First things first, I LOVE Cole and Savannah❤️ I watch them on YouTube, and was so excited to read this book.

Romance- Ok, so by the title, you can definitely tell that there is romance. This is the story leading up to their wedding, and their amazing new life together, so obviously there is kissing and hand-holding, etc.

Content- This is where I really struggle on how to rate this book. Savannah came from a harder background, and had sweet Everleigh at age 19. Lots of mentions on staying pure before marriage. S*x is talked about a lot in this book. Not in an impure way, but just guarding readers to stay pure. Savannah talks about past relationships where she had s*x and slept with other men.

Everyone has a different standard for this topic. I personally felt that it was too much for me, and therefore it made me uncomfortable.

Cole also mentions a part in his early life where he and his friends were abused s*xually and verbally by a bad influence.

*Mentions of divorce as well, so extra cautious readers beware.

Violence- N/A

I would say that this book would be better for an older teen.

Cole and Savannah’s story has touched my heart so much. Their outlook on life is inspiring, and makes me want to be like them. I love Everleigh, and can’t wait for Baby Posie to arrive. I’m so thankful that they are doing YouTube, because it brightens my day SO MUCH!!! When they announced that they were writing a book, I just had to read it. The story goes into details that Cole and Sav can’t talk about on YouTube.

The way that God has flipped Savannah’s life around is incredible. She is such an amazing role model for girls and women all over. She doesn’t focus on her past; she has moved forward. I love the fact that she never wants to change her past. Her past is a part of her, and Everleigh is a gift.

Cole is such an amazing leader for this family. He is godly, loving, and goofy. He takes care of Savannah and Everleigh, and puts God first.

Everleigh is so sweet:) Her dance moves make me smile, and I loved learning more about her in this story:)

The writing style was good. It switched back and forth between Cole and Savannah in 1st person pov. I love reading auto-biographies, and this was no exception.

The ending was my favorite:)) Their vows are #goals.

I CAN'T
I CAN'T
I CANNNNN'T

I LITERALLY FORKING CAN'T

I really regret requesting this because I am not a fan of the Labrant Family youtube channel. I personally find their videos so forced and cheesy. Plus, I don't particularly care about the daily life of a blonde, rich, attractive family.

And the book was just the same with a big pump of Jesus. Listen, I am a Christian and I am absolutely fine with books that discuss their faith... But sometimes... sometimes... it's just a bit too cheesy.

Overall, I am not a fan and I don't know why I requested this book in the first place. oops.

Oh my goodness, this was such a sweet story! This book is about literally the cutest family ever, and I love them even more after reading this.

I’ve watched this family on YouTube for awhile now, and I was so excited to hear that they were coming out with a book! I had high hopes for it and it didn’t disappoint at all. I’ve always wanted to know their whole story and I really enjoyed reading about. It was so sweet to read about how they first met! The writing style isn’t super professional, but the story felt like them so it honestly didn’t bother me.

Content note : There is a lot of mentions of sex in this book. Obviously in a positive way about saving yourself / how Cole really felt strongly about saving himself for marriage. Savannah slept with 3 guys before she married Cole, and it is mentioned. It doesn’t got into anything but sex is mentioned a lot.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book and learning more about this sweet family! ❤️

2.75 stars.

I know Cole and Savannah through their YouTube channel, and I had also heard a bit about their story, so I wanted to read their book. Overall, it was okay/bordering on interesting. I think for someone who doesn't know/have never heard of Cole and Savannah it wouldn't be interesting? In fact... it'd probably be really boring. The reason for that? This book is basically a journal of part of Cole and Savannah's lives, so the writing style is simple and the dialogue isn't very intriguing, which is why I took off 3 1/4 stars.

I was given a free copy from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This book is a memoir about the lives of two YouTube stars Cole and Savannah Labrant. I had watched Cole's vines and followed his YouTube videos. When they began dating I liked watching their YouTube videos and seeing their cute videos with Everleigh, This book basically unfolds all the stuff that happened behind scenes, that viewers never saw. There were a few things I really liked, and a couple I didn't really like.
The chapters alternate between the views of Cole and Savannah. Savannah's chapters I think were my favorites. She has a very kind speaking voice, and some aspects of her story really really resonated with me. One thing I really enjoyed was the fact this book talks about how you can be redeemed. It's never too late for you to find Jesus. Another thing I liked was the ease of writing. It was easy to read and very quick. Finally, how their story came to be, in the context of Jesus was great. God was definitely a center-focus of this book, and their relationship and I really enjoyed it.
Something I didn't really like: by the end of the novel it did get a little repetitive, but the story was still good. The only other thing that wasn't my favorite were some of Cole's chapters spent so much time talking about how he expected purity from his wife, and he never thought he'd marry someone with a child. I understand where he was coming from but it wasn't my favorite, with how much it was repeated.
Other than that, it was a good quick read. I would recommend!
Thank you to NetGalley for providing a free copy of this, in exchange for an honest review!

Prior to reading this book, I didn't know much about the LaBrant family. I had stumbled onto Savannah's Instagram page on several occasions and had watched a few YouTube videos on their channel, but didn't really know the whole background story. I typically don't read many memoirs, but I really enjoyed reading this one! I am a sucker for a love story so of course I loved hearing about how they met and fell in love. It was also very refreshing to read a love story from a Christian, God-centered couple, as that seems to be few and far between these days. One of the things that I took away from the book, was Cole talking about possible different worship styles between himself and Savannah. I never really thought about much about how different people have different worship styles until I read this book. After our church closed, my husband and I have been attending different churches for the past few years trying to find one the right fit. But we have yet to find it. And after reading this book I realized that my husband has a bit of a different worship style than I do, which I think is why we haven't found a church yet that fits both of our needs. Overall, this was an interesting book about the LaBrant family and their love story, as well as a great example of what is appropriate for a Christian couple before marriage.

Thank you to the publisher, Thomas Nelson, for sending me a review copy of this book.

I had a lot of problems with this book, but first, a couple of disclaimers:

1. When I got this from NetGalley, I had barely recognised Cole and Sav but I vaguely knew who they were. I was interested in their story and thought I may as well check this out. However, I did not know they were so religious and probably wouldn't have bothered reading this if I had known.
2. I am an atheist, I was raised by atheist parents, who were also raised by atheist parents. I completely respect people who are religious and I completely respect their views as long as they don't harm anyone.

So, my first problem was how dull this was. I mean, I didn't know anything about their love story other than that they were married but even I was bored. I can't imagine how boring this would have been for long-time fans of their videos who already knew the story. The writing wasn't great. I understand that they aren't writers, but they are intelligent people and this did not come across in the way either of them wrote. My final problem was the way Cole continually referred to certain things. He inferred that Savannah was dirty because she wasn't a virgin when they met, he point-blank stated that God's idea of marriage is just between a man and a woman, and he was so overdramatic when Savannah revealed that she had slept with not only her high school bf, and Ev's dad but also another dude. He came across as very judgemental which I hated. I personally didn't think they're love story was cute, I thought it was rushed and weird, but, as I said, I don't watch their videos so I don't know what they're like in those.

I didn't know what to expect when I started this book, but after just the first chapter I could tell that I was going to enjoy the read. I've watched some of Cole and Sav's YouTube videos, so I was familiar with parts of their story. This book filled in the gaps and I found it very interesting to read. I loved seeing the way God worked in their lives and brought them together.

It was a bit repetitive at times, but that didn't bother me at all as I felt like I was hearing their story directly from the authors and it felt genuine.

All in all, I loved this read. If you're a fan of their videos, then I think you will enjoy this book.

I received a complimentary copy.

I felt like there was too much drama that covered up the whole faith based aspect. The book should have been cut short by a few chapters so the lag was not there and I think that if the couple was more realistic and not writing to what I think as a reader, just to make a profit. You can not tell what is written in and what is really there in a story like this. When you add God to anything it is already going to be amazing. I feel like it could have had more genuine aspect instead of a more forced book for the after fact of them already making social media status.

I am not a vlogger or YouTuber, but this book resonated with my soul. It is the real life fairy tale of two social media sensations and the love story God wrote for them. "We had waited to find the one God had in store for us, the one who is patient and kind and not easily angered and who doesn’t bring up stuff from the past but always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. That’s how the Bible defines love." Cole and Sav's is an unlikely story of faith, hope, and family, and the hope that is ours when we trust God and live out His plan for our lives. They model the impossible through words, Instagram and YouTube videos and give all glory to God. We are willing; God makes us able. They express that "Spiritual compatibility is the most important part of any lasting relationship...Reading the Bible together and praying together were two of the most important things we did to prepare ourselves for marriage." They also underscore their commitment to purity. "The Bible doesn’t say, 'Remain a virgin until marriage.' Instead, it calls us to purity. Biblical purity means trusting and obeying God...My commitment to sexual purity came out of my commitment to Christ, not to Cole." Their story serves as a reminder: God doesn’t want to give you the mam/woman of your dreams; He wants to give you someone better! He can and will do just that if we let Him wrest the pen from our fingers and write our love story! Cole and Sav are live-streaming proof!

WoW, this was such a great read. I love how you get both Cole and Savannahs perspective of what was going on. Their love story is definitely one for the books.
Cole showed Savannah God's love and grace and she was an open book about how God's grace was shown to her through Cole.
I hope that ALL young people read this book and see the important part of relationships.
This is a must read 4.5 star book. I highly recommend it.

There were pluses and minuses to this book. So I didn’t really know a lot about Savannah and Cole so I liked learning about how they met. I loved seeing Savannah’s faith grown and how strong of a Christian they both are. It was very uplifting to see a strong couple who is centered strongly around Christ. But the book was very repetitive. I felt like the book could have been shorter even though the book was only 200 pages which is already short. So I’m glad I read it even though it wasn’t the best book I’ve ever read.

*The star rating reflects my thoughts on the writing style of the story. I do not rate personal stories. It is their story, not mine and I do not believe it can be given a star rating.*

I’ve watched a few of their vlogs on YouTube and I found them enjoyable and wanted to learn more about Cole and Sav’s story. While I did learn more about them, I did not enjoy the writing style. I felt like there was a lot of God (which is cool, but I got their love for him the first 10 times it was mentioned) and about how perfect each other were for the other. Overall, I think it would have been better as a Q&A YouTube video.

Loved loved loved loved loved loved this book! My cousin recently introduced me to the LaBrants and their TikTok videos, and I was immediately a fan of them! Then when I saw their autobiography at a bookstore, I knew I had to read it!
What I loved: their “surprising love story” and how they kept God, family, faith, and purity at the forefront of their relationship. I loved their families, especially Everleigh and Cole's mom. I love how mature Cole was at age 20 to marry a single mom with a 3 year old daughter. I most loved their tear-jerkingly beautiful proposal and wedding, Savannah’s vulnerability about her past, Cole’s big Alabama based family, and just everything about the book and their story!
What I disliked: the hate they got from fans who held Savannah’s past over her and who said she was too old for Cole
Warning: some disturbing details about sexual abuse, toxic relationships, sexual temptation, and illegitimate pregnancy
Reading interest level: totally absorbing!
Recommend for: readers ages 18+, especially Christian teens who are waiting for Gods best for them in romance and marriage(…like me…)
Even though I read this in a library copy, I’ll definitely be buying this and rereading!

I loved this book so much. It was very special to me when I got the book because the authors are one of my favorite YouTubers. Savannah and Cole talk about how they met and fell in love. I like reading about their past and how they met. It's fun to compare them to how they are now and how they changed so much. Reading this book made me go back and watch some of their first vlogs. The only thing I didn't like is that they are not trying to offend anyone, so they are very careful with their words. I feel like their missing out some details because of the small children who read the book. Which I understand but it can get kind of boring at times. In conclusion, I would rate this book a 4/5 and I would recommend this to any age.

I’ve loosely kept up with Cole on social media since before he met Savannah and then also Sav since, and I cannot stress enough how encouraged and inspired I was by them in this book than I have ever been watching or reading their media posts! I have soooo much respect and admiration for them after reading this book. I saw more aspects of Jesus and got a little closer to him from it.
It’s definitely not a straight up kids read but I just LOVE how honest and maturely said everything was. I highly recommend!

I have to admit, I didn’t expect much from this since it’s a book written by a couple on YouTube. I like watching them on YouTube and Instagram because they’re such a happy, wholesome family. I know they’re Christians, which is great because it’s nice to see such a positive impact. However, I did not expect this book to be centered around Jesus. I’m a Christian and I read the Bible daily, but this was way more than I expected. I still enjoyed the book, though they share so much of their lives online that I didn’t feel like I learned much more about their lives or relationship.

I thought it was a good love story and gave a good example of the kind of relationship you can have whenever you follow God. They did everything to make Everleigh feel loved and not feel any different and like shes not important. It was a good book and i recommend it to anyone

I purchased this book for $1 from a thrift store with the intention of ripping it up for a craft project. As I ripped it up, I read it. I regret this.

When I bought the book I didn't realize these people were famous. You can imagine my delight when I realized that Cole LaBrant was the "No Longer a Virgin💯" tweet guy. But beyond that, this book read like a mostly unedited essay written by a high school sophomore. They care a lot about their faith, which is truly lovely and moving, but instead of getting truly introspective at any point, they keep punting it back to God with Hobby Lobby decor-level platitudes. It's a bummer.

This was written with the tone of two people who had never experienced major hardship, which is CRAZY considering that Savannah became a single mother at 19. In the attempt to focus on their love story they glossed over most of the actual trials and tribulations that come with something like that.

Also: For the love of god, if you choose to wait until marriage, that's cool. Please just don't make it your personality.

I could write a longer review but this book was 199 pages (counting the blank ones where a chapter ended, not counting the devotional guide at the end) and I've already spent too much time on it.
