This is a really wonderful book. It is very down to earth and filled with first person accounts of woman who had children later in life. I feel less anxious and more confident after reading it.

This book was a Godsend to me... I found it so helpful and encouraging! Covering "body, mind, and spirit" is such a well-rounded way to approach the topic, and the kinds of things that are discussed in regard to these areas can be applied to overall health and life in general. Wonderful!
