone, and to achieve national exposure if she delivers everything the client expects.
Savannah Quinn fled a broken heart and started fresh in a new city, at a new job, without any of her past in the rearview. Her new position as corporate liaison to Olivia and her team is exactly the distraction she’s looking for. She doesn’t have to settle into her empty apartment if she’s never there, right? And she can’t be betrayed if she never asks for forever.
Long days in strange cities bring Olivia and Savannah closer, but keeping their growing attraction separate from their professional relationship feels impossible.
Fiona Riley was born and raised in New England where she is a medical professional and part-time professor when she isn’t bonding with her laptop over words. She went to college in Boston and never left, starting a small business that takes up all of her free time, much to the dismay of her ever patient and lovely wife. When she pulls herself away from her work, she likes to catch up on the contents of her ever-growing DVR or take a walk with her dog.
Fiona’s love for writing started at a young age and blossomed after she was published in a poetry competition at the ripe old age of twelve. She wrote lots of short stories and poetry for many years until it was time for college and a “real job.” Fiona found herself with a bachelor’s, a doctorate, and a day job, but felt like she had stopped nurturing the one relationship that had always made her feel the most complete: artist, dreamer, writer. A series of bizarre events afforded her with some unexpected extra time and she found herself reaching for her favorite blue notebook to write, never looking back.

**'Storytelling trumps beautiful writing every time...'
Endearingly good story! Smart and funny, insightful and romantic, impulsive and compelling, fascinating and steamy, ROOM SERVICE reveals that the most important journeys we make aren't measured in miles, but in the strength, wisdom and love found along the way. More than this, though, this book/storyline is both an examination & reflection of the stories we/readers tell ourselves, the ones that make our lives make sense even if they're misplaced or misguided or outright wrong sometimes because of certain decisions in life. Savannah who did cautiously rebuild her life and career plus even rebounded with a new romance. But when a fresh crisis strikes and an uncertain future looms, she must decide: How much will she risk to remain the woman she's just become or should she choose 'LOVE' Then there is Olivia who Savannah thinks has it all: perfect hair,a fantastic body and expensive clothes, not to mention a great job,is single, she also has a crush on her and both has to work together. Though each struggle with loneliness & fear, the times they spend together having these make out sessions do give Olivia hope for something brighter just on the horizon--if only they can learn to find healing & peace --and perhaps love--with each other. The emotions fueling the words are nonetheless real, and Ms.Riley do successfully captures the essence of what its like to muddle through any painful break-ups of past lovers. Above all,she has penned a well written,paged-turner full of wanderlust, forbidden romance, with mature & witty dialogue, some great secondary characters and plenty of intrigue. Readers will enjoy this book/story as much as i did. Recommended!
3.5 Stars. While not as great as her Perfect Match Series, this was still a good read. This is actually the second book Riley has written. She put off releasing this until after her Perfect Match Series was completed. One thing all four books have in common is heat and chemistry. Riley is very good about writing chemistry in her romances. If that is something you enjoyed from her Perfect Match Series, chances are you will like this read too.
Olivia is an interior designer for companies. She is in charge of a team of really talented people. When her firm is asked to remodel three locations for a big company, it could be the chance to really put their design firm on the map. What Olivia doesn’t expect is to be attracted to the company’s point person for the project. Savannah is smart, attractive and kind. She also can’t take her eyes off of Olivia the person she has to spend the next few months working with. Can these two women have a chance at a relationship, or will the fairytale end when the job does?
As I mention above, the chemistry is off the charts. Riley is really excellent about writing great chemistry. You could almost feel the sparks jumping off the pages. I just loved all the flirting and just plain sexiness between the two women. It took a while to actually consummate their relationship so the heat just kept building and building and was a joy to read about.
While I really enjoyed both characters and their intense connection, I wasn’t as big on the rest of the story. I found their jobs to be okay, but I wasn’t really grabbed by any of the work scenes (except for when flirting was involved). In fact I found myself almost getting into boredom territory a few times. Luckily, all the times the characters spent together was great, I just wish I was enjoyed it more when they we not.
I also found the actually storyline to be pretty predictable unfortunately. There were no surprises and you could see what was coming a mile away. The romance was 4.5 Stars but the rest of the plot was more like 2.5 Stars, hence my 3.5 rating.
I loved the chemistry and connection as well as the characters. I think other readers will be happy with it too. I just wish the plot had more going for it because then I would have loved this book instead. I’m still recommending it to romances fans since I think the romance is worth it. I’m looking forward to what Riley writes next.
An ARC was given to me from BSB, for a honest review.
Sizzle, sizzle, sizzle. Oh my giddy aunt but there’s a lot of sexy-times in this story. Don’t worry, it’s none of the boring kind because if there’s one thing Fiona Riley can deliver it’s scorching scenes. The only thing that made me go hmmm where the times that Savannah and Olivia forget themselves and went at it like rabid weasels in public places. I can understand running the risk of getting caught increases the kink for the peeps involved but I would not like to get an eye-full of oral sex while I’m taking a ride on the ferris wheel (or having a drink at the piano bar…. or taking my kids (if I had any) for a spin on the carousel).
Other than the generous dollop of slap and tickle there is still a plot to enjoy. The ladies meet on the work floor, there is mutual attraction with lots of slow burn flirting and heated foreplay, things need to be on the down-low because of work ethics, plenty of internal struggle about commitment issues and bad experiences with partners in the past and of course the dreaded 80% mark drama-rama (oy gevalt!) where both parties involved take a stupid pill. That’s a star deduction right there.
Room Service is not as polished as Riley’s later work (I hear this was something she wrote before the Miss Match series) but still a very enjoyable experience.
f/f explicit
Themes: work work work, I’m still not quite sure I understand what it is these people are building exactly, something with plants and projections and water features, but whatever it is they do they are good at it, but after work there is play… plenty of play.
4 stars

I'm having trouble reviewing this book because I loved the first 80%. The last 20% however *shudders*.. yikes!
Let me start with the positives. The author creates super sexy chemistry like nobody's business. For a quick second I thought Savannah was seducing me and not Olivia (not that I would mind). Knowing the person you're attracted to feels the same way but not being able to do anything about it creates crazy amounts of sexual tension. I really liked how they tried in vain to keep things professional between them before eventually giving up and just going for it.
The part where things went south for me has to do with Olivia's behavior in the final 20% of the book. I don't want to spoil anything but I just couldn't understand her reasoning for acting the way she did. I initially really liked her character but by the time I finished the book she had made it onto my list of books with characters that I can't stand. Even Savannah's character was going in that direction because I couldn't understand how she allowed Olivia to treat her the way she did.
I can't believe i'm giving this book 3* because I gave all three of her previously released books a 5* rating. Miss Match even made my all time favorites list. This book just didn't do it for me with the first 80% getting a 4,5 and the last 20% getting a 1*. Let's hope miss Riley is working on her next novel so I can hopefully go back to dishing out 5* ratings.
I feel torn here, but I’ve given all of Riley’s books a 4* rating, so I’m sticking with the trend here. Since I have been on GR for a good while, I’ve rated a lot of books. However, because I haven’t left reviews until recently, I have to go off remembering how certain books made me feel and what I remember about them when looking over stars given. I really liked ‘Miss Match’ when it came out and was sincerely impressed that it was a debut novel. I still remember the characters and the storyline fairly well. The follow-ups didn’t leave me with the same awe and I honestly don’t remember them nearly as well, so I’m going out on a limb here to say that ‘Miss Match’ was a 4.25* for me, while ‘Light A Match’ and ‘Perfect Match’ were more in the realm of 3.75*...landing squarely at 4* even though they left different impressions on me. Why do I share this...? I suppose because I feel like it’s relative to the way I’m going to review/rate this book.
I liked ‘Room Service’ almost as much as ‘Miss Match,’ but more than the two follow-ups to ‘Miss Match.’ I like chemistry, so chemistry can totally sell a book for me and these two had it in spades...for f’ing days. Riley, in all of her books, has proven that she knows how to use words to light a match and start a bon fire as if it’s been doused in gasoline.
Olivia works for a design firm in NYC and Savannah’s company, located in Chicago, has contracted them to design spaces at locations in three different US cities. Each of these projects require both to travel and spend long periods of time in said cities. Upon initial meeting, Olivia and Savannah are immediately attracted to one another and, honestly, do little to hide their attraction from one another, so there is a lot of flirting happening from the get go. As hesitant as these two are to start anything, because they work together, they don’t waste much time before they start overtly flirting with words, glances, and innocuous touching. That much tension eventually needs a release...
So, what I didn’t like about this book so much should probably go under some spoiler tags
Whew, am I glad I got that out...
So, anyway, I liked this regardless. As I said, I’m a sucker for chemistry. Chemistry beats out reality sometimes because I’m easily manipulated by sparks. Anyone who has liked Riley’s previous books will probably like this one, too.

My goodness, what a roller coaster of feelings.
To start off, two things are very special about reading 'Room Service'. One: Fiona Riley has become a bit of a staple for me; I flock to her releases. And, two: One can definitely see that Riley's storytelling has improved since the time this was originally written. While enjoyable, it proves that she's grown as writer. I respect this so much. Miss Match is still my #1 pick of hers. To this day, I reread my favorite bits.
But! Back to 'Room Service'. Great title; it has several meanings there. Our heroines are Olivia Dawson and Savannah Quinn, two gorgeous femmes with superb names. I love the girly heels, fashion, style fantasy of Riley's books. I'm a les who loves glamour, sue me.
Their profession, while not on-the-nose to my personal field, was somewhat adjacent in the way it operates. So, I was able to relate. I could've used less paragraphs going in depth for the projects--I think some people may get lost or glaze over. In instances like that, less can be more.
Speaking of more, the SEX. I felt giddy with how much Fiona Riley spoils us with sex scenes. Too much? I think not. Their romance itself had that sort of I-shouldn't-be-with-you-but-I-cannot-resist tension that's so hot once they get together. In fact, a certain steamy phone call is one of my favorite scenes ever. Just my taste.
I liked their romance. Savannah and Olivia suited one another. I didn't take well to Reagan's character. Corrine and Farrah actually seemed more adept at pushing the characters toward accepting their feelings while Reagan...meh.
If I may critique a thing, it'd be dialogue. Some of these characters' manner of speaking could be toned down a bit, with less prose-y speaking. Sometimes, what they said didn't come off naturally. Or, someone sounds overly smart, which isn't bad, but not realistic if too many characters sound that way.
All in all, it's a thumbs up for me. I'd give it a 3.5, leaning towards four stars because Riley manages to keep putting out quality work. I'm already anticipating her next one!
I’ve read all of Riley’s novels and I think this is my favourite. Olivia and Savannah meet when their respective companies engage in a joint venture to create some dynamic, green spaces in a few buildings in different cities. Spending large tracts of their time liaising and being in the same place, they find that not only do they work well together but that their attraction for each other is undeniable.
They are both really likeable characters and their chemistry is sizzling. This has been shelved as “slow-burn” by a couple of people but to me that means that the main characters circle around each other for months or years until 90% when they finally admit to being in love and have sex. Room Service is ridiculously hot and sexy throughout.
The story line is a good one. It’s not thought-provoking or overly angsty but it is strong enough that it doesn’t fall into the PWP? category. I think it is the most erotic novel I’ve read in a while and better than those that were actually listed as erotica. Far too many climax (literally and figuratively) too soon, leaving fairly boring interactions for the last 40% of the novel and just as many keep you waiting until right near the end and then it’s done, leaving you inadequate time to feel their love for each other.
This is a five star read for me in the romance genre because of the great characters, the emotional connection, the sustained eroticism, the sexy dialogue and a good story.
Book received from Netgalley and Bold Strokes Books for an honest review.
So full of chemistry, sexual tension, unabashed flirting and sensuous moments between Olivia and Savannah; both very femme and oh so sexy! Loved the sexy scenes which had me flustered at times! They seemed at ease making out at places; some were very public places, one might say!
Story is about Olivia and Savannah, both commitment-shy due to past relationship. Based in different states, they had a professional working relationship, were attracted to each other but suppressed their attraction so as not to cross the line; until they did. How can they not when interactions between them are full of sexy innuendo! ☺️
"Room Service" presents another taboo, or at least inappropriate, lesfic romance: this time between work colleagues where one character can dramatically impact the career of the other…or so, at least, everyone believes. The narration is overall very fun and energetic, with great voices for the characters…but there seemed to be pronounced lisping in several spots that I found mildly distracting.
MC Savanna is happy to focus on work, which she is very good at, and is not looking for a relationship (reminding us, perhaps, that there are only so many different lesfic character types for an author to work with!). MC Olivia also loves her job and is extremely competent and well-liked by her boss and her team, but Olivia knows herself well enough that she wants a wife and children…she would never put a her job ahead of a loved one (cue dramatic foreshadowing music).
There's very believable insta-attraction between our MCs, and bless their hearts, they try very hard not to share the same set of bedsheets….but some things in life and lesfic are just inevitable, as we know and love! We progress delightfully from each learning that the other is gay, to casual flirting, to text flirting, to phone sex, and to real sex. Oh I do love Fiona Riley's characters and the fun they share with us! I even learned a new acronym: UNF. Anyone? UNF…Universal Noise of Fucking!!
The banter between MCs and secondary characters is delightful, and I enjoyed the progression in the relationship between MCs….until. Yup. Bad decision by an MC hurts the other MC. Much non-communication follows the breakup. Then more sex…still without really communicating. Then an MC decides to put all the eggs in one basket for a major life change….without…you got it….without communicating to her intended partner.
The HEA didn't feel right. A long-delayed declaration of love is met with distrust, and then kisses, hot sex and HEA because the life changing plan was revealed. Perhaps some listeners would find the plan and declaration of love and the kisses and the sex sufficient for the HEA, but for me there were still too many unresolved feelings of hurt, betrayal, and more of a fluid sense of commitment than I liked.
All in all, I enjoyed the characters and the writing and the narration…but I'm knocking off a star for an unsatisfying ending. Plus, I never really figured out why the story is named "Room Service". I probably zoned out during a particular hotel scene, but I don't feel like going back to research it, and that just adds to my sense of things not really being fully resolved. Recommended with 4*
I really love this author. Mainly because she writes great sex scenes . My biggest pet peeve is when an author gets to the climax ( no pun intended ) of the MC’s romance and then drops me off the cliff . Kiss, kiss, kiss and it’s morning . I want to know what happens in between . That is why Fiona never disappoints me I can count on a good romance and well written sex scenes.
Room Service is a nice romance with a solid storyline, good dialogue and a lot of hot sexiness. I do not think this Is Riley's best book though. Is it good? Yes, it is. In the acknowledgments portion of the book, the author writes that she wrote this book before Miss Match. From Miss Match through her Perfect Match Series you see each book get better and better. The writing goes from really good to freaking fantastic. With this book, I felt not quite there with the protagonists, the supporting characters add little to the story and were distracting. I felt like I was reading this story from afar rather than being in the moment. The ending dragged and seemed a bit overdramatic given the characters actions in two-thirds of the book. This book is super hot though. Riley cranks up the tension and the sexiness sizzles off the page.

I enjoyed Riley’s previous books very much and was looking forward to this one, it was good, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I did the three matchmaker books.
I enjoyed both leads, though I preferred Savannah, Olivia was a bit hit and miss in that she seemed to change personality towards the end, going from ‘I have roots and want to settle down’ to ‘I’m commitment phobic’ was annoying. I did enjoy the secondary characters, both Olivia’s sister and Savannah’s brother were fun additions and Reagan was also a great side character, especially since I thought the ‘jealousy’ trope was going to pop up and was relieved when it didn’t.
For the most part this is an enjoyable, somewhat slow burn romance. I say ‘somewhat’ because even though the leads spend a lot of time together and get to know each other there are weird PDA scenes that pop up that I just couldn’t get behind (see under the cut for more details). I liked that the leads did get to know each other, and their chemistry was great but the ending was a bit too filled with miscommunication or lack of communication issues that could have easily been avoided. Riley is a good author though, and this is filled with witty dialogue and interesting characters and is worth a read. 3 stars.
At about a fifth of the way in, I'm calling it done. The characters are shallow and that's not made better by there being dozens, no hundreds!, of secondary characters. Okay, like, eight really, but it feels like I'm a director at a casting call and every wannabe hopeful feels the need to razzle-dazzle me. Yeah, yeah, I get it, your heroine has friends who are coworkers. Yay!?
An acknowledgement at the beginning says that this was her second book written and that it sat for years before being hauled out and published. That seems like it was a mistake, to me. I can kind of see how Riley attached to this quirky cast of "characters" and how she enjoys their interactions and byplay. Something about them tickles her fancy. I get it. But that didn't translate very well to my fancy, so I felt left out in the cold. It's like if an origami nerd grabbed me and forced me to listen to some paper story that ends with "a bi-fold in a tri-fold area!" and looked at me like I should be sharing in the amazement.
I tried to find an excuse to give it a second star but couldn't come up with one. "The editing doesn't suck" seems like it's just not enough...
This is an early work by Ms. Riley just published now after the three books of her 'Perfect match' series. This is an office romance between interior designer, Olivia Dawson, and Savannah Quinn, her client corporate liaison. As they travel around the country to tackle different projects, their mutual attraction grows making it impossible to ignore. Will their corporate association get in the way of their budding relationship?
'Room service' is a slow-burn romance written from the point of view of both main characters. Ms. Riley excels at building their chemistry that slowly grows to sizzling hot. Both characters are a bit too perfect but their relationship works fine. My only concern is that their public displays of affection seem too over the top to be realistic. Despite that, the intimate scenes are well written, specially the phone sex passage which, in my opinion, is one of the best ever written in lesfic. Some of the secondary characters are a bit blurry specially at the beginning but it doesn't interfere with the enjoyment of the main story.
Overall, a sweet office romance read. 4 stars.
ARC provided by Netgalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
I think this one’s my favorite from the author so far. The pacing is just right. You can feel the sexual tension between Olivia and Savannah. I also like their chemistry together. Sexy scenes 👏🏽 Lot’s of PDA I can’t even imagine how they manage them. 😁
I find Reagan annoying at first I was actually expecting her to have feelings for Olivia or maybe the protagonist here but I guess not. She’s just the annoying childish best friend but supportive.
Nice supporting characters especially Savanna’s brother and Olivia’s sister. I wish more interactions with them.
I adored this book… from start to finish. It’s just damn sexy!
Olivia is stuck in a rut so when a work opportunity comes up she jumps at the chance to show off her skills, that is until the formidable and sultry Savannah becomes the corporate liaison between Olivia’s team and the company she designing for. Olivia is everything Savannah didn’t know she was looking for and more. From the moment they meet each other the chemistry is palpable and hot as hell. But is a relationship with someone you work with conducive to the task at hand? And could it ruin a future design contract for Olivia?
What a beautiful love story with a provocative edge. This is not an angst-ridden book but for me that was one of the reasons I loved it so much, both protagonists wore their hearts on their sleeve most of the time and it made their love story so very enjoyable. The moment Olivia and Savannah meet the chemistry is hot. Both women can feel the energy and (this is where Fiona Riley is amazing) what’s great is that the reader is feeling it just as much.
The sexual tension between Olivia and Savannah is combustible and I was hoping with every flirtious moment they would jump each other… I was so very invested! And then when they finally did have their sex scenes it was immensely sexy… I was on the train coming home from work, praying no one could read my mind or over my shoulder. HOT!
I really loved the affectionate moments between them especially the ones that both Olivia and Savannah were so lost in each other that they forgot the outside world was with them. For example, watch out for the fairground scene… I am still getting over the sheer sexiness of it all.
The falling in love part of this story is rather lovely. Both Olivia and Savannah have such a beautiful connection that the reader is watching them become more than lovers from early on… I think the term 'soul mates' describes them perfectly.
This is definitely a sexy summer read that will be going on my re-read list. If you're anything like me you will devour it in one sitting.
Room Service is unequivocally 5 stars of sexiness.
I am a big fan of Fiona Riley. Her Miss Match series was entertaining, sexy and each book starred characters I fell in love with, quirks and all. The humour and sparks are present in Room Service but I didn’t enjoy this read as much as I did her previous novels. The public displays of affection in the workplace and while socializing with coworkers set off all my “inappropriate” bells and whistles. There are lots and lots of sex scenes to keep everyone entertained but they felt more like filler to cover a weak storyline.
I’m still a fan of Ms. Riley but this book did not work for me. Maybe it’s an age thing and my old codger side got the best of me with this read. The notes I made while reading this went along the lines of ‘flirting, flirting, flirting, inappropriate workplace flirting for professional women” and "PDA’s make me cringe. If I was one of their subordinates I’d be shouting “Get a room!”

Initial response to this book was short and solid.
The connection between the characters is exceptional. Riley seems to have the ability to really let the chemistry sizzle between her characters. This is a stand alone novel. I could make comparisons to her Perfect Match series but that wouldn't be fair. That series was unique in its own right just as this is. But I did pick this book up because of that series.
I was not disappointed. Riley has a unique and confident writing style and that bleeds into her stories. I find that Riley allows me to believe. Believe that one day all relationships will one day be accepted. This is another one of those.
Yes I would recommend this book especially to romance fans. Enjoy!
This book is HOT! Whatever else I wanted to say just pales to comparison with this feeling! It’s erotic, filled with great chemistry between Savannah and Olivia, the seduction scenes are very well written and it’s kinda addictive once you pick it up. It was fun and sexy reading it, and what more could a girl want on a warm sunny afternoon...
Fiona Riley is so good at writing characters who are extremely likeable, even as they have issues to work through. I was happy see that the leading ladies in Room Service are no exception! They’re both fun, sweet, funny, and smart, which is a brilliant combo. They also have chemistry that sizzles almost from the get-go, making it especially fun to watch them grow in ways that are good for them as individuals and as a couple.
I loved this book from the first pages! An all around feel good cheesy romance.
Olivia and Savanah are paired together on a series of design projects that has them working in close quarters. As they get to know each other, they find their growing attraction irresistible. Their job is too important for both of them to risk on a simple fling, but their attraction and the deeper feelings they have for each other is far from simple.
The main characters were were both very very sexy, but showed a lot of depth, being very career driven and independent, and had some considerable baggage to overcome. I was really able to connect with the characters. And damn the chemistry is palpable from the beginning, which made the book a slow sensual tease that I could not get enough of. It was just a sexy book that just kept on giving. It was classy sexy, while their attraction was obvious from the beginning, the progression of their relationship was very natural and timely. The sexy scenes (which were lots) were incredibly well written - the phone sex scene was definitely memorable.
The creative part of their work was really well described, I loved being able to watch their projects come alive on the page. It was incredible!
The conflict and its resolution was perfect and it went well with the story. It didn't feel forced of weak. Overall an enjoyable, effortless, read.
I know that I will be reading this book again in the near future.
I received an ARC via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
I loved the pacing of this book. It felt quite realistic in how you can have a total crush on someone but you try to hide it. When you realise that person you're crushing on feels the same and the chemistry goes through the roof. The chemistry was well written and I felt it between these two. My favourite read so far from Fiona Riley.
Designing Dreams Olivia and her design team have a chance to work for a national corporation after they finish a three site contract. This is her dream break and will make her one of the best of the best. Savannah is the point of contact between her company and Olivia’s. They will have to work closely together and falling in love is a complication they don’t need which shouldn’t be a problem since neither of them do commitments.
I love romances and this is a wonderful one. Ms Riley is a fantastic writer and has quite the way of telling a story. The characters are interesting and fun. The settings perfect and the dialogue realistic. Both Savannah and Olivia are stunning, both in looks and in temperament. They are sexy and strong, dedicated and delightful. The chemistry between them is electric and made me weak in the knees and all the sexy bits left me breathless and needy. I loved this book and think you will too.
Another novel done and dusted. Another novel to add to my reread shelf. I had been putting off this novel for a long time now. There were so many good reviews and I wanted to savour this book. So I endured the painful wait for the finals to get over. And I am not disappointed :)
This book is cheesy as hell. It made my insides melt. The blurb did not give away much and neither did the title. So I literally had no idea what to expect from this book. I just knew that it was a Romance novel, and is apparently great. The plot isnt really that complicated. Olivia Dawson is a interior designer who's company collaborates with Savannah's company(I'm not quite sure but I think it was a construction company. Someone please clarify this for me lol) for three different projects. Well their profession is way different than what I'm doing in life and I'm pretty sure I didn't pick up anything I read about it (Oops).
What made this book stand apart was the way the plot was developed. There are three different cities this story is set in, and the chemistry between the leads is so intense. The build up was great and I think I was more desperate for the characters to get together than them. This book is racy, but not racy enough to be termed an erotica and I loved it.
Oh, and the supporting characters? They are pure gold. Reagan can be a bit of an acquired taste but the others are great. Without them I think the story would have have been boring( sorta)
I have apparently been living under a rock, as I completely missed this author. She does such a good job! Literally everything in this book clicked for me. The characters, the setting, the plot progression, and the ending. This may be just me but I think the author had to make up drama, coz that seemed unneeded. I honestly couldn't relate. But on retrospection I think it has something to do with Olivia's personality.
The verdict: Damn this was a great book. Makes you feel good and if you're anything like me you would finish this asap.
My rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars

Another great read by Fiona Riley following her Perfect match series. Never failing to bring the funny, smart and let's not forget the steamy scenes in all her books. A good flow throughout the book and a good match between Olivia and Savannah. I'm in confusion over my favourite character now from Fiona's books. Is it Luce or Savannah.. hmm. I'd have to go Savannah, just because of the Red head.. yes I totally picked her based on hair colour!
Didn’t like this as much as the match series, but the story was good. I got is as an audio book and I don’t know if there was an issue with my copy but the narrator had what sounded like a lisp. It was very distracting at first, got used to it but every once in a while it was very noticeable. Short of detracted from the story. Partly why I only give it 3.5 stars
Fiona Riley is one of my favorite writers. This is the 5th book I read and I think I gave them all 5 stars. I love the way she writes. The banter is fun and sometimes funny, The chemistry is smoking, The sex scenes are hot 🔥🔥🔥and never the same, the women are gorgeous(yeah i also like books where The women aren’t this perfect, but in a romance novel all is okay with me) So yeah it was a winner for me.
