amazing book and an amazing series. kregel has released a few of these books that touch on different topics like evolution, the law, heaven and hell, etc. this book is a thorough examination of what reformed theology believes about salvation. i say reformed theology because it is strictly from a reformed view. although, barrett does at times address other sides of the argument throughout the book. being reformed myself, i found it very helpful and even very clarifying to some of the questions i had about my own views. barrett does a great job in explaining hard concepts while being rooted in scripture. what i love about this book was how much he used scripture to defend his points. highly recommend if you have questions about salvation or if you just want to read up on what you already believe. i found myself throughout the book praising and worshiping god because of the truths that were explained.
