Fairly good and reasonably clear, 75 page, BASIC, intro to beer and beer service.

I have some serious reservations regarding their treatment of aroma. There are just ... gaps, and elisions, and "conflation" when the audience this is geared for won't connect with that conflation.

Serious kudos, though, for six basic tastes, including fat. But that's such cutting edge science that it ought have had a citation. But then more things would to.

All in all, a very good, basic intro to beer and beer service, with links to further info and study materials from the publisher. Just a wee bit circular ....
