Bakss's grasp of the Scriptures paired with his experience in dealing with people who have struggled with Anxiety & Panic Attacks lay a good foundation for this book. Although a short read, the chapters are filled with Scriptural studies on fear, worry, doubt, stress, & anxiety.

I would recommend giving copies away to any person who struggles on a regular basis with anxiety.
