As the Killing Cold continues to advance across the globe, our heroes must make desperate choices in the attempts to both survive and discover how to shut down the satellite network before it's too late.
The Long Fall is a thrilling post-apocalyptic episodic series that follows the survivors of a global catastrophe that threatens the survival of the entire world. As each survivor learns more about the reasons and sources behind the apocalypse, they must work to save themselves and their families as they seek a way to reverse the disaster before it's too late. Written as a collaboration between Logan Keys and #1 bestselling post-apocalyptic author Mike Kraus, The Long Fall is a gripping and unique take on the post-apocalyptic genre, and one that will leave you breathless with every turn of the page.
The Long Fall will feature approximately ten episodic (25k-35k words in length) books that are full of action, suspense, emotion and drama as the survivors of a global disaster struggle to survive the end of days. Episodes will be published once per month.
Logan Keys says she’s not so much a writer as she is a soothsayer and preparer for those who are still blissfully unaware. Her stories aren’t dystopian but rather a warning for the next generation. When she’s not writing zombies, vampires, superheroes, and robots, she’s fighting against government over-reach and oligarchy using military tactics mixed with a little bit of poetry.
Logan’s currently on her little farm in Kentucky typing away on many projects at once.

This is an exciting series, but book 4 Endless Night has just about everyone in a cliff hanger. Luckman and German are rescued after their ship goes down and are put ashore in New Zealand. After rest and food an alarm goes off, a tsunami warning. Brittany has been kidnapped by one of the escaped convicts and taken to Chicago. Colton has followed hoping to rescue her. He is arrested and held for being AWOL before finding her. In New York Michelle has made some new friends and gotten medication for Reese who has pneumonia.u She feels responsible for finding a safe place for her new friends. She needs to get this taken care of and get back to Bobs. Throughout all of this the dregs of society are running loose. With no regard for law or dignity they are armed and ruthless. This is the most frightening thing of all.
Endless Night is the fourth book in the Long Fall series. This can be read as a standalone but should not be. These are short stories that build on each other and should be read in order written. There is a lot of violence, it is an apocalyptic thriller, so it might not be suitable for more sensitive readers.
The book blurb adequately describes the storyline so I'm not going to repeat all of that info here. This is an apocalyptic thriller filled with people trying to survive in a world where the weather has gone crazy. This story includes a lot of twists and turns. As usual, everything is not as it seems. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
Brittany is successful in her quest for medicine and meeting up with Bob again. Reese is sick with pneumonia but managed to find Cameron's building in Chicago. Rick shows his true colors and Colton chased after him but the Army catches him first. Luckman, Holtz, and German are alive in New Zealand trying to get back to the U.S.
I have the box set of this series and this fourth episode sees the weather becoming worse, causing numerous disasters.
I like the way the story is told through several characters, whose lives are threatened moment by moment, thus building character development and a great sense of place.
The different stories within the one book form a braid that is gradually making sense and allowing the redder make more accurate predictions. The prologues to each book of the series are setting the reader and attempting to herd the reader as to connections to the concluding aspects of the story.
Sorry, this book like the previous did not hold my attention ..... story jumped from on place to another .... seems to be more than one story within and hence difficult to follow ..
What an amazing story that follows along with the others. It’s impossible to stop reading until the end and then wanted it to continue. Extremely fast paced.
