Simple man. Simple values. Either you love me, or you hate me. But if you're one who needs me, you've always got me. That is, until you betray me. Secrets and lies are the cancer of the soul. But they brought me to her. Strong as hell and fearless too, she's never needed anyone for anything. Until now. Jaded and terrified, we're in this thing together. Because I ain't afraid to ride the edge of misery. And I intend to prove to her that there's something beautiful on the other side.
Janine Infante Bosco lives in New York City, she has always loved reading and writing. When she was thirteen, she began to write her own stories and her passion for writing took off as the years went on. At eighteen, she even wrote a full screenplay with dreams of one day becoming a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
Janine writes emotionally charged novels with an emphasis on family bonds, strong willed female characters, and alpha male men who will do anything for the women they love. She loves to interact with fans and fellow avid romance readers like herself.
She is proud of her success as an author and the friendships she's made in the book community but her greatest accomplishment to date would be her two sons Joseph and Paul.
"We're riding on the edge," I rasp, staring into those beautiful soulful eyes of hers. "On the edge of what?" "Something beautiful," I reply. - Wolf
Riding The Edge was as heartbreaking as it was beautiful. I've loved Wolf from the very beginning. He was truly the heart and soul of the Satan's Knights. It was evident in his every thought and action. When the club was riding high, he was right there reaping the rewards. However, when the club was in trouble, he would be the one to rally the troops, to figure out solutions, and to keep things together. So what happens when a man as devoted as he was to the club becomes disillusioned? This was a story about Wolf finding himself, finding his happiness, and really getting to experience a forever kind of love.
You're not alone. I've got you. It's you and me.
This phrase was a running theme for this story. When Wolf was left devastated by his son being shot, the one person who remained by his side was someone he only knew peripherally - Maria Bianci. Aside from her status of mother to Anthony and Lauren, he didn't really know much about her or have anything to do with her. But she stood by him when he needed someone the most and Wolf is a man who appreciates the heck out of that. Her beauty and her grace were hard for him to ignore. And when she went through her own devastation, he was right by her side, standing strong, standing tall, and holding her down.
There's a man waiting to wipe the tears caused by the men who came before him. He'll be your strength when yours falters and he'll stand tall when life throws you a curve ball. A man who will proudly tell the whole world you are his. His survivor. His love. His everything. - Maria
As a single woman quickly approaching middle age, this story gave me hope. I'm sure that's not really the point, but there was so much hope and love in this book that I couldn't help but draw parallels to my own life. Wolf had dedicated his entire adult life to the MC and sacrificed so much for it. For him to finally find someone who would be with him through the thick and thin after so long was incredible. Same goes for Maria. She was such an amazing character. She raised her children all by herself and learned to not depend on anyone else. So when Wolf came along, she made him work for it and I enjoyed every minute of it. I loved that Wolf never backed down but still embraced her independence and her strength. Their love was tested in the ugliest of ways and they triumphed so beautifully.
There was a point in the book that I got really upset with the author. So upset that I was ready to send her a rant-worthy message. But then she slaked my bloodthirsty ways with a tease for the next book in the series. I'm crossing my fingers and my toes that everything works out for the best for my second favorite character in this MC - Jack. He better come out in one piece! #PropertyOfParrish

Release: August 21, 2018 | Genre: MC Romance | Dual POV - 1st person | Heat: 3.5 | Standalone - Satan's Knights #3
I had a hard time rating this story because motorcycle gangs are not my thing, nor is MCs who are over 40 - which this has both.
Because I'm lazy & short on time today, I'll keep it short. Wolf (Hero) is 40 something, in love & divorced three times with a son from each marriage. He joined the Satan’s Knights when he was married to his 1st wife, Patty, because they couldn't pay the bills. It consumed him and each of his marriages suffered because he let the "brotherhood" be front & center before his family.
When the books opens, the Pres of the MC & his fellow bothers have him tied to a chair & poured gasoline on him and is about to be lit, when his two younger sons walk in carrying his critically shot older son. he feels betrayed by the person he called "friend & brother" and wants out.
The heroine, Maria, is also a 40 something, divorcee, mother of two and grandmother. This was a very strong heroine who has been through a lot in her life and became stronger for it each time. I loved that message & routed for her all the way!
When she is diagnosed with breast cancer, Wolf is there for her to carry the load. They go through a lot but get their HEA at the end.
In terms of safety, there is no OW/OM drama (though Wolf's ex wife, Patty, did show up in the beginning and while he has fond memories & love for each of his former wives, he is no longer in love with them).
I stayed up all night reading this book because I couldn’t put it down! It’s raw, heartbreaking and full of hope. “You are not alone. You are beautiful. You are strong” I think I repeated those words to myself many times reading this book. Maria is one sassy, beautiful strong woman that I fell in love with her right away! Wolf his name is exactly who he is he protects everyone he loves ,but needs to realize that he needs to work on himself. Jack oh my heart that strong man who fights daily with his mind just blew me away in this book! I’m crying just writing this review! The author I could tell put her soul into this book. I felt every single word. No spoilers here just be ready to open your heart and have plenty of tissues! This book deserves 10 stars my all time favorite book of Janine’s hands down!!!
"We're riding on the edge" I rasp, staring into those beautiful soulful eyes of hers. "On the edge of what?" "Something Beautiful" I reply. Riding The Edge has to be my favorite story so far. This novel will make you feel all the feels. It was breath-taking, engrossing and very much emotional in more than one way. The story is focused around Wolf (Al) and Maria but we also get the interwoven story of the MC in between. From the start, this novel will grab you and have you hooked. The story has some twists and turns you won't see coming. You will not be able to put it down. And the ending will break your heart but not in the way you think. Wolf and Maria were two amazing over 40 characters. Both complex and flawed individuals but together they were perfect. Though different they complimented each other to a T and supported each other through everything. I loved Wolf. He did and said everything right with Maria and I will admit he's currently my favorite Book boyfriend. I loved Maria's sassy attitude and strength. She wasn't a pushover and I loved that she did not want to change Wolf. This storyline was so much more than I expected. The underlying issues with the MC gave you so much to focus on and yet it did not overshadow the main story which was Wolf and Maria. This page-turner was such a phenomenal read. Worthy of more than 5 stars I would highly recommend this novel.
What can I say, once again I'm blown away by Janine. This story rips at your emotions from the very start. There wasn't one moment where my emotions weren't all over the place. I laughed, cried & had my heartbroken from the very first word. This story reaches down into your soul. I think this has to be your best book yet. It by far blows away all your others. You can't help but feel the emotions that every character goes through. What an AMAZING story!
You better grab those tissues friends because you are gonna need them! This couple has had their share of tough times throughout their lives, finding each other in their late 40s means there is plenty of baggage between them. Just when Maria and Wolf start a journey neither one of them expected, or saw coming, some major obstacles come up but as always, these characters dig deep to overcome anything and everything. What Ms. Bosco has written here is beyond amazing, it is without a doubt one of the most intense, loving and heartbreaking love stories I have picked up in a long time. Incorporating their children and grandchildren in such a major way throughout the story just makes you feel like this family could live down the street and be someone you know. Of course as always the Satan’s Knights have trouble and it is life altering and club altering to say the least. But hang on because the ride is more than worth it! Maria and Wolf are one of the sweetest, sexiest and most beautiful couples I have ever experienced as a reader.
I am blown away with Al ( Wolf ) and Maria's story. I don't think I've read a book that touched my heart this much. Janine sure can write a story that is so realistic that you have to remind yourself that the characters are not real. This has to be the Biggest and most importin Satan's Knights book in the whole series. Outstanding Janine, and can't wait to see what the future has in store the Satan's Knights.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
Wolf: I am a simple man with simple values. You either love me or you hate me, but the ones who need me, always got me. I'm the self-proclaimed wolf of the Satan's Knights MC, the beast who will fight his way out of any dark alley to defend your honor. The brother you call upon when you've lost your faith in humanity. However, secrets and lies are the cancers of a man's soul. Exposed, they will eat away all that is good and leave nothing but destruction in their wake. They'll prove the best intentions sometimes fail to leave you questioning your life choices. Now, searching for a purpose, I find myself facind the ride of my existence with a woman just as jaded as me. As she fights the biggest battle of her life, I want to be the man who stands by her side. the man who ain't afraid to ride the edge of misery because he knows there is something beautiful on the other side..
Maria: I've prevailed against the mob, a deadbeat ex-husband and the woes of being a single mother. While someone else may have wished for a different life, I believe I'm stronger for everything I've endured. I'm someone who speaks her mind and fight for what is right. A woman who will smack you upside the head with a frying pan and ask questions later. Terrified of love, I'm an otherwise fearless woman. Until a doctor solemnly diagnoses me and my strength falters. Now as fear engulfs me, and unexpected man dressed in leather, hold out his hand. As a woman who never needed anyone, I suddenly need him. His assurance. His strength. His love.
I am not going to lie, it took me days and days to read this book. I am going to go ahead and warn anyone who has ever had breast cancer take a loved one away from them that for this reason it is a hard book to read. I lost my mom to breast cancer and this book threw me right back to the memories of me experiencing her illness and all the things we went through till the very end again. It's not that the book is bad because it isn't it was a personal thing of mine that affected me. I knew that it would and this is why I never read books that have anything about breast cancer in them. I can't and I don't put myself though that. However I am so in love with all these character in the Satan's Knights, along with the author, and for that I put myself through the ringer. Janine has written a beautiful journey for these two character's who both have more fight in their little fingers than most people do in their entire bodies. This is the story of Wolf and Maria. If you know anything about the Satan's Knight you knew exactly who Wolf is and you probably love him. I equally loved Maria. She is tough as nail and my heart broke for them both more times than I could count. This book will put you through the ringer for sure but it is so worth the journey.
This is more than a love story, this is about finding your heart, your family and the loyalty and the lengths we will go to for the ones we love. It is about having the backs of the people who mean the most to us through thick and thin no matter the consequences. Riding The Edge would have to be Janine Infante Bosco’s best work to date, this book is nothing less than a ten star read. This book will take you on a ride like no other. You will cry, smile, laugh out loud, you will cry some more and at times you will want to throw your kindle but at the end you will be better for having experienced their story. Wolf and Maria’s story will be one that stays with you a long time after you have read the last page and closed the book. Ultimately, you will be Property of Parrish now and forever.
Riding The Edge was a great story, an emotional one. I was on an emotional rollercoaster. The story was intense and raw. I couldn't put the book down. Janine Infante Bosco did a great job on. The book had a great plot and it was very well written. Wolf and Maria great characters. Wolf was been through a lot, he's strong, protective, loyal, he would do anything for the ones he loves. Maria has also been through a lot in her life, she is a fighter, she's battling for her life. Wolf and Maria may or may not have a lot of time together but they were going to make the most of what they did have. Maria and Wolf were perfect together. Their connection and chemistry was strong. They were made for each other. I enjoyed this book. I suggest reading. Thank you, Janine Infante Bosco. Great work :)
First thing, I love this author. Second thing, I was not ready for what happened in this book. Third thing, I wish I could rate it more stars even though it broke my heart. I guess you could read this as a stand alone but the story will not be as rich if you don't read the previous books in the series and get to know the characters. I've read them all and in each review I say that I would love to be "property of Jack Parrish." He's the president of the club. Wolf is a character from the first book. He's a major part of the club, a mentor, a leader, and most importantly he's taken care of everyone in their time of need. His character first started off as an older member, overweight but still someone the member and Jack relied on. Then he has a heart attack and starts evaluating his life. In this book, the author has totally brought forth a character who has evolved into a strong, attractive man who is still in his prime. Maria is also a character who has been in previous books. She's one strong, dominant Italian woman who takes no crap. They're both in their 40's. So yay, I got some really good mature characters. Wolf finally understands he has to "find his heart" because basing his whole life just on the club is not enough. Maris finally understands she needs to let someone love and support her. I loved the development of their relationship. It wasn't insta-lust or love. This is a story of love between a man and woman, who look back on the mistakes of their lives and finally understand some of the missteps they have made. You'll love Wolf when he's right there to support Maria during a serious health problem. If you have read the other books, you'll cry when you realize Parrish has given in to his "maker" and his mental illness is out of control. I'm not ready to let Jack Bulldog Parrish go. This author again made my heart both smile and cry with these three dimensional characters and the stories of their life and loves.
Okay, this is a book about riding the edge. Well, I not only rode the edge, I completely ran off of it and busted my butt. Poor Wolf has devoted his entire life to the Satans Knights. He put the club before his three wives along with his three sons. Now that his son has been shot, he feels like the club didn't show him the respect he thought he'd earned,so he has decided to hand over his patch and call it a day. He does this to get closer to his three grown sons, and one strong and sexy lady named Maria.. Okay, you may be thinking Finally Wolf is going in search of his heart and boy does he ever. As always with this group of guys, there is a lot of drama and danger around, and the brothers are looking to him for guidance . However, his focus is on Maria. She has breast cancer, and he is determined to be there for her every grueling step of the way.
The day of Maria's surgery, all hell breaks loose within the club. It seems that Jack went against his wishes and got the club into a bunch of crap. So, now he not only has to deal with his woman's surgery, he also has to deal with the majority of his brother's being locked up. He knows he can't be in two places at once, but Maria is tough and she has her children to help her, so he heads to the station. His first goal is to get his brothers out of jail. Then, there is there is the issue of Jack and his maker. Everyone can see that the darkness is slowing taking control of Jack's mind. Can the club be saved, or is it the end of the line for the Saints?
My poor nerves! I don't drink or smoke, but I might after reading this book! I need the next book ASAP! Brilliant work!
Riding the Edge blew me away, brought me to tears, lifted me up, and touched my soul! So many emotions combined in such a amazing love story. Al and Maria ended up in each other’s lives at a time they both needed the other one the most and in each other they found the strength they needed to overcome the obstacles they had to face. Their mantra: You and Me. Whatever it takes. Your not alone. I’ve got you.
I can’t remember the last time I took notes while I reading a book. I just had to. There were so many beautiful words and life lessons that I didn’t want to forget.
‘Some of us find our heart in a woman’ ‘Others find our purpose in our kids’ ‘When you’ve got everything, you’ve got everything to lose’
“Every once in a while, in the middle of an ordinary life, something extraordinary comes along and knocks you on your ass. If you’re me, you hold on tight. You embrace the next chapter. You turn the page. You write the rest of the story. And you do it with your Queen right at your side.”
And my favorite quote: ‘We get one life,’ I whisper. ‘Live yours with me,’ he pleads.
Another five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ book. One of the best series I have read in a while.
Don't read my reviews if you haven't read the previous books.
This one is Al's "Wolf" and Maria's story. Total opposite attract. Wolf is all leather and a dirty mouth and Maria is silk and sophistication...classy.
There's a lot of changes coming for the club. Jack is losing his mind and don't know when he is going to snap.
We have heart at the center of everything. Health issues are front and center but it's going to be ok because they have each other and the whole family.
Mature content including language, violence and sex
Leather and Silk! These two were magic! Wolf in all of his ruff and gruff, being all sweet, just hit me with all of the feels! Maria being the picture of strength showing her insecurities made me weep with her. Finding the one late in life is a gift and this is one of those stories that with give many hope! Janine just keeps getting better and better! Still tore up about what was revealed in Chapter 40, but we won't talk about that to avoid spoilers and tears!!!
I read this book from beginning to end in one day and let me tell you, you you will need to be prepared to ride the emotional rollercoaster throughout this book. The emotion in this book is palpable and so relatable. The storyline off the charts and so are the characters we have come to love. I am ready for more from this author.
JANINE IS JUST BRILLIANT!!! Wolf and Maria. Leather and silk. Neither one saw it coming, but no one deserves it more. When Maria faces one of life's toughest challenges, Wolf is right there by her side. Always the strong one, Maria isn't used to anyone taking care of her. Wolf shows her that it's ok to lean on someone. He shows her that together they can overcome anything. You're definitely going to want a box of tissues for this one. A big box. Janine is going to tear you apart emotionally but she'll put you back together again, as only she can. This is one story you won't soon forget.
This is basically the second to the last book to all the stories & spin-offs from the original Tempted series, to the Nomads series & then this series, the Satan's Knights MC. The next book PARRISH will completely finish it.
I'll give Ms. Janine Infante Bosco props for interweaving all the storylines together & keeping the timeline mostly straight. That had to be a bitch of a project. The ending so far scares me though. I seriously hope for a HEA in the grand finale for everyone! Please, I suffered enough don't you think?
But about this book.... I loved it! I always loved Wolf and I loved who he ended up with and how they ended up together i give it two thumbs up.
Don’t worry, I’m beating myself up more than you ever could. Trust me, I’ll be catching up on the others very soon!
So, that being said, although this is Book 3 in the Satan’s Knights series you can definitely read it as a standalone like me.
*sighs*
Do you ever read a book and think that 5 stars just don’t do it justice? That’s exactly how I feel about RTE. It deserves ALL the stars. And like stopping a friend from drunk texting, I should not be allowed to fangirl unsupervised *blushes* Yup, fangirl mode engaged: DEFCON1. Stop laughing *wails* I think I managed to escape with my dignity intact - just *snorts*
“Sequels are like second chances, sometimes they work out better because everyone involved has learned from their mistakes.”
Wolf and Maria’s story just spoke to the very heart of me. It’s never too late to find love. Especially when we least expect it, and just when we need it the most.
Life hasn’t always been plain sailing for either Wolf or Maria, but no matter what curveballs have been thrown in their paths, they have found a way to overcome them. Do or die! But rather than weather the storm alone, maybe this time they can lean on each other. Maybe this time is their time.
Oh heck, I’m welling up again. One must learn to keep one’s emotions in check *snorts* Now I know I can be a bit of a fickle fiend when it comes to my BBFs, and I normally have a new one every week *smirks* But this time I am a G-O-N-E-R! Wolf has taken up residence, and he ain’t letting me go. We all know how stubborn that man is...
I can honestly say that I ran the full gamut of emotions with this story. It was as if the author had reached inside of me and was playing my emotions like a violin.
One especially poignant moment with Maria nearly broke me. I was full on sobbing. To all the world, Maria is a strong, capable woman. Don’t get me wrong, there is no doubt she is all that and more, but underneath she is just as vulnerable as the rest of us. And Wolf *shrugs*, well Wolf just gets her. He can see beyond the facade to the heart of the woman beneath.
“I’ve learned nothing in life comes easy and to find beautiful we must first ride through the misery and sorrow. It’s what makes us humble at the end of our journey.”
See? See? I kid you not, people. I’d climb that man like a tree, *grumbles* if he wasn’t already taken.
I laughed (the brothers crack me up), I cried, I experienced the odd hot flash or two *whistles*, and was left at the end with a happy heart sporting a massive grin.
I’m telling you, I’m so destined to be someone’s Old Lady...
WOW! This book simply blew me away. I wish I could give it a million stars. Janine Infante Bosco is truly an inspiring author. This story deals with so much more than romance. Don't think it doesn't have romance because it has it and then some. This book however is an emotional journey of letting go and leaning on those around you. It is a story of true brotherhood and family. I can't tell you how many times this book had me reaching for tissues, such an emotional journey of love and family. I have always loved reading this series but this book seems far more than just a MC Romance. The characters are all so inviting and challenging. The story isn't just one story but many as we follow all the lives within the Satan's Knights MC. Maria and Wolf's love is one for the history books, such an amazing story!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
~~~~~~~~~~Julie's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review~~~~~~~~~~
This book is amazing. Wolf and Maria’s story is unlike no other and the obstacles they face are painful. Not only so we get their story but we get a good look at Jack and Reina. I can’t wait to see what happens to these two. Always property of Parrish. Excellent writing with a storyline that will leave you in awe. You and me!!
Wow! Wolf and Maria's story turned out quite differently than I was expecting!
I first discovered Janine Infante Bosco when I read The Devil Don't Sleep, so naturally, I couldn't wait to read Riding the Edge, the next installment in the Satan's Knights series. My interest was captured almost immediately with what happened to Wolf's son and carried over with him and Maria. This story lacked the grit that I had grown accustomed to with the previous book, but it was totally okay since Riding the Edge had a deeper meaning than just being an MC story. I felt more of an emotional pull with this one and I felt that deeper connection with the characters.
Riding the Edge is more about finding who you are and what those close to you really mean to your heart. It's about how loyal you'll be to those you are close to. I really liked that this was somewhat of a slow-burn romance. Who cares that Wolf had been married multiple times or that Maria worked at the bowling alley. I liked that these characters were about as real as they could get.
Janine's writing is spot-on in depicting the most realistic situations. She literally has you feeling every emotion, even those that are painful. I'm definitely a fan and can't wait to see this author comes out with next.
Wolf has always put the Satan’s Knights MC first and that is evidenced by three divorces and the sons that always came behind the needs of the Club. As he is getting older he begins to wonder if it was all worth it especially when he was always there for everyone else but in his time of need he doesn’t feel it is being returned.
Maria has learnt the hard way that the only one she can depend on is herself as evidenced but the fact that she had to raise her two children alone.
They started out as acquaintances but they are by each other’s sides through the worst times of their lives and draw strength from each other. These two have always been the support system to all those around them and in each other they have finally found someone to carry the load.
This is emotionally charged journey that goes from heartbreaking to uplifting and there is not a couple that could have been better matched than these two. I enjoyed their story and look forward to more of this series. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
Wolf has sacrificed his family and soul for the Satan's Knights, but he didn't question his choices till now. After secrets are revealed and his son's life hangs in the balance, Wolf begins questioning what's more important. His sons that he was never really there for, the family he's always dreamed of happening or his brothers. An unlikely acquaintance will help him decide. Maybe he doesn't have to lose anything at all, and finally gain what he's always wanted. The men in Maria's past taught her to never depend on anyone but herself. She raised two children on her own, it was hard but she survived. Maria sees Wolf has hit a low point in his life and he needs someone to lean on. When she was at her lowest years ago, he never left her side. Now she's returning the favor. In a time of crisis the two find companionship and love with each other, but things will get worse before they're better. The club may be coming to an end, Wolf's son may be dying, and a heartbreaking diagnosis for Maria will test the couple. Will Wolf and Maria finally find their HEA or will their dreams before they can begin? JIB never fails to give me feels. Her characters are relatable and so are their struggles. Riding the Edge is sweet, heartfelt and just the right amount of sexy. Definitely worth reading.
What in the ever loving just happened? Like I can't even get my mind to wrap around what just happened. I'm in love and shock at the same time. I personally couldn't believe that's how it ended (all in a good way). I was head over heels in love with Wolf and Maria. They couldn't of been a better couple to round out the story with. I was happy with how it turned out. The details small or big really took your breath away. Especially when you weren't expecting Wolf to be as sweet as he is. Many times over I had tears in my eyes and couldn't believe what I was reading was really happening. Riding the Edge really does what the title says, keeps you on the edge and coming back for more. Janine has out done her self I loved how Wolf came out on top rather he really wanted or was ready for it or not and what's even better he found his heart. The very strong emotions in the story really get to you on each page, it makes the tears fall and no help to stop them in sight. It's really a breath taking story that's worth reading over and over again. I floved this story. #PROPERTYOFPARRISH #FORLIFE #YOUANDME.
***I received and ARC of this story for my honest thoughts, I was in no way told what to say this is all me, myself and I***
I have loved the books of the Satan's Knights but this one has to be the one I was looking forward to the most. Wolf is the one that has brought together the men, who kept the together, he is the backbone of the Satan's Knights. He may not be the president but he plays an integral part and they really screw up with him. He has given his all to the MC, went through 3 marriages because his first priority and loyalty is to the MC and where did it get him???
I was shocked at the how the events played out in this book. My heart broke, I was left in shock and anger and I loved the progression of Wolf and Maria's story. Janine did such a great job with this story. I flew through this book and I can't wait for more. The ending of this book just blew me away in shock. This is a very well written story that Janine has once again delivered. A must read series!!
>Book review – Riding the Edge >This book is the 3rd in the Satan’s Knights series and ends in an HEA. This series states that each book can be read as a standalone. This 3rd book is the first book I’ve read in the series and I found it hard to understand. So much happens to the characters in previous books that is not explained. The only part of this story unique to this book involves the romance between Wolf and Maria. I felt it was refreshing to have a romance for a mature couple with grown children. >Wolf has learned to put his family before his MC. There is a lot going on with the MC that he ignores in order to be there for Maria as she fights breast cancer. The whole part of the story that deals with the mastectomy and cancer, along with Maria’s feelings regarding herself, was really interesting. The MC part of the story was confusing and hard to follow. >I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from Romance Authors that Rock. All thoughts and opinions are my own. This book is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this book 4 stars. I love the scenes with the kids dealing with their parents finding love in their late forties.
This story pulls at the heartstrings from the very beginning. Wolf and Maria have both been through tough pasts which have left them a tad jaded. When Wolf is going through a crisis, Maria is there to stand by his side, and when these are obstacles to overcome, they face them head on together. This is a beautifully written story, which is filled with secrets, lies, heartbreak, and is an intense and emotional rollercoaster journey throughout. I was totally captivated and I cannot wait to read more of this exceedingly talented authors’ work. I highly recommend this authors’ work for all MC lovers!
Riding the Edge is without a doubt one of the best written books I have ever read!!! A true love story! A realistic life story , filled with redemption, sorrow, Love, passion, LIFE!!! Being the same age as the main characters this story definitely struck a nerve. It spoke to my heart and soul more than I can put into words here. Give yourself a gift and read Wolf and Maria's story
This was a beautiful love story. I fell in love with Wolf and Maria and really enjoyed their journey together. I am not sure in what order this series should be read as there were a lot of characters involved in this and I felt I needed to know them more to enjoy this read. Maybe I should have read an earlier series, but that’s just me. There was a lot going on in this book and many families to get to know, but it still had a MC vibe to it, which I loved.
I am already a fan of Janine's books but this one touches the heart. Wolf and Maria were opposites. Never did Maria think an MC guy would be for her. Wolf knows she is out of his league. She is silk, he is leather. But what an amazing couple these two make. What Maria and Wolf go through in their own personal lives is what draws them together. Each being their for each other. You can't help but fall in love with this couple!! And with Jack and the club...I just can't wait to find out what the next steps are.
