It's hard to believe that the last book I finished was January 10th. Guess that is a great indicator as to how busy I have been.

Parting Shots obviously took me a long time to read. Not only because of lack of time but also because I didn't get drawn in to this story. I am not saying the book was poorly written, only that I have really been drawn into mystery/suspense whereas this book is more like your typical "bread and butter" general fiction.
