An inspiring book for Women everyone. There will be a letter in this book that touches you & moreover will help you. You do not have to feel alone. Women out there have been through the same things & come out stronger, braver, better. Be empowered!

I bought this because my superstar cousin @rochellenicolelifestyle wrote a chapter. Notes To My Younger Self is a great pick up and put down collection of short stories. It’s filled with stories of hope, courage, fear and all the other hurdles life dishes out. Some parts were hard to read, but all were inspiring and the perfect timing given the challenging time we’re in. I’m so proud of Rochelle for being so honest and revisiting hard times that no-one should have to experience, especially a child. If you want to buy a copy you can get one on Rochelle’s Instagram
