If you're at the end of your tether and wondering if it's just you (it isn't), then you need The Little Book of Momfulness.

In The Little Book of Momfulness, a non-expert mom takes you through the non-perfect guide to getting through motherhood without losing your mind from exhaustion. It includes advice on how to take time throughout the day to restore your equilibrium (like having a long, loud scream in a closet), how to shortcut child-related tasks (by avoiding them altogether) and how to let off steam through momful exercises. It also includes the news that IT'S NOT JUST YOU who is struggling with the demands of being the 'perfect' mother, and if you need a long swig of prosecco (or any wine from the fridge, or the cupboard for that matter) at the end of a day of parenting, then that is more than a-ok.

This book came in a pocket size. so I've been bringing it anywhere in my bag to read bite-sized. Its relatable, but sometimes, too much whining. I'm not sure how to put it. 🤣

But I would say, this is a good any-time read for any mothers that needs some time away to stay sane.

I wish this had been a lot more relatable than it was. Not sure who these "I can barely squeeze into my size zero jeans, I drink 3 bottles of pinot a day, and I barely tolerate my husband" mums are, but that's certainly not my motherhood jam. I did take a picture of the page with 2 sick days back to back where incessant Postman Pat was played because that very much is my motherhood jam 😆

Selain seorang Ibu, saya tetap diri saya sendiri.

To be expected. Lots of little funny tid bits about how hard it is to be a mom. Nothing too funny or too revealing. Just silly.
