MILF APPETITE: Older Woman Younger Man First Time - Housewife Next Door
Alison is a forty-year-old woman, who works all week and doesn't have much of a social life. She's divorced and lives in the same house, she has shared for years with her ex-husband.
On a Sunday afternoon she hears a loud buzz coming from outside, and when she spies through the window, she sees her twenty-one-year-old next door neighbor cutting the front yard's grass. Nick had been gone for a while to go to college on the other side of the country, and she hadn't seen him in a long time. But when she realizes that he has changed and grown into a sexy man, she is stunned to realize she's actually turned on by that show.
He is shirtless, and barefoot, only wearing a pair of jeans. His six pack glisten as drops of sweat glide down, and his muscles ripple as he moves the lawn mower forward. Alison feels guilty but she can't deny her excitement. In fact, when Nick suddenly looks up and spots her staring at him, she quickly draws back feeling her heart racing. 'My God!'
But the guy has grown now and he knows what he wants. Despite being only twenty-one, he knows when a woman drools after him, and with all the testosterone he has gotten due to his age, he'll want to satisfy this older lady, whom he has known for years, in the proper way...

This story is fast and hot - albeit having tension build up and a plot - and it is purposely meant to be this way because there are a lot of people who are seeking just a smoking hot short story. Naughty, exciting, and direct to the point. Simple as that; and if this is not your cup of tea, you'll certainly find what you want somewhere else.
