Every book makes you go through a different experience. Sometimes it’s not just the book you read and keep it aside, sometimes you feel an entire life. It’s like you studied the heart and mind of a person who lived through different circumstances of life. Good and Bad. This book is a collection of short stories and each tale will take you closer to one question. The question which arrives at the end. What do you want to achieve in your life? And by the end of the book I’m sure just like me even you readers will have an answer to answer your life when you are asked with such question. Not every book has such amazing Lessons and this book has different Lessons in the form of different tales.

"Me aur meri chai" - aek sundar rachna jo chhoti chhoti 10 kahaanio se samahit hai. Har aek kahaani zindagi ki aek wo baat bataa kar jati hai jo har aek apni zindagi ke sath jod sakta hai. Har koi apni chai ke sath share kr sakta hai.
Chai ki chuski lete lete aap iss kahaanio ka anand le sakte ho. Isme likhi kahaaniya aapko wapas us jahan me le jayegi jo bhutkal ke panno me chhap gai ho. Chahe wo dosti ki ho, pyaar ki ya rishto ki. Yakinan sari kahaaniya aapko jod ke rakhengi uske ant tak.
Bhot achhi kitab hai Hindi pathako ke liye. Sari kahaaniya shuru se leke ant tak jakde rakhti hai. Kahaanio ka vivran achhe se kiya gya hai. Kitab ki aakhir me likhi kavita "Me aur meri chai" dil ko chhu gai.
Chai ke sath "me aur meri chai" padhne ka anubhav achha rha.

ज़िंदगी के कुछ 'अदरकी' पल.
Jaise ki kitab ka naam hai mai or meri chai, Zindagi Kuch adraki Pal, jaise ki Chai Mein Thodi Si adark dalne par hai jo zayeka banta hai waise hi is kitab mai wo adraki zayeka hai. Kabhi fiki to kabhi methi hai ye chai. Kuch khaniya is kitaab ki dil ko chu jane wali hai. Is kitab mai 10 kahaniya hai. Ye kitaab Om Shukla ki pehli hindi kitaab hai pr is kitaab ki kuch khaniya bohot hi umda hai. Jaise ki 'kavya' Umeed, Yaad, Tashan aur hosla. Is kitaab ki ending bohot hi umda ki hai. Ek kavita mai jis mai saari khayaniyo ke tittle ko piroya h ek motiyo ki mala ki trah. Kuch mistakes hai is kitaab mai jise ignore nahi kia ja skta hai. Baaki sab sahi hai.

'Me aur meri chai ' by Om Sukla is an amazing collection of stories consisting of different emotions. Some stories make me smile and some made me cry with tragedy. Felt the deep emotion in his narration. The story 'kavya ' and 'Yaad' i liked the most. I would like to say its a good read for every genre of readers.

This book is a collection of 10 short stories written in Hindi. The stories are full of variety. There are stories depicting pain of last meeting, struggles of being a girl, stories of hope, journey to memory lane, stories of innocent dreams, unrequited love, friendship, loyalty, courage and story of a poet. All the stories have an ending which will either make you smile or make you cry. But Every time it will touch your heart. Characters depicted in every story can be found around ourselves. The language is so simple and beautiful, which gives a sense of familiarity. Everyone will be able to connect with every story because they doesn't seem like fabricated stories, but seems like they are true stories. This book is really perfect to read while you are having your chai and you want to travel in world of beautiful stories. In short, i will use just one word for this book: heart touching.

Wait , as we know the book itself written in HINDI language then why give my opinion in ENGLISH , I can try to express my feelings on that book in HINDI ,hope you will like it and this will be help you book lovers.😇
So, Let's get started.

मैं और मेरी चाय ये book अपनी शुरुआत से ही पकड़ बनाये रखती हैं , चूँकि ये book पाठ(chapters) में लिखी गयी हैं तो एक क्षण लगता हैं की अपनी पकड़ छोड़ देंगी , मगर ये उसके विपरीत हमें चौकाते हुए हमें बांधे रखती हैं ।
यकीन मानिये हर एक पाठ के बाद , अगले पाठ को पड़ने की आपकी उत्सुकता बढ़ती ही जाएगी ,काफी प्यार से लिखा गया है इसे । पड़ते पड़ते ऐसा लगता है मानो ये कहानी हम ही जी रहे है ।
जिसे जीवन कहानियों में रस हैं , उन्हें ये काफी पसंद आएगी , ऐसा नही की बाक़ियों को इसमे कुछ नया नहीं मिलेगा , ये हमें जीवन के नित नए भाव - अनुभवों को सिखाते हुए कभी जीने की प्रेरणा(inspiration) , तो कभी जीवन के नए आयाम से परिचित कराती हैं ।
इस book में मेरा पसंदीदा पाठअलाहाबाद वाले दो मित्र "सागर और साहिल" की कहानी वाला है , और ये कोनसा पाठ हैं तो जनाब उसके लिए आपको एक बार अवश्य ( " मैं और मेरी चाय " ) पढ़नी चाहिए यकीन मानिये ये चाय सचमुच असर दिखाए । 🙌एक बात और Book के अंत में शीर्षक पर की गयी कविता इस पर "सोने पे सुहागा" वाली बात प्रमाणित करती है ।

In one Word I would like to say " Everyone who enjoy to LIVE the LIFE will definitely LOVE this creation for sure , no doubt at all .

इस पुस्तक की कहानियां प्यार दोस्ती और मानवीय रिश्तों पे आधारित हैं जिसका आनंद आप चाय की चुस्कियों के साथ ले सकते हैं । इन कहानियों को हम सब अपनी निजी जिंदगी से आसानी से जोड़ सकते हैं ।
पुस्तक की कुछ कहानियां मुझे बहुत पसंद आई और इन कहानियों ने दिल को छू लिया । मेरी पसंदीदा कहानियो में 'आखिरी मुलाकात' 'काव्या' और टशन हैं जिनका चित्रण लेखक ने बहुत ही मर्मस्पर्शी और संजीदा तरीके से किया है । पुस्तक के आखिरी में सभी कहानियों की सारांश रूपी कविता 'मैं और मेरी चाय जब मिलते हैं तो बातें करते हैं' बहुत पसंद आई ।
यह पुस्तक हिंदी पुस्तक प्रेमियो के लिए एक अच्छी भेंट है ।

यह किताब 10 कहानियों का कॉलेक्शन है , इस किताब की सभी कहानियां दिल को छूने जाने वाली है , हर कहानी आपको ज़हन में कुछ सवाल छोड़ जाते है ।

दो कहानियां 'टशन और साहिर' जिनमे मैंने खुद को महसूस किया , एक दोस्ती पर थी तो दूसरी प्यार पर ।

हो सकता है कभी चाय की चुस्कियां लेते वक्त आपको अपनी ऐसी कहानियां याद आ जाती होंगी।

दोस्ती ,प्यार, सामाजिक मुद्दों सभी को ध्यान में रखते हुए लेखक ने कहानियों को बेहतरीन तरह से लिखा है।

तो किसी द��न बैठिये फुरसत में अपनी चाय और इस किताब के साथ और खो जाईये अपने अतीत में ।

मैं और मेरी चाय ओम शुक्ला द्वारा लिखित एक कहानी संग्रह है। जिसके अंतर्गत हमे दस विभिन्न भावों से युक्त कहानिया मिलती है जिसे पड़ने के पश्चात हमे ऐसा प्रतीत होगा जैसे सभी कहानिया हमारे व्यक्तिगत जीवन से जुडी हुई है। लेखक ओम शुक्ला ने सभी कहानियों को भली प्रकार से प्रस्तुत किया है जिसका आनंद आप अपनी शाम की चाय के साथ ले सकते है। कुछ कहानिया जिसमें 'आखिरी मुलाकात, टशन और साहिर' मुझे अत्यंत पसंद आयी।
अंत में लेखक ने सभी कहानियो के पृथक होते हुए भी कविता के माध्यम से एकरूप बड़ी ही खूबसूरती से किया है।

बुक का कवर बहुत attractive है और टाइटल भी बुक की कहानियों के साथ जाता है, ये कहानियाँ चाय के साथ एक हल्के नाश्ते की तरह है. जो मन को लुभाती भी है और ललचाती भी है.

मैं इस बुक को 5/5 देना चाहती हूँ.

10 कहानियों से मिलकर बनी इस पुस्तक में पाठकों को बाँधने की अद्भुत क्षमता है। जहाँ एक कहानी दोस्ती के मायने समझाने की कोशिश करती है वहीं दूसरी तरफ एक कहानी जिंदगी को जीने का तरीका समझा जाती है। एक बेहद ही सुखद अनुभव रहा इस पुस्तक को पढ़ने का। सभी कहानियों में कथानक(plot) की कमी नहीं थी। लेखक ने उनको बखूबी सांचा। हालाँकि हिंदी कहानियों में अंग्रेजी शब्दों का प्रयोग मेरी समझ से तो परे है।

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I'll be honest here. The only reason why I even read this book was because it was (is) a Hindi book and I'm really into Hindi these days—even though my Hindi is pretty weak. But hey! I'm trying to improve, so don't say look at me like that! And it isn't like I'm very weak. I just don't remember my matras and a few grammatical things. Mainly spelling.

Anyway, Mai aur Meri Chai is a Hindi book with the theme of childhood. Yes, the major idea behind this is that when you get together with people over tea or coffee, then these are things that you have a high probability to talk about. Hence, the book is a short story collection that one can read about easily. I found the stories within quite charming. Some of them, however, weren't exactly relatable because of well, obvious reasons but they were still beautiful. I guess Hindi has a thing of making everything seem beautiful if it is told from such a way of speaking, that is.

What I liked the most about the book was the writing style. It reminded me of the old Hindi stories that I read as a kid and loved. They really took my heart away, so although this book didn't do that with me, it was still fun to read such a thing.

What I didn't like was how many of the stories were unrelatable to me, but then, that was bound to be obvious. So I don't really call this as a flaw. I am sure had the difference not been there, I would have loved it.

Other than that, my favorite story was "Yakeen". Its beauty marveled me.

Overall, Shukla's attempt at immortalizing his stories was a great attempt and I look forward to reading something more from him in the future.

श्रीमान ओम शुक्ला जी के लिखे गए पुस्तक मैं और मेरी चाय उन कहानियों पर आधारित हैं , जिन्हें हमेशा से ही हम एक कप चाय के साथ महसूस करते हैं। कुछ अनकही कुछ अनशुनी और कुछ तो बहुत ही रोचक जिन्हें आप अपने आप तक सीमित नहीं रह सकते । जैसे की यह किताब हिंदी में लिखी गई है और कहानियों का रूपांतरण हमारे रोजाना जीवन से आधारित है , इसके कारण हम पढ़ने और समझने में ज्यादा असुविधा नहीं हुई । रोज़मर्रा की बदलती आदतों और पुराने तजुर्बों का झलक आपको इस पुस्तक में पढ़ने को मिलेंगी जब आप इसे सही में पढ़ेंगे । हमारे आशा और आशा को पूरी करने की काबिलियत दोनों ही हमें जीने के लिए साहस प्रदान करती है, और उस काबिलियत को बरकरार रखने की नुस्खे इस पुस्तक में छुपी है । इस पुस्तक को पूरी पढ़ने के बाद कुछ सामान्य गलतियां प्रकाश में आया है, जो कि भावना प्रकट करने की शैली से मिलाया जाए तो आसानी से नजरअंदाज की का सकती है । अगर मेरा उद्देश्य पूछा जाता है , तो मेरे लिए लिखक को एक आवेदन रहेगी , जैसे की वो बहुत ही उम्दा लिखते है , इस हिसाब से प्यार मोहब्बत की कहानियो के साथ साथ रहस्य से आधारित पुस्तके रचे , और उन्हें सफलता जरूर मिलेगी । अब बात हो रही है ग्राफिक और एडिटिंग की तो , पुस्तक का सर्बो प्रथम पन्ना और भी आकर्षक हो सकती थी ।
में हिंदी साहित्य के पाठकों , इस पुस्तक को पढ़ने के लिए आवेदन करूंगा और मेरी तरफ लेखक को बहुत बहुत हर्ष और प्रसंशा के साथ ढेर सारी बधाइयां, यूहीं लिखते रहिए , हम आपको पढ़ते रहेंगे ।

An amazing title, Main aur Meri Chai, is a classical book with 10 different stories, depicting different human emotions in all the stories.

The blurb of the book could have been better.

The storyline, the plot, the characterization, and every story is unique and beautiful.

Every emotion is depicted in such a detail that a reader can imagine it vividly. Some Stories made me smile, while some made me emotional. My favorite story was 'एक सपना'.

I loved how the author has beautifully weaved his emotions in his writing.

Mai Aur Meri Chai is a book with collection of some sweet, sad, eye opening, real, and amazing short stories. These stories can be read withing the time period when you're having a cup of tea and this book will not let down your expectations. As with each and every new story you started finding yourself connected with the book and the stories. The book is written in a simple way. The hindi language which is used by the writer is perfect you won't find it hard to read or understood you can easy understand the written lines and what they means and what are those about. I really found the book an interesting read as the stories are really powerful and wonderful.
So this was my review, I'll surely recommend it to each and everyone.
Cos tea time is the only time when there's only you with your cup of tea and just like that the stories of this book are.

Though the book is in the Hindi Language, as I am familiar with the language, reading this book was effortless. The wonderfully written ten stories in the book belong to different topics and each topic is an integral part of every person's life. Few stories make the reader smile. few make the reader emotional. At some places, in one or two stories, some very good virtues that shall help every individual to evolve as a better person are explained well.

My favorite stories are ' उम्मीद ', ' यक़ीन ' and ' एक सपना '. These three are written high morale and definitely stand apart. The book can be suggested for young adults if they are found diffident at sometimes. Good work by the author.

A collection of some nice short stories. This book was picked up by me bcoz I have rarely read books in Hindi. So this was something interesting to try out. A nice book which motivates and inspires us and also takes us through the harsh realities of life at times.
I just somehow could not connect to this book and thus could not relate myself to the situations.
The writing is simple and the flow is also lucid. But reading a book in Hindi after such a long time was an overall good experience for me.

There are very rare moments when I find a good book to read and a kind of book which not only changes my view towards life but also helps me understand life and it’s hurdles.

This book is a collection of short stories and each stories is a different kind of experience. I won’t say it’s a perfect one but it’s a worthy read. Every story takes you on a different journey of life, Friendship, love and hardwork. After a successful work in past, Author has once again won hearts by this another art work. Words are assembled the way it had to be and yes it’s a must read book and sometimes you can make it your travel partner. The thing I liked the most about this book is it’s Title and it goes perfectly with the storyline.

This is my first ever hindi read. And honestly to say I selected this book to read because of its interesting title "Main Aur Meri Chai"
This book includes many stories of life which has emotions, love, heartbreaks, hate, friendship, relationship and many more things related to life. Each story has got meaning. The book can be read from beginning or from end. The title and cover of the book both suits each other. The hindi language used in the book is simple and easy to understand. I didn't read the book in one go as it can be read in one sitting because each story has different emotions which should not be overlapped with one another. Evevrything I can say is it is a good choice to read this book for the readers trying hindi books for the first time.

कुछ ऐसा ही है स्वाद ओम शुक्ला की पुस्तक “ मैं और मेरी चाय “ का| जब ये किताब हाथ में ई तब ये गुमान भी न था के ये इस तरह मेरे अनुभव का एक हिस्सा बन जाएगी | कहीं न कहीं सिमर और अमन में मैं आजकल के युवाओं का पल पल बदलता प्रेम देख पाऊँगी या फिर काव्या की करुण पुकार में मैं उन हजारों लड्कियों की सिसकियाँ सुन पाउंगी जो कामांध पुरुषों का दिन प्रतिदिन शिकार बनती हैं| क्या राजिव और श्रेया आज के महानगरों में पिसते उन युवाओं का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करते जो अर्थ और अनर्थ का भेद भूलते जा रहे हैं? सागर और खुशी की कहानी नहीं कही लेखक ने अपितु अलाहाबाद बसा दिया दिल में |
My chance encounter with Om Shukla’s book is a pleasant surprise which is never to be forgotten experience. Reasons being many including my native place being Allahabad I toured the place through his words. This book is a must read for all those who believe in the charisma of everyday significant and non significant moments of our life. Grab your copies of this ginger flavoured tea and traverse the memory lanes of your yester years. What good it would have been if there was an index pointing out page numbers of different stories ?

पुस्तक का शीर्षक और आवरण ज्यादा कुछ खास नही है फिर भी ठीक-ठाक है। यह पुस्तक 10 छोटी कहानियों का संग्रह है इनमें से कुछ कहानियों का मैंने वास्तव में आनंद लिया और कुछ ठीक-ठाक थी। सभी 10 कहानियाँ बहुत अच्छे तरीके से लिखी गयी है। सभी कहानियाँ जिंदगी के अनेक पहलुओं से रूबरू कराती हैं।

प्रेम, खुशी, दुख, संघर्ष ये सभी जीवन का एक हिस्सा हैं। किसी के जीवन एक की मात्रा कम होती है तो दूसरे की ज्यादा। सभी के जीवन मे सब कुछ सम्भव नहीं है।

लेखक ने सभी कहानियों का बहुत ही अच्छे तरीके से वर्णन किया है। बस एक बात है जो बहुत कचोटती है, और वो है हिंदी की पुस्तक में अंग्रेजी शब्दों का उपयोग। मै लेखक से अनुरोध करूँगा कि अगली बार ये ध्यान रखें। मुझे लगता है कि लेखक को हिंदी सीखने की जरूरत है। मैंने ये पुस्तक केवल इसलिए ली थी क्योंकि ये हिंदी मे थी। वैसे तो मै अधिक्तर अंग्रेजी पुस्तकें पढ़ता हूँ।

कृपया हिंदी पुस्तक मे अंग्रेजी शब्दों का उपयोग ना करें। लेखक से अनुरोध है कि आपको संपादक बदलने की जरूरत है।

मै इस पुस्तक को 3/5 दूँगा।

This is the first book by the author of Om Shukla. It is a collection of 10 short stories which are related on 7several realistic day to day themes like love, friendship, relationship, humanity,losing of our loved ones the directly touch your soul. Tea is something which is love of my life, my life line and that was the first or maybe the only reason that forced me to grab this.As its a universal truth THAT A CUP OF TEA NEVER DISSAPOINTS YOU so I must say this book is somehow parallel to that cup of tea. It did justice with the title. Every story is complete in itself. The plotline of the stories are totally different. The only thing that I found similar in all was that it somehow connect you, make you harder and will force you to love more. I am not a Hindi reader from almost 6 years. So i felt like reading it and a kind of nostalgia some how surrounded me. All in all KUCH ADRAKI PAL will surely bring a beautiful curve on your lips.❤❤❤
