An interesting read, some things I had never heard of, many of which I had. On the things I knew about and they wrote of it being debunked, I thought they did some injustice because of their reasoning tended to be lacking, or just completely one sided and biased. Other things I did feel they were fair on. It is worth the time to read just to make yourself aware of what is going on out in the world and then do a little research for your own sake just to prove or disprove and understand all the circumstances, circumstantial evidences surrounding the stories...you would be better off in the long run!

This book is a pretty good read if you want just the base outline of conspiracies. Most of the stories are very watered down and just give the basic information about them. There were also a lot of opinions interjected in the writing by the author which I’m not too big of a fan on in nonfiction writing. 3/5

It's a good book. It details many - well, as the title suggests - conspiracies over the years. Although the Kennedy Assassination is shown on the front cover, that conspiracy and other political conspiracies don't take up too much of the book. There is a lot about UFOs and the paranormal, and I think anyone would be intrigued by the trivia presented. I do think some sections are a bit dry, but otherwise, it reads well.

This book was a gift. It is not like what I usually read. The title might turn you off, but honestly it is just a trivia book. The pages are chocked full of little known facts. On the conspiracies, they are not weird and point out fallacies. So this is not like Conspiracy Theory with Mel Gibson. Also, it covers other strange stuff too from, Ghosts to Bigfoot there are a whole lot of factoids.

A book gifted to my husband that I decided to read before donating it. Parts are interesting, but there is really no depth to the information. Huge conspiracies are often given one paragraph. But it does have things I never knew about so it was fun to learn some new things.

Only a few things new in this book, the extra star is given for all things the cover, not many things are said about covers but this one had a slightly padded cover and some effort was made to make it presentable.

Read in 2023. Very eye opening and shows issues in America today are not anything new. Very wide ranging from assassinations to aliens. Does a great job giving background of the issue and then the perspectives of the issue.

Nothing worthwhile. Did like how that there were some stories I didn't know about, but that's all.

Could have used a little less bias in the writing, but generally entertaining and a good overview on all kinds of conspiracies!

I bought this book at a Goodwill, more as a joke than anything else. Since I do not appreciate most conspiracy theories, I thought it could be helpful to stretch my worldview.

A waiting room sort of read, the plausible conspiracies are glossed over or flat out denied while the more ridiculous ones are perpetuated.

I thought the book was very interesting and facts/legends that I've never heard about before. I enjoyed it. Whether factual or not, entertaining at least.

Super mundane and birding. Was hard to finish even though it's considered an, "easy read "

Lots of fun of conspiracies across time in the US. Little summaries, but lots of info. Fun and quick read.
