The Second World War is at its height and Tony Ransome, a civil-servant turned spy, is dispatched by the British government to the Kent village of Mallow Norton to unmask an enemy agent. Great 1940 Story
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Took me back to ripping yarns I read as young teenager in 1950. So delightful to read a book without bloody gun fights or dramatic chases through the country side. Please more of these stories.
