Honestly, I blame myself for even downloading this book. The title alone is bogus. You can't really lose 10 pounds of fat in a week as most of it is going to be water weight. Still, I was curious to learn the author's approach to weight loss. It didn't take me long to realize that she is not well informed and her information is not grounded in scientific fact. More than 6 cups of water per day is bad for you and can damage your kidneys, she says. Really!! The whole book is steeped in misinformation and fake news. Maybe this is some kinda parody. You know, just checking to see if you're paying attention thing. Well, I am, and this book is not it!
Clear, easy to follow useful information. I loved learning about the usefulness superfoods and herbs and why they perform as they do. Knowing how to use them in my weight loss is half the battle.
