The first story is by far the best. The rest are just kind of filler and not as fun as the first. And the last is from an alternate, darker reimagining of the Archieverse 15 years later than any of the other stories, and it ends in a cliffhanger. The collection would have been better without it.

Don’t tell me the writers didn’t grasp the subtext when they make Jughead fall in love with Archie’s descendant who happens to look exactly like Archie, just with eyelashes and longer hair.

Just a flat out pure fun read! I had never even heard of this book, but when I saw it listed, I just had to know what it was about. Really glad I took a chance on this.
I usually don't enjoy time travel stories since they raise so many questions, and the story has to spend so much time explaining how time travel works in its universe, but it's really well handled here. In fact, the time travel aspect enhanced the story in some places! You get a little mystery in the beginning, and when it gets into what was happening, it's a nice little surprise!
Overall, this is a GREAT book! I would really recommend this to my fellow comic fans if you are looking for something fun!

I really enjoyed going back and reading these old(er) comics, which were a lot of fun for what they are. I really could have done without the inclusion of the issue from the more recent (and far more "realistic") Jughead series though.

This is a fun collection starring Jughead Jones, now a part of the Time Police, travelling back in the pat to fix historical disruptions. I did enjoy how Juggie takes up dating during this time, and it's obvious he's in love with Archie's descendant January McAndrews! It's a fun collection however I did steer away from the modern story as that wouldn't work...but good read! You'll enjoy the wacky shenanigans just like I did.

Plus if you found this Jughead adventure fun, there's another one that is full of wit and humor.

I remember reading a couple of stories from this arch, so I was excited to find the entire collection. It was nice to get the complete series and find out what happened from the beginning to the end. There was only one downside, that last story. I hated it.
Hated the art style, hated the color choice, and hated the storyline. For me, the worse things about the Archie reboots, are the fact they're so dark now. I don't get the same enjoyment reading them as I use to so I've stopped reading the comics. (I won't mention Riverdale.)
In any case, is this book recommended? Sure

It's a Jughead book, it's weird and silly, what else can I say? Classic Jughead... traveling through time to make sure historical events happen... even if that means bringing Italian food back from the present for Marco Polo to try...

What happened with the editing of this book? All the “20th Century” were changed into “21th Century” instead of “21st Century”, with one exception that it wasn’t change at all.
