It was a decent book, I saved a few recipes. Considering I've been doing Keto for about a year now, the introduction was a bit lengthy and nothing new to me but may be helpful to others. My biggest concern is that there were multiple recipes with net carbs over 20 grams.... and while that still fits in the daily limit for Keto, it would be 90% of your net carbs in one meal which is ridiculous. My personal opinion is recipes like that shouldn't be included in a book strictly for Keto.
