This super tiny lovely cutie munchkin book by Anne Biese, illustrated by Colleng Srgoi is a small step towards a great initiative. Through this book they intend to reduce the stress and anxiety issues of children by illustarting the need for breathing exercises.
The book is designed in a very interesting and stress free manner that every person who has a child in them, they will surely love it.(I'm jealous of the fact that I didn't have such books when I was small)

Note on a serious note :
Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. Anxiety in children can be traced by understanding the symptoms like
-finding it hard to concentrate.
-not sleeping, or waking in the night with bad dreams.
-not eating properly.
-quickly getting angry or irritable, and being out of control during outbursts.
-constantly worrying or having negative thoughts.
-feeling tense and fidgety, or using the toilet often.
The proper treatment to this is relaxation and giving time as well as space and making children understand the need of talking. Talking can help and heal them a lot. Such a need is the cause behind the book. At the end of the book, you will find about a Worry Bee box.

Book Name- Worry Bee
Author- Ann Biese
Illustrator- Colleen Sgroi
Review- Worry Bee is a beautiful book illustrated with utmost care to depict the true meaning hidden behind the lines penned down in the book. It highlights the sense of insecurity among kids with respect to perfection and the fear of making mistakes. The words penned down are so soothing and can be read by adults and narrated to young minds as normalizing imperfections is very essential in today’s date with respect to a healthy development of mind. After a hurricane there comes a rainbow and this is the base of the book as it centers the idea of worrying less and keeping faith in fate. The narration is done really well and can be read in one go. The illustration is done really well and it adds to the imagination pairing with the words penned down. It is a light read and very calming.

In this book the writer speaks about a very important yet common problem of present life - anxiety and stress. Competition pressure, peer pressure, performance pressure, image and expectation pressure and what not; in today's life we have to face all of these and many more which eventually leads us to anxiety and stress connected issues. Even kids are not spared from these, but how to explain them to our little warriors...? In this book the writer comes with a simple and colourful way of enlightening our kids of these issues without scaring them. I liked the way the writer has displayed her brilliance and also teaches the reader with steps to tackle them. I loved the comic pictures on this book.
